Zwischen den der Kühlluftausblasöffnung 17 zugewandten Kanten des Wrasenleitbleches 29 und der Vertiefung 27 der Bodenplatte 11 sind zwei voneinander beabstandete Wrasenausblasöffnungen 31 des Wrasenkanal-Anschlußstückes 25 gebildet (Fig. 2, 3). Um für die zweite Wrasenausblasöffnung 31 in diesem Bereich ebenfalls einen ausreichenden Öffnungsquerschnitt bereitzustellen, ist das Wrasenleitblech 29 im Vergleich zum Kantenverlauf der Vertiefung 27 zurückgeschnitten. Das Wrasenleitblech 29 weist einen haubenförmigen Anschlußabschnitt 33 auf, dessen Einlaßquerschnitt dem der Wraseneinblasöffnung 23 des Spiralgehäuses 21 entspricht. An den Anschlußabschnitt 33 schließt sich ein flach nach unten gezogener Strömungsabschnitt 35 des Wrasenleitbleches 29. Im Strömungsabschnitt 35 ragt das Wrasenleitblech 29 nur geringfügig über die Oberseite der Bodenplatte 11 in den Abluftkanal 9. Damit ist sichergestellt, daß die von dem Kühlluftgebläse 15 im Abluftkanal 9 geförderte Strömung nur geringfügig durch den quer zur Abluft-Hauptströmungsrichtung angeordneten Wrasenkanal-Anschlußstück beeinträchtigt ist. Aufgrund der Vertiefung 27 weist das Wrasenkanal-Anschlußstück 25 im Strömungsabschnitt 35 etwa den gleichen freien Strömungsquerschnitt auf wie im Anschlußabschnitt 33 bzw. der Wraseneinblasöffnung 23 des Spiralgehäuses 21.In the area of the Wraseneinblasöffnung 23 a Wrasenkanal fitting 25 is provided in extension of the Wrasenkanals 19 and the spiral housing 21. Claims (4)

  1. Baking oven (1) with a closable oven muffle (5), with a cooling air fan (15) outside the oven muffle (5), the pressure side of which fan is connected with an exhaust air channel (9), which leads into the free atmosphere and is arranged above the oven muffle and into which opens at the edge side a vapour channel (15) - which is connected with the oven muffle (5) in terms of flow and has a vapour fan (15) - with a vapour inlet opening, the opening being prolonged by a vapour channel connecting member (25) which extends transversely to the exhaust air channel (9) and the vapour discharge opening (23) of which is arranged in the flow path of the exhaust air channel (9) and is turned away from the exhaust air main flow direction, characterised in that the vapour channel connecting member (25) is formed at the base side by a base plate (11) of the exhaust air channel (9) and at the top side by a vapour guide plate (29), wherein the vapour channel connecting member (25) extends at least over 1/3 of the width of the exhaust air channel (9) transversely to the exhaust air main flow direction, and the base plate (11) of the exhaust air channel (9) has in the region of the vapour channel connecting member (25) a depression (27) for increase in the free flow cross-section of the vapour channel connecting member (25).
  2. Baking oven according to claim 1, characterised in that the vapour channel connecting member (25) is, for increase in the free flow cross section of the exhaust air channel (9), arranged to be placed deeper in the exhaust air channel (9).
  3. Baking oven according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the vapour fan (2) is arranged approximately at the level of the base plate (11) of the exhaust air channel (9) or thereabove.
  4. Baking oven according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the vapour channel connecting member (25) has at least two vapour discharge openings (31) arranged at a mutual spacing.
