PROCESO DE OBTENCION DE POLIOLEFINAS CON DISTRIBUCIONES DE PESOS MOLECULARES ANCHAS, BIMODALES O MULTIMODALES. EL PROCEDIMIENTO ESTA CARACTERIZADO POR EL EMPLEO DE SISTEMAS CATALITICOS COMPUESTOS DE UN SOLO CATALIZADOR METALOCENO ACTIVADO CON MEZCLAS DE AL MENOS DOS COCATALIZADORES. LOS COCATALIZADORES SON ALQUILOS DE ALUMINIO, ALUMINOXANOS O COMPUESTOS DE BORO. MEDIANTE EL EMPLEO DE ESTOS SISTEMAS COCATALITICOS MIXTOS SE PRODUCEN DIFERENTES CENTROS ACTIVOS EN EL CATALIZADOR, CADA UNO CON DIFERENTES VELOCIDADES DE INICIACION Y TERMINACION DE LA REACCION DE POLIMERIZACION, LOS CUALES PRODUCEN POLIOLEFINAS CON DIFERENTES PESOS MOLECULARES, DANDO COMO RESULTADO PRODUCTOS CON DISTRIBUCIONES DE PESO MOLECULARES ANCHAS, BIMODALES O MULTIMODALES. LAS DISTRIBUCIONES DE PESO MOLECULARES, Y LA INCORPORACION DE COMONOMERO, SE PUEDE CONTROLAR MEDIANTE LA SELECCION ADECUADA DEL METALOCENO Y EL EMPLEO DE LAS COMBINACIONALES DE LOS DIFERENTES TIPOS DE COCATALIZADORES, ASI COMO VARIANDO LA PRESION DEL REACTOR, LA TEMPERATURA DE LA REACCION Y LAS RELACIONES MOLARES ENTRE LOS DIFERENTES COMPONENTES DEL SISTEMA CATALITICO. LA DISTRIBUCION DE PESOS MOLECULARES ANCHA, BIMODAL O MULTIMODAL SE PUEDE CONSEGUIR TANTO EN AUSENCIA COMO EN PRESENCIA DE HIDROGENO DURANTE LA REACCION DE POLIMERIZACION. DE IGUAL FORMA SE PUEDEN CONSEGUIR DISTRIBUCIONES DE PESOS MOLECULARES ANCHAS, BIMODALES Y MULTIMODALES EN LOS POLIMEROS VARIANDO EL ORDEN DE ADICION DE LOS COMPONENTES DEL SISTEMA CATALITICO.
