Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Versäubern von plattenförmigen, während der Bearbeitung horizontal liegenden Werkstükken aus Holz und/oder Holzersatzstoffen, die mit einer Beschichtung an ihrer einen Breitseite versehen sind, mittels die zweite, bei der Bearbeitung obenliegende Werkstückbreitseite bestreichender, rotierend angetriebener Bürsten,
gekennzeichnet durch Bürstaggregate (6), die jeweils aus einem Antriebsmotor (7) mit nach unten vertikal herausgeführter Motorspindel (8) und aus einer daran aufgenommenen Bürstscheibe (10) mit an der freien, nach unten weisenden Stirnseite (11) angeordneter Arbeitsfläche bestehen, wobei die Bürstaggregate (6) zum einen vertikal sowie zum anderen parallel zur Ebene der plattenförmigen Werkstücke (1) verfahrbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bürstaggregate (6) mit den Bürstscheiben (10) zumindest entlang einem der Plattenränder (3) verfahrbar sind und die rotierenden Bürstscheiben (10) in ihrer Arbeitsposition mit einem Teilbereich ihrer Stirnseiten (11) mit den den Rändern (2, 3) der Werkstücke (1) benachbarten Bereichen im Eingriff sind sowie mit dem weiteren Teil ihrer Stirnseiten (11) über den jeweiligen Werkstückrand (2, 3) nach außen hinausreichen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bürstaggregate (6) in ihrer Arbeitsposition mit zumindest einem Teil ihres Gewichtes auf der Breitseite der Werkstücke (1) bzw. auf deren Randbereich aufliegen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gewicht der Bürstaggregate (6) mittels Pneumatikzylindern zum Teil kompensiert ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Transportvorrichtung (13) vorhanden ist, die sich unter den Bürstaggregaten (6) hindurch erstreckt und auf der die Werkstücke (1) hintereinander und/oder nebeneinander unter den Bürstaggregaten (6) hindurch beförderbar sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Werkstücken (1) in quadratischer oder rechteckiger Grundform die einen miteinander parallelen Werkstückränder (2, 3) in der Transportrichtung (13) liegend auf der Transportvorrichtung (13) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportvorrichtung (13) eine Vermessungsstation (14, 15) durchläuft, die in der Transportrichtung vor den Bürstaggregaten (6) angeordnet ist und in der die Umrißkontur jedes Werkstücks (1) erfaßt sowie danach die Bürstaggregate (6) beim Durchlauf des Werkstücks (1) gesteuert werden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Motorspindel (8) jedes Bürstaggregates (6) ein Rotationsteller (9) angeordnet ist, an dem die Bürstscheibe (10) befestigt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bürstscheibe (10) in der Grundform kreisrund ist und aus einem weichen Schleif-Pad besteht, dessen Höhe in Richtung der Rotationsachse 5 bis 10 mm beträgt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Motorspindel (8) jedes Bürstaggregates (6) eine Topfbürste angeordnet ist, die einen Sisal-Haarbesatz aufweist.
