Claims (4)

  1.   2. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de raccord de canal de fumées (25) est placé plus bas dans le canal d'évacuation (9) pour agrandir la section transversale d'écoulement libre du canal d'évacuation (9).
  3. Four de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le ventilateur de fumées (22) est situé à peu près à la hauteur de la plaque de fond (11) du canal d'évacuation (9) ou au-dessus.
  4. Four de cuisson selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de raccord de canal de fumées (25) est pourvu d'au moins deux ouvertures de sortie de fumées (31) situées à une distance l'une de l'autre.
