Claims (6)
- Backofen mit einer Einrichtung zur Umwälzung von durch Heizelemente erhitzter Luft im Garraum mittels eines Umluftgebläses, das in einer Gebläsekammer angeordent ist, welche Gebläsekammer gebildet ist durch eine Garraumwand und eine auf diese Garraumwand aufgesetzte, wannenartige Abdeckwand, die mit den Wannenflanschen bündig an der Garraumwand anliegt und vor dem Umluftgebläse eine zentrale Ansaugöffnung im Wannenboden sowie an wenigstens zwei gegenüberliegenden, seitlichen Wannenrändern langgestreckte Ausblasschlitze aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausblasschlitze (21, 22) durch schmale Stege (21b, 22b) in mehrere in Schlitzlängsrichtung aufeinanderfolgende Schlitzabschnitte (21a, 22a) unterteilt sind.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Abhängigkeit von der Drehrichtung des Umluftgebläses (20) die Gesamtöffnungsfläche der Schlitzabschnitte (21a, 22a) an gegenüberliegenden Wannenrändern (15, 16) unterschiedlich groß ist.
- Backofen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausblasschlitze (21, 22) an gegenüberliegenden Wannenrändern (15, 16) gleich groß sind und durch unterschiedlich viele Stege (21b, 22b) unterteilt sind.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Abhängigkeit von der Drehrichtung des Umluftgebläses (20) die Ausblasschlitze (21, 22) an gegenüberliegenden, senkrechten Wannenrändern (15, 16) in unterschiedlichen Höhen angeordnet sind.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abdeckwand (12) sich zumindest annähernd über die gesamte, vorzugsweise rückseitige Garraumwand (11) erstreckt und die Ausblasschlitze (21, 22) den angrenzenden Garraumwänden (7, 8) zugewandt sind.
- Backofen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Garraum (1) an einen Mikrowellengenerator angeschlossen ist und daß die Stege (21b, 22b) der Ausblasschlitze (21, 22) oder metallischen Abdeckwand (12) als einen Mikrowellenaustritt aus dem Garraum (1) verhindernde Mittel dienen, die die gegenüberliegenden Schlitz-Längskanten miteinander metallisch verbinden.
