Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung zum Transport und zur Ablage von Bogen in einem Auslagebereich einer Rotationsbogendruckmaschine mit
unterhalb eines Bogenförderweges angeordneten pneumatischen Bogenleitelementen, die sich über die gesamte Breite eines jeweiligen Bogens erstrecken und mit
einem Kettenfördersystem, mittels welchem die Bogen nacheinander von einem letzten bogenführenden Zylinder der Rotationsbogendruckmaschine übernehmbar, entlang einer Förderstrecke in einer auf eine Stapeleinrichtung hin gerichteten Hauptförderrichtung transportierbar und nach Durchlaufen der Förderstrecke freigebbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßan das Kettenfördersystem (58) ein parallel geschaltete Transportwege für die Bogen (24) ausbildendes greiferloses pneumatisches Fördersystem (59) angeschlossen ist, mittels welchem die vom Kettenfördersystem (58) freigegebenen Bogen (24) übernehmbar und entlang einer weiteren Förderstrecke in eine dem jeweiligen Transportweg zugeordnete Ablageposition weitertransportierbar und in der jeweiligen Ablageposition zum Absinken auf eine der jeweiligen Ablageposition zugeordnete Stapelebene (10, 11) freigebbar sind,
unddas pneumatische Fördersystem eine Bogenweiche (8, 9) umfaßt, mittels welcher ein jeweiliger der Transportwege anwählbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine erste Stapelebene (10) oberhalb einer zweiten Stapelebene (11) vorgesehen ist, welche von der Oberseite eines aus den Bogen (24) gebildeten Ablagestapels (33) bzw. einer zu dessen Aufnahme vorgesehenen Stapelunterlage (53) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das pneumatische Fördersystem (59) einer jeweiligen Ablageposition zugeordnete Schwebeführungsmittel (25, 26) aufweist, welche einen die Exemplarweiche (8,9) verlassenden Bogen (24) mittels einer von den Schwebeführungsmitteln (25, 26) betriebsmäßig erzeugten Luftströmung zwischen einer Oberseite des Bogens (24) und den Schwebeführungsmitteln (25, 26) führen und in die Ablageposition transportieren. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das pneumatische Fördersystem (59) Saugbandanordnungen (14, 15, 16, 17, 37) umfaßt, welche einen vom Kettenfördersystem (48) freigegebenen Bogen (24) mit unveränderter Geschwindigkeit übernehmen und je nach Stellung der Exemplarweiche (8, 9) in Richtung auf eines der Schwebeführungsmittel (25, 26) weitertransportieren. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßauf eine Unterseite eines im wesentlichen auf dem Niveau der Ablageposition befindlichen Bogens (24) einwirkende Bremseinrichtungen (12, 13) vorgesehen sind, welche einen jeweiligen Bogen (24) abbremsen, bevor er seine Ablageposition erreicht,die Bremseinrichtungen (12, 13) endlose umlaufende Bremsbänder (18, 19) und diesen zugeordnete Saugkasten (22) umfassen, über welche die Bremsbänder (18, 19) hinweggeführt sind, undBlasluftdüsen (20, 21) vorgesehen sind, welche ein jeweils nachlaufendes Ende eines jeweiligen Bogens (24) mittels gesteuerter Blasluftstrahlen (60, 61) unter Absenkung des nachlaufenden Endes an die Bremsbänder (18, 19) anlegen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß weitere Blasluftdüsen (23) vorgesehen sind, welche unter jeweiligen die Bremseinrichtungen (12, 13) verlassenden Bogen (24) ein Luftpolster bilden. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die erste Stapelebene (10) mittels einer ersten Schwebeführungseinrichtung (55) gebildet ist, welche einen jeweiligen Bogen (24) mittels einer von der ersten Schwebeführungseinrichtung (55) in einem aktivierten Zustand derselben erzeugten Luftströmung zwischen einer Unterseite des Bogens (24) und der Schwebeführungseinrichtung (55) in einer quer zur Hauptförderrichtung orientierten Ausgaberichtung ausschleust. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die erste Schwebeführungseinrichtung (55) einen die Stapeleinrichtung (40) seitlich überragenden Führungsabschnitt (54) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßeine dritte Stapelebene (46) vorgesehen ist, die sich in Richtung der Ausgaberichtung gesehen an den Führungsabschnitt (54) anschließt und sich auf einem gegenüber der ersten Stapelebene (10) niedrigeren Niveau befindet,oberhalb des Führungsabschnitts (54) eine diesen zumindest teilweise überdeckende zweite Schwebeführungseinrichtung (56) angeordnet ist, welche einen jeweiligen Bogen (24) mittels einer von der zweiten Schwebeführungseinrichtung (56) in einem aktivierten Zustand derselben erzeugten Luftströmung zwischen einer Oberseite des Bogens (24) und der zweiten Schwebeführungseinrichtung (56) von der ersten Schwebeführungseinrichtung (55) übernimmt und in der Ausgaberichtung in eine Ausgabeposition über der dritten Stapelebene (46) weiter fördert,der zweiten Schwebeführungseinrichtung (56) ein getakteter Bogenniederhalter (63) zugeordnet ist, der ein jeweils nachlaufendes Ende eines zumindest im wesentlichen in der Ausgabeposition befindlichen Bogens (24) nach unten drückt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
gekennzeichnet dadurch
die Verwendung der dritten Stapelebene (46) zur Ablage von Makulaturbogen und/oder Probebogen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, mit einer Non-Stop-Einrichtung (35) zur ununterbrochenen Auslage der Bogen (24),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Non-Stop-Einrichtung auf einer dem Kettenfördersystem (58) zugewandten Seite des Ablagestapels (33) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 mit einer dem Kettenfördersystem (58) zugeordneten Trocknereinrichtung,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in das Kettenfördersystem (58) Trocknerstationen in modularer Bauweise (27 bis 31) integriert sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein waagrechter Ast des Kettenfördersystems (58) und diesem zugeordnete Trocknerstationen (27 bis 29) einerseits und ein geneigter Ast des Kettenfördersystems (58) und diesem zugeordnete Trocknerstationen (30, 31) andererseits Trocknermodule (42, 43) bilden, die an Trennstellen (39) teils aneinanderstoßen und teils an die Stapeleinrichtung (40) und an einen den letzten bogenführenden Zylinder (45) umfassenden Endabschnitt (44) der Rotationsbogendruckmaschine anschließen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Kettenfördersystem (58) unter Einfügung eines weiteren Trocknermoduls (62) an einer Trennstelle (39) verlängerbar ist.
