Claims (17)
1. Fremgangsmåde til imprægnering af et porøst emne med et imprægneringsmateriale, kendetegnet ved, at det porøse emne under og/eller efter påføring af imprægneringsmaterialet udsættes for tryk under eller over atmosfærisk tryk for at gøre det muligt for imprægneringsmaterialet at blive fordelt i porerne af emnets overflade.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor det porøse emne efter påføring af imprægneringsmaterialet udsættes for tryk over atmosfærisk tryk.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2, hvor overtrykket ligger i intervallet fra 0,5 bar til 18 bar, såsom 2 bar til 15 bar, for eksempel 5 til 10 bar.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor det porøse emne under påføring af imprægneringsmaterialet udsættes for tryk under atmosfærisk tryk.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 4. hvor undertrykket ligger i intervallet med et absolut tryk på op til 0,5 bar, fortrinsvis op til 0,2 bar, såsom op til 0,1 bar, for eksempel op til 0,05 bar, såsom op til 0,001 bar.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor det porøse emne omfatter et cement- eller ler-baseret materiale, marmor, terrazzo, granit, travertin eller sandsten.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor imprægneringsmaterialet er et to-komponent materiale omfattende en hærder og en basiskomponent, hvor hærderen tilsættes til basiskomponenten forud for påføring af materialet til emnerne.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, hvor imprægneringsmaterialet omfatter: - en hærder; og - en basiskomponent, som skal blandes med hærderen, og som omfatter pul veriseret glas med en partikelstørrelse på 0 nm til 100 μιη.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8, hvor det pulveriserede glas har en partikelstørrelse på 10 nm til 99 μιη, såsom 20 nm til 95 μηι, såsom 30 nm til 90 μηι, for eksempel 1 μηι til 80 μιη, for eksempel 5 μηι til 50 pm, såsom 8 pm til 40 pm, for eksempel 10 pm til 25 pm.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 8 og/eller 9, hvor indholdet af det pulveriserede glas ligger mellem 2 og 94 vægtprocent af basiskomponenten, fortrinsvis 5 - 90 vægtprocent af basiskomponenten, såsom 10-80 vægtprocent, eller 20 - 70 vægtprocent, for eksempel 30 - 60 vægtprocent, såsom 40 - 50 vægtprocent af basiskomponenten.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor imprægneringsmaterialet er et materiale, som er udvalgt blandt de følgende materialegrupper: silaner, epoxyer, butylener, siliconer, polyurethaner eller acryler.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, hvor basiskomponenten omfatter en konventionel polyurcthanbase; og hvor hærderen omfatter isocyanat.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor kemetem-peraturen af emnet, som skal imprægneres, ligger mellem 15 °C og 85 °C, mere foretrukket mellem 40 °C og 80 °C og mest foretrukket mellem 45 °C og 55 °C.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor imprægneringsmaterialet eventuelt indeholder et opløsningsmiddel.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor emnerne efter imprægnering hærdes ved forhøjede temperaturer, såsom 25 - 50 °C.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af de foregående krav, hvor emnerne, som skal imprægneres, er ler- eller beton-baserede tagsten, fliser, mursten, betonpaneler, betonmøbler, bordplader og lignende.
17. Produkt, som er opnåeligt ved en fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-16.
