Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Haftverschlußteiles (21) mit einer Vielzahl von einstückig mit einem Träger (19) ausgebildeten Verhakungsmitteln (5) in Form von Verdickungen aufweisenden Stengeln, bei dem ein thermoplastischer Kunststoff in plastischem oder flüssigem Zustand dem Spalt (17) zwischen einer Druckwalze (15) und einer Formwalze (1) zugeführt wird, wobei die Formwalze (1) mit Vertiefungen (3) versehen ist, und beide Walzen (1, 15) in entgegengesetztem Drehsinn angetrieben werden, so daß der Träger (19) im Spalt (17) zwischen den Walzen (1, 15) gebildet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Formwalze (1) zusätzlich ein Band (7) aus auflösbarem Material zugeführt wird, das Hohlräume (9) aufweist, deren Position an die Lage der Vertiefungen (3) der Formwalze (1) angepaßt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das auflösbare Material ein wasserlösliches Material, vorzugsweise Gelatine ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Band (7) an seinen seitlichen Begrenzungen in Längsrichtung eine Perforation (11) aufweist, in die entsprechende Vorsprünge (13) der Formwalze (1) eingreifen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das auflösbare Material eine Dicke aufweist, die der Höhe der Stengel des fertigen Haftverschlußteiles (21) entspricht.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mittels der beiden Walzen (1, 15) hergestellte Haftverschlußteil nach Verlassen der Walzen (1, 15) durch ein Wasserbad (27) geführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als thermoplastischer Kunststoff Polypropylen, Polyamid, Polyethylen, Polyester, PVC und/oder schwerentflammbarer Kunststoff, sowie einen oder mehrere dieser Kunststoffe enthaltende Co- oder Terpolymere verwendet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdickungen der Stengel in Form von Pilzköpfen ausgebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdickungen der Stengel drei- bis sechseckig ausgebildet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdickungen mit abgerundeten Ecken ausgebildet werden.
