Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Anbringen von Glasscheiben an Sparren für Glasüberdachungen, Fassadenverkleidungen und dergleichen.
- Bei herkömmlichen Glasüberdachungen werden die Glasscheiben mit Hilfe von Metalleisten und Gummidichtungen gefaßt, wobei die Metalleisten auf den Sparren aufgeschraubt werden. Diese Metalleisten stellen thermische Brücken dar, d. h. Kältebrücken, durch die sich in den Hohlräumen zwischen den beiden Metalleisten und um die Glasscheibe in diesem Bereich Kondenswasser bildet. Für dieses Kondenswasser muß eine gesonderte Entwässerung vorgesehen werden; außerdem besteht durch dieses Kondenswasser die Gefahr von Korrosionen. Durch die thermischen Brücken besteht ferner die Gefahr von Hitzestaus und die Entstehung von nachteiligen thermischen Spannungen.
- Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, eine Einrichtung der eingangs genannten Art so auszubilden, daß die Entstehung von thermischen Brücken vermieden ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird durch die im Anspruch 1 angegebene Ausbildung gelöst.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabenlösung setzt Mittel zur Befestigung der Glasscheiben an Sparren ein, bei denen auf Metalle oder ähnliche thermisch gut leitende Materialien verzichtet wird. Es sind keine thermischen Brücken mehr vorhanden, weil die Befestigung der Scheiben ausschließlich über Materialien, wie Gummi und Holz erfolgt. Dies bedeutet, daß die Gefahr von Korrosionen und von Hitzestaus vermieden ist. Außerdem können nachteilige thermische Spannungen nicht mehr auftreten.
- Vorteilhafte und zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der erfindungsgemäßen Aufgabenlösung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
- Die Erfindung soll nachfolgend anhand der beigefügten Zeichnung, in der ein Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt ist, näher erläutert werden.
- Die Zeichnung zeigt einen Sparren 2 mit einem Sparrenunterteil 4, das oberseitig in seiner Längserstreckung beidseitig stufenförmige Ausnehmmungen 6, 7 aufweist, zwischen denen ein mittiger Steg 8 belassen ist. Auf dem Steg 8 ist ein den Steg 8 beidseitig überragender Sparrenkopf 10 befestigt, beispielsweise mit Hilfe von Verschraubungen 12. Auf diese Weise werden zwischen dem Sparrenkopf 10 und den Stufen 14, 15 der Ausnehmungen 6, 7 längsverlaufende Nuten gebildet, in die Glasscheiben 16, 18 eingesetzt sind. Die Nuten befinden sich vorzugsweise im oberen Drittel des Gesamtsparrens 2.
- Ober- und unterseitig der Glasscheiben befinden sich zwischen den Glasscheiben und dem Sparrenkopf und den Stufen Gummilippendichtungen 20, 21, 22, 23.
- Zwischen den Glasscheiben und dem Steg 8 sind Hinterlüftungen 24, 26 vorgesehen. Diese Hinterlüftungen werden noch dadurch verbessert, daß wenigstens eine der beidseitigen Dichtungen, vorzugsweise die unteren Dichtungen 21, 23 mit Abstand vor dem Steg 8 enden. Zusätzlich können die Stufen 14, 15 am Übergang zum Steg 8 eine rinnenartige Vertiefung 28 bzw. 30 aufweisen.
- Der Sparrenkopf 10 weist eine kappenförmige Abdeckung 32 beispielsweise aus Kupfer, Zinkblech, Alu oder Kunststoff auf. Die Abdeckung kann mit seitlichen Regenrinnen 34, 36 versehen sein.
- Wenn der Sparren 2 zur Aufnahme von nur einer Glasscheibe vorgesehen ist, so weist das Sparrenunterteil 4 nur eine seitliche Ausnehmung auf.
- Der Sparren 2 mit Sparrenunterteil 4 und Sparrenkopf 10 besteht aus Vollholz oder geleimtem Holz.
