Abstract

Un agente de soplado, que comprende: (a) al menos un fluoroalqueno de Fórmula I: XCF2R3-z(I) en que X es un radical C1, C2, C3, C4 o C5 insaturado, sustituido o no sustituido, cada uno de los R es independientemente Cl, F, Br, I o H, y z es 1 a 3, con la condición de que si Br está presente en el compuesto, entonces el compuesto no incluye hidrógeno; y (b) al menos uno o más agentes de co-soplado.

Claims (15)

  1. REIVINDICACIONES
    1. Un agente de soplado, que comprende:
    (a) al menos un fluoroalqueno de Fórmula I:
    XCF2R3-z(I)
    en que X es un radical C1, C2, C3, C4 o C5 insaturado, sustituido o no sustituido, cada uno de los R es independientemente Cl, F, Br, I o H, y z es 1 a 3, con la condición de que si Br está presente en el compuesto, entonces el compuesto no incluye hidrógeno; y
    (b) al menos uno o más agentes de co-soplado.
  2. 2.
    El agente de soplado de la reivindicación 1, en donde el fluoroalqueno de Fórmula (I), en donde X es alquileno C3 sustituido con flúor y/o cloro.
  3. 3.
    El agente de soplado de la reivindicación 1, en donde dicho compuesto de Fórmula (I) tiene al menos cuatro (4) sustituyentes halógeno, preferiblemente en donde dichos al menos cuatro (4) sustituyentes halógeno comprenden al menos tres sustituyentes F.
  4. 4.
    El agente de soplado de cualquier reivindicación precedente, en donde dicho al menos un agente de co-soplado se selecciona del grupo que consiste en agua, CO2, CFCs, HCCs, HCFCs, alcoholes C1-C5, aldehídos C1-C4, cetonas C1-C4, éteres C1-C4, hidrocarburos C3-C6 o un segundo fluoroalqueno de fórmula (I) y combinaciones de dos o más de éstos, preferiblemente en donde dichos hidrocarburos se seleccionan del grupo que consiste en isopentano, pentano normal, ciclopentano, butano e isobutano, y combinaciones de dos o más de éstos, y/o preferiblemente en donde el fluoroalqueno de fórmula (I) es HFCO-1233zd y/o en donde los éteres C1-C4 son un éter tal como dimetil-éter y dietil-éter, o un diéter tal como dimetoxi-metano y dietoxi-metano.
  5. 5.
    Un agente de soplado según la reivindicación 4, en donde el agente de soplado es ciclopentano, preferiblemente en una cantidad de aproximadamente 5% en peso a aproximadamente 80% en peso de la composición de agente de soplado total.
  6. 6.
    El agente de soplado de cualquier reivindicación precedente, en donde dicho al menos un compuesto de Fórmula
    (I) está presente en la composición en cantidades de al menos 5% en peso del agente de soplado.
  7. 7.
    Una composición espumable que comprende un agente formador de espuma y un agente de soplado según cualquier reivindicación precedente, preferiblemente en donde dicho agente formador de espuma comprende al menos un componente de espuma termoendurecible, preferiblemente seleccionado de una composición capaz de formar una espuma de poliuretano, comprendiendo un componente termoendurecible una composición capaz de formar una espuma de poliisocianurato o una composición capaz de formar composiciones de espuma fenólicas.
  8. 8.
    Una composición de premezcla de espuma que comprende poliol y un agente de soplado según cualquier reivindicación precedente.
  9. 9.
    Un método de formar una espuma, que comprende añadir a una composición espumable y/o espumante un agente de soplado según cualquier reivindicación precedente.
  10. 10.
    Un método de formar una espuma de poliuretano o poliisocianurato, que comprende combinar un isocianato, un poliol o mezcla de polioles y un agente de soplado según cualquier reivindicación precedente; y otros materiales tales como catalizadores, tensioactivos, ignífugos, colorantes u otros aditivos.
  11. 11.
    Una composición de premezcla, que comprende:
    (a)
    un primer componente que comprende un isocianato; y
    (b)
    un segundo componente que comprende un poliol o mezcla de polioles, un tensioactivo, un catalizador, un ignífugo y un agente de soplado según cualquier reivindicación precedente.
  12. 12.
    Un método de formar una espuma de poliuretano o de poliisocianurato, mezclando el primer y segundo componentes según se define en la reivindicación 11.
  13. 13.
    Un método de formar una espuma de un componente, preferiblemente una espuma de poliuretano que contiene un agente de soplado según cualquier reivindicación precedente.
  14. 14.
    Un método para la producción de una espuma termoendurecible según una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 9, 10, 11, 12 ó 13, en el que la composición de agente de soplado comprende iso-pentano, pentano normal y/o ciclopentano, preferiblemente en una cantidad de aproximadamente 5% en peso a aproximadamente 80% en peso
    de la composición de agente de soplado total.
  15. 15.
    Una espuma que comprende una pluralidad de celdillas poliméricas y una composición contenida en al menos una de dichas celdillas, comprendiendo dicha composición:
    5 (a) al menos un agente de soplado según cualquier reivindicación precedente, preferiblemente en donde la espuma es una espuma termoendurecible, preferiblemente seleccionada de poliuretano, poliisocianurato y espuma fenólica, o preferiblemente, en donde la espuma es una espuma termoplástica, preferiblemente una espuma termoplástica extrudida.
    10 16. La espuma de la reivindicación 15, en forma de uno o más de un bloque, una plancha, un estratificado, un panel preparado in situ, una espuma aplicada por pulverización, una espuma rígida, una espuma de celdillas abiertas, una espuma de celdillas cerradas, una espuma flexible, una espuma de piel integral, una espuma para refrigeradores, una espuma de panel, una espuma para refrigeradores/congeladores o una espuma para congeladores.
