Claims (7)
- 디클로로에틸렌 30 내지 90중량% 및 클로로알칸 10 내지 70중량%를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 발포제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디클로로에틸렌은 trans-1,2-디클로로에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 발포제 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클로로알칸은 CxHyClz (여기서, x=2 또는 3, y=4 내지 7의 정수, z=1 또는 2, 단, x=2일 때는 y+z=6이고, x=3일 때는 y+z=8임)의 화학식으로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 발포제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 클로로알칸은 클로로에탄(chloroethane), 1-클로로프로판(1-chloropropane), 2-클로로프로판(2-chloropropane), 1,1-디클로로에탄(1,1-dichloroethane), 1,2-디클로로에탄(1,2-dichloroethane), 1,1-디클로로프로판(1,1-dichloropropane), 1,2-디클로로프로판(1,2-dichloropropane) 및 1,3-디클로로프로판(1,3-dichloropropane)으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 발포제 조성물.
- 삭제
- 다음 단계를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조방법:
(a) 폴리올, 반응 촉매, 실리콘계 계면활성제, 트리클로로프로필 포스페이트 및 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리우레탄 발포제 조성물을 포함하는 제1액을 제조하는 단계;
(b) 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 제2액을 제1액과 동일한 중량으로 혼합하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 제1액과 상기 제2액의 혼합물을 반응시켜 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 단계.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 발포체의 열전도율은 0.018 초과 0.023 W/m·K 이하, 흡수량은 0 초과 3.0 g/100cm2 이하, 굴곡파괴하중은 25 N 초과 100 N 이하, 압축강도는 10 초과 20 N/cm2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조방법.
