Description
Enthält der Rahmen einen oder mehrere Mittelfriese 36, so wird dies mit Taster 12 am Einlauf festgestellt und ein zusätzlicher, gleichartiger Querlauf ausgelöst.
Wird diese Vorrichtung mit einer Breitbandschleifmaschine 41 kombiniert oder in diese integriert (die Messeinrichtung 11 kann dabei der Breitbandschleifmaschine vorgebaut werden und dient der Steuerung beider Anlagen), so wird letztere vorerst den ganzen Rahmen in Längsrichtung schleifen. Die beschriebene Vorrichtung wird hierauf im gleichen Durchlauf die Querfriesen absatzlos in ihrer eigenen Richtung 25 (bei Holz: in Holzfaserrichtung) nachschleifen und so das gewünschte Schleifbild erreichen.
Wird die beschriebene Vorrichtung anstelle des Bandschleifaggregates und des Schleifkissens mit einem andern Gerät zum Schleifen (z.B. mit einem das Schleifband mitführenden Flächen- oder Profilschleifaggregat 21), mit Bürsten 20, Vlies oder Werkzeugen ähnlicher Funktion ausgerüstet, so lassen sich damit die entsprechenden oberflächenwirksamen Effekte derart erzielen, dass sie den Friesen in deren eigener Längsrichtung folgen.
Claims (2)
- Vorrichtung zum Schleifen von rahmenähnlichen mit Längsfriesen (27,35) und Querfriesen (24,32) versehen Werkstücken, mit quer zur Werkstück-Durchlaufrichtung operierendem Bandschleifgerät, welche Vorrichtung eine geschlossene Einheit bildend, einen Auflagetisch mit Transportband (13), einen in Werkstück-durchlaufrichtung bewegten Schlitten (14) und ein mit dem Schlitten (14) mitgeführtes Bandschleifgerät (15) mit einem querbewegten Schleifkissen (17) umfaßt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Vorrichtung eine Meßeinrichtung (11), einen Taster (12) zur Feststellung der Querfriesen (24,32) und einen mit dem Schleifkissen (17) verbundenen Sensor (22) zur Erkennung der seitlichen Kanten der Längsfriesen (27,35) umfaßt, wobei bei Erkennung der seitlichen Außenkante eines Längsfrieses das aus einer Ausgangsposition in schnelle Bewegung gesetzte Schleifkissen (17) gebremst wird und die Breite des Längsfrieses (27,35) mit langsamer Geschwindigkeit abgetastet wird, wobei bei dem Erreichen der Innenkante (31) des Langsfrieses der Schleifvorgang eines Querfrieses eingesetzt wird und bei der Erkennung einer gegenüberliegenden Innenkante (33) eines Längsfrieses der Schleifvorgang ausgesetzt wird und das Schleifkissen (17) mit hoher Geschwindigkeit in eine Lage zwischen Ausgangsposition und vorderem Längsfries zurückgeführt wird. - Vorrichtung zum Schleifen von rahmenähnlichen mit Längsfriesen (27,35) und Querfriesen (24,32) versehen Werkstücken, mit quer zur Werkstück-Durchlaufrichtung operierendem Schleifgerät, welche Vorrichtung eine geschlossene Einheit bildend, einen Auflagetisch mit Transportband (13), einen in Werkstück-durchlaufrichtung bewegten Schlitten (14) und ein mit dem Schlitten (14) mitgeführtes, querbewegtes Schleifgerät umfaßt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Vorrichtung eine Meßeinrichtung (11), einen Taster (12) zur Feststellung der Querfriesen (24,32) und einen mit dem Schleifgerät verbundenen Sensor (22) zur Erkennung der seitlichen Kanten der Längsfriesen (27,35) umfaßt, wobei bei Erkennung der seitlichen Außenkante eines Längsfrieses das aus einer Ausgangsposition in schnelle Bewegung gesetzte Schleifgerät gebremst wird und die Breite des Längsfrieses (27,35) mit langsamer Geschwindigkeit abgetastet wird, wobei bei dem Erreichen der Innenkante (31) des Längsfrieses der Schleifvorgang eines Querfrieses eingesetzt wird und bei der Erkennung einer gegenüberliegenden Innenkante (33) eines Längsfrieses der Schleifvorgang ausgesetzt wird und das Schleifgerät mit hoher Geschwindigkeit in eine Lage zwischen Ausgangsposition und vorderem Längsfries zurückgeführt wird.
