1,069,177. Livestock feeding apparatus. G. J. M. CICHOSZ. Nov. 23, 1965 [Nov. 23, 1964; Feb. 12, 1965], No. 49672/65. Heading AIM. Apparatus for feeding game and fowl comprises a covered bin 2 having a sloping floor 6 provided with an opening 7 below which is located a spillway 3 through which grain flows into troughs 9 mounted on a trough-wheel 8 the weight of grain pouring into the troughs causing the unbalance of the wheel and its rotation to distribute the grain on to the ground via shoot 11. The flow of grain through spillway 3 is controlled by flap 4 adjustable by means of knob 5. The wheel 8 is coupled to a clock mechanism 10, replacing the spring of the mechanism. The apparatus is preferably suspended for example from a tree.
