本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤指一种用以电性连接芯片模块至电路板上的电连接器。
背景技术
如专利号为201220644972.0的中国专利所揭示的一种电连接器,其包括设有收容孔的本体,收容于收容孔内的端子以导接芯片模块和电路板,所述端子包括一基部、一延伸臂、一焊接部及一弹性臂,所述焊接部包括水平延伸的二夹持部用以夹持锡球。
但是,这种电连接器至少具有以下缺点:所述二夹持部在端子料带上的展开宽度较大,随着电连接器端子密集化的发展趋势,收容孔之间的间距越来越小,端子在料带上的展开宽度大使得端子在料带上的间距大于收容孔之间的间距,所以常要跳间距设计端子,导致将排列在料带上的端子组装进入绝缘本体的同一行收容孔时需要分多次组装才能完成,例如先插入同一行中1、3、5奇数收容孔位置的端子,再插入同一行中2、4、6偶数收容孔位置的端子,需要多次组装工序。因此,有必要设计一种新型电连接器,以克服上述问题。
发明内容
针对背景技术所面临的问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电连接器,不需要跳间距设计端子,当端子组装进入绝缘本体的同一行收容孔时,可以一次完成端子插入同一行收容孔的组装工序。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术手段:
一种电连接器,用于电性连接一芯片模块,包括:一绝缘本体,其设有多个收容孔上下贯穿所述绝缘本体;多个端子,分别对应收容于所述收容孔中,每一所述端子包括一基部,自基部向上弯折延伸的一弹性臂,所述弹性臂末端设有一接触部用于向上抵接所述芯片模块,及自基部向下延伸一焊接部;多个金属件,不接触所述芯片模块,每一金属件与所述端子收容于同一收容孔中,每一所述金属件具有一固定部固定于所述基部,自固定部延伸一连接部位于锡球上方以挡止锡球向上移动,自连接部向下弯折延伸一夹持部,每一所述夹持部与所述焊接部共同夹持固定一锡球,且所述夹持部与锡球的接触区域和所述焊接部与锡球的接触区域至少部分位于锡球的水平中心面以下。
进一步:所述固定部呈竖直的平板状,所述基部具有一竖直面,所述固定部与所述竖直面激光焊接。
进一步:自所述固定部下端弯折且水平延伸形成所述连接部,自所述连接部向下弯折且竖直向下延伸形成所述夹持部。
进一步:所述焊接部位于锡球的一侧且沿水平方向呈弧形,所述夹持部位于所述锡球的相对另一侧。
进一步:所述弹性臂包括自所述基部向上朝远离所述基部的竖直面的方向弯折延伸形成的一第一臂,及自第一臂返向弯折延伸越过所述基部的竖直面的一第二臂,自第二臂末端延伸有呈弧形的所述接触部,所述第一臂和所述夹持部位于所述基部的竖直面的一侧。
进一步:所述金属件的最高处低于所述弹性臂与所述基部的连接处。
一种电连接器,用于电性连接一芯片模块,包括:包括一绝缘本体,其设有多个收容孔上下贯穿所述绝缘本体;多个端子,分别对应收容于所述收容孔中,用于接触芯片模块,每一所述端子具有一焊接部;多个金属件,不接触所述芯片模块,每一金属件分别对应固定于所述端子且与所述端子收容于同一收容孔中,每一所述金属件具有一夹持部,每一所述夹持部与所述焊接部共同夹持固定一锡球,且所述夹持部和所述焊接部分别与锡球的接触区域至少部分位于锡球的水平中心面以下。
进一步:每一所述端子包括一基部,所述焊接部自基部向下延伸形成,自所述基部向上朝远离所述基部的竖直面的方向弯折延伸形成一第一臂,自第一臂返向弯折延伸越过所述基部的竖直面的一第二臂,自第二臂末端延伸有呈弧形的一接触部用于向上抵接所述芯片模块,所述第一臂和所述夹持部位于所述基部的竖直面的一侧。
进一步:所述金属件具有一固定部呈竖直的平板状,所述端子具有一竖直面,所述固定部与所述竖直面激光焊接。
