Claims (28)
1. Cellulärt kommunikationssystem i vilket en systemanvändare (16, 18) och n ytterligare system (16, 18) var och en för kommunikation med respektive andra 5 användare medelst informationsbärande spridningsspektrummodulerade signaler sända via en cellpälats (12, 14) i vilket system: systemanvändaren (16, 18) innefattar en sändare (84) för att sända informationsbärande spridningsspektrummodulerade signaler till nämnda cellplats (12, 14), en mottagare (72, 74) för att mottaga informationsbärande 10 spridningsspektrummodulerade signaler frän nämnda cellplats (12, 14) och organ för att mätä signalkvalitet i nämnda informationsbärande spridningsspektrummodulerade signaler mottagna av systemanvändaren; cellplatsen (12, 14) innefattar en sändare (62) för att sända informationsbärande spridningsspektrummodulerade signaler till nämnda 15 systemanvändare, en mottagare (54, 56) för att mottaga informationsbärande spridningsspektrummodulerade signaler frän nämnda systemanvändare (16, 18) och justeringsorgan(63) för att justera effekten hos informationsbärande spridningsspektrummodulerade signaler sända frän cellplatsen 12, 14); effektstyrorgan (10) tillhandahällna för att styra transmissionseffekten hos 20 informationsbärande spridningsspektrummodulerade signaler genom att mätä signaleffekten i de informationsbärande spridningsspektrummodulerade signaler mottagna av systemanvändaren (16, 18) och sända data represen te-rande den uppmätta effekten till cellplatsen (12, 14) medelst informationsbärande spridningsspektrummodulerade signaler, där justeringsorganen (63) 25 svarande mot data i informationsbärande spridningsspektrummodulerade signaler frän systemanvändaren (16, 18) för att justera effekten i informationsbärande spridningsspektrummodulerade signaler sända frän cellplatsen (12, 14) och kännetecknat därav, att effektstyrorganen (10) är anordnade att öka 30 effektnivän i en av nämnda informationsbärande spridningsspektrummodulerade signaler sända frän cellplatsen (12, 14) till en systemanvändare (16, 18) som svar pä data representerande kvaliteten hos en informationsbärande spridningsspektrummodulerad signal uppmätt vid en systemanvändare, och att minska effektnivän i nämnda informationsbärande 64 spridningsspektrummodulerade signaler sända frän cellplatsen (12, 14) till de n andra systemanvändama (16, 18) .
