技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种阳极组装车间的装卸站。
背景技术:
装卸站是阳极组装车间的重要机组,目前,阳极组装车间的装卸站由装站线、倾翻线、卸站线组成,在装站线上设有装站托盘支架、装站车、导杆扶正装置,在倾翻线上设有倾翻车、收尘罩,在卸站线上设有卸站车、卸站托盘支架。在工作时,叉车将装有残极的托盘放在装站托盘支架上,装站车抬起托盘,将其运送到装站悬链下,由导杆扶正装置将残极导杆扶正,使残极导杆与地面保持垂直状态,送残极到链上夹具中,然后装站车将托盘交给倾翻车,倾翻车把托盘送到设置在倾翻线中部的收尘罩处,倾倒托盘残渣,再将托盘送到卸站线,卸站线上的卸站车接过干净的托盘,运行到卸站悬链下,接新极下链至托盘上,再送到卸站托盘支架上,等待叉车运走。
这种装卸站占地面积大,在下链时由于残极导杆易被摇晃的链上夹具卡壳、新极炭块底面不平、托盘中残渣未清理干净、卸站车长期使用变形等原因,经常导致下链失败,下链效率较低,工人劳动强度较大;而且由于收尘罩设置在倾翻线的中部,倾翻线距离较长,倾翻车在倾翻过程中需要多次起、停,使工作周期长,工作效率低。随着阳极生产规模的不断扩大,现有的这种装卸站已经难以满足组装生产的要求。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种结构紧凑、布局合理、占地面积小、工作周期较短、工作效率高的阳极组装车间的装卸站,以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它由装站线、倾翻线和卸站线构成,在装站线上设有装站托盘支架(1)、装站车(2)和导杆扶正装置(3),在倾翻线上设有倾翻车(4)和收尘罩(5),在卸站线上设有卸站车(6)和卸站托盘支架(7),在卸站线的卸站悬链处设有导杆扶正装置(8),收尘罩(5)安装在装站线与倾翻线的交汇处。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本实用新型在卸站悬链处增设一套导杆扶正装置,以解决现有技术中由于下链时导杆易被摇晃的链上夹具卡壳、新极炭块底面不平、托盘中残渣未清理干净、卸站车长期使用变形等原因,导致下链失败、工人劳动强度大的缺陷并将安装在倾翻线中部的收尘罩设置在装站线与倾翻线的交汇处,使倾翻车一从装站车接下托盘就进行倾翻工作,避免了倾翻车在运行中的多次起、停动作,减小了倾翻线距离,以缩短工作周期、减少占地面积。因此,与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有结构紧凑、布局合理、机械化程度高、占地面积小、工作周期短、工作效率高的优点,可满足生产规模不断扩大的阳极生产对阳极组装工艺的要求。

本实用新型的实施例1:如附图1所示,在装站线上安装装站托盘支架(1)、装站车(2)和导杆扶正装置(3),在倾翻线上安装倾翻车(4)和收尘罩(5),在卸站线上安装卸站车(6)和卸站托盘支架(7),在卸站线的卸站悬链处安装一套导杆扶正装置(8)并将收尘罩(5)安装在装站线与倾翻线的交汇处即可,其中导杆扶正装置(8)与导杆扶正装置(3)的结构相同,装站托盘支架(1)、装站车(2)、导杆扶正装置(3)、倾翻车(4)、收尘罩(5)、卸站车(6)和卸站托盘支架(7)均与现有技术的装置相同。
