Claims (4)
- Nähmaschinenzubehör zum Endenerkennen beim Nähen schlauchförmiger Werkstücke (W) mit einem an eine Steuerungseinrichtung (2) der Nähmaschine (1) anschließbaren Positionsgeber (3), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in Vorschubrichtung (V) des Werkstückes (W) vor der Nähstelle (4) vorgesehene Positionsgeber (3) zumindest zwei quer zur Vorschubrichtung (V) nebeneinander angeordnete Lichtsensoren (6) aus ober- und unterhalb der Werkstückbahn (7) liegenden Sender- (81 - 86) und Empfängerteilen (91 - 96) umfaßt, wobei die Lichtsensoren (6) die Lichtstärke des das Werkstück (W) durchdringenden Lichtstrahles erfassen und der Steuerungseinrichtung (2) einlesen, welche Steuerungseinrichtung (2) die Daten des werkstückseitig äußersten Lichtsensors (61) als Referenzdaten mit den Daten der anderen Lichtsensoren (6) vergleicht und das Auftreten von gegenüber der durch die Referenzdaten gegebenen Lichtstärke eine geringere Lichtstärke anzeigenden Daten wenigstens eines anderen Lichtsensors (6) als Werkstückende (F) wertet und den Nähmaschinenantrieb dementsprechend ansteuert.
- Nähmaschinenzubehör nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Positionsgeber (3) eine Mehrzahl, vorzugsweise sechs Lichtsensoren (6) aufweist, von denen die zugehörenden Sender- und/oder Empfängerteile (81 - 86, 91 - 96) jeweils zu einer Installationseinheit (8, 9) zusammengefaßt sind.
- Nähmaschinenzubehör nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Senderteile einen gemeinsamen Lichtbalken od. dgl. bilden.
- Nähmaschinenzubehör nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch seine Verwendung zur Randkantenkontrolle beim Nähen wenigstens zweier randkantengleich übereinandergelegter Werkstücke, wobei die Steuerungseinrichtung das Auftreten von gegenüber der durch die Referenzdaten gegebenen Lichtstärke eine größere Lichtstärke anzeigenden Daten wenigstens eines anderen Lichtsensors als Querversatz der Randkante des einen Werkstückes gegenüber der Randkante des anderen Werkstückes wertet und den Nähmaschinenantrieb dementsprechend ansteuert.
