Claims (12)
- Backofen mit einem verschließbaren Garraum, in dem durch eine Prallwand eine Gebläsekammer gebildet ist, in der ein Gebläserad angeordnet ist und Luft durch mindestens eine Ansaugöffnung der Prallwand in die Gebläsekammer saugt und mindestens durch jeweils eine sich im wesentlichen vertikal erstreckende Ausblasöffnung in den beiden Seitenbereichen der Prallwand ausbläst, wobei die Luftströmung durch Turbulenzlappen verwirbelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausblasöffnung durch mehrere durch Stege voneinander getrennte, untereinander angeordnete Einzelöffnungen (33) mit diesen zugeordneten Turbulenzlappen (37, 39) gebildet ist, die aus der Vertikalen um eine Horizontale geneigt in die Luftströmung ragen.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest einige der Stege (35) an deren oberen oder unteren Endabschnitten abgewinkelt als die Turbulenzlappen (37, 39) in die Luftströmung ragen.
- Backofen nach einem der Ansprüche Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Turbulenzlappen (37, 39) ins Innere der Gebläsekammer (27) ragen.
- Backofen nach einem der vornergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Einzelöffnungen (33) über im wesentlichen die gesamte Höhe der Prallwand (21) erstrecken.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Prallwand (21) wannenförmig ausgebildet ist, daß die Einzelöffnungen (33) in den gegenüberliegenden, seitlichen Wannenrändern (23) angeordnet sind, und daß sich die Einzelöffnungen (33) über im wesentlichen die gesamte Tiefe der wannenförmigen Prallwand (21) erstrecken.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gebläse (29) die Luft aus den Einzelöffnungen (33) entlang einer Rückwandung (5) auf Seitenwandungen (7) des Garraums zu bläst, und daß der Übergang von der Rückwandung auf die Seitenwandung im wesentlichen kantenlos gekrümmt verläuft.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Luftströmung aufgrund der Anordnung des Gebläses (29) in der Gebläsekammer (27) und/oder aufgrund der Ausbildung der Gebläsekammer in den beiden Seitenbereichen der Prallwand (21) unterschiedlich stark ist, und daß die Länge der in die Luftströmung ragenden Turbulenzlappen (37) in dem Seitenbereich der Prallwand (21), in dem die stärkere Luftströmung auftritt, größer als in dem gegenüberliegenden Seitenbereich ist.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß abhängig von der Drehrichtung des Gebläses (29) die Turbulenzlappen (37) in dem einen Seitenbereich der Prallwand (21) schräg nach unten geneigt und in dem gegenüberliegenden Seitenbereich schräg nach oben geneigt in die Luftströmung ragen.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß abhängig von der Drehrichtung des Gebläses die Turbulenzlappen (37) in dem einen Seitenbereich der Prallwand vom oberen Rand der Einzelöffnung (33) schräg nach unten geneigt und in dem gegenüberliegenden Seitenbereich vom unteren Rand der Einzelöffnung schräg nach oben geneigt in die Luftströmung ragen.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Neigung und/oder die Länge der Turbulenzlappen (37, 39) innerhalb eines Seitenbereiches der Prallwand (21) gleich groß sind.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stege (35) zumindest in jeweils einem der Seitenbereiche der Prallwand (21) gleich hoch sind.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einzelöffnungen (33) zumindest in jeweils einem der Seitenbereiche der Prallwand (21) gleich groß sind.