进一步:自所述固定部下端弯折且水平延伸形成一连接部,自所述连接部向下弯折且竖直向下延伸形成所述夹持部。
进一步:所述金属件为不能与锡球形成稳定焊接的金属材料制成。
进一步:所述金属件为不锈钢材料制成。
进一步:所述金属件具有一连接部位于锡球上方以挡止锡球向上移动,所述夹持部自连接部向下弯折延伸形成。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
通过用一金属件与端子固定后共同夹持一锡球,使得锡球稳定的被端子固定,大大减小了端子在料带上的间距,不需要跳间距设计端子,当端子组装进入绝缘本体的同一行收容孔时,可以一次完成端子插入同一行收容孔的组装工序。

如图1至图6所示,本实用新型电连接器100用以电性连接一芯片模块200至一电路板300,包括:一绝缘本体1,其设有多个收容孔11上下贯穿所述绝缘本体1;多个端子2,分别对应收容于所述收容孔11中;多个金属件3,不接触所述芯片模块200,每一金属件3与所述端子2收容于同一收容孔11中,每一所述金属件3与端子2共同夹持固定一锡球4。
如图1至图6所示,每一所述收容孔11设有一固持槽110,所述绝缘本体1具有一相对的上表面和一下表面,所述上表面向上凸设有多个凸块12用以支撑所述芯片模块200。
如图1和图2所示,每一端子2具有一基部20固持于固持槽110,所述基部20具有一竖直面201,自所述基部20一侧向上弯折延伸有一弹性臂21,所述弹性臂21包括自所述基部20向上朝远离基部20的竖直面201的方向弯折延伸形成的一第一臂211,及自第一臂211返向弯折延伸越过所述基部20的竖直面201的一第二臂212,自第二臂212末端延伸有呈弧形的一接触部22向上抵接所述芯片模块200。自所述基部20的另一侧向上延伸有一呈平板状的连料部24用以连接料带(未图示),所述连料部24与弹性臂21之间有间隔。自所述基部20向下延伸有一焊接部23,所述焊接部23位于锡球4的一侧且沿水平方向呈弧形,所述焊接部23与锡球4的接触区域部分位于锡球4的水平中心面401以上,部分位于锡球4的水平中心面401以下,所述焊接部23显露出绝缘本体1的下表面。
如图3至图6所示,所述金属件3是不能与锡球4形成稳定焊接的金属材料制成,例如由不锈钢材料制成,其表面没有镀可焊接的镀层(当然,在其它实施例中,所述金属件3也可以是能与锡球4形成稳定焊接的金属材料制成,例如由铜材制成,其表面没有镀可焊接的镀层)。所述金属件3的最高处低于所述弹性臂21与所述基部20的连接处。所述金属件3包括一固定部30呈竖直的平板状,所述固定部30与基部20的竖直面201激光焊接(当然,在其它实施例中,所述端子2与所述金属件3也可以用卡扣等其它的固定方式),自所述固定部30下端弯折且水平延伸形成所述连接部31,所述连接部31位于锡球4的上方,以挡止锡球4向上移动。自所述连接部31向下弯折且竖直向下延伸形成一夹持部32,所述焊接部23位于所述锡球4的一侧, 所述夹持部32位于所述锡球4的相对另一侧,所述夹持部32与所述焊接部23共同夹持所述锡球4,所述夹持部32与所述锡球4的接触区域位于所述锡球4的水平中心面401(当然,在其他实施例中,夹持部32与锡球4的接触区域也可以位于锡球4的水平中心面401下方),所述夹持部32与所述第一臂211位于所述竖直面201的同一侧。所述夹持部32显露于绝缘本体1的下表面,所述夹持部32的底面与所述焊接部23的底面处于同一水平面。
综上所述,本实用新型电连接器100有下列有益效果:
(1)通过用一金属件3与端子2固定后共同夹持一锡球4,使得锡球4稳定的被端子2固定,大大减小了端子2在料带上的间距,不需要跳间距设计端子2,当端子2组装进入绝缘本体1的同一行收容孔11时,可以一次完成端子2插入同一行收容孔11的组装工序;
(2)所述焊接部23位于锡球4的一侧且沿水平方向呈弧形,增加了焊接部23与锡球4的接触面积,保证了端子2对锡球4的稳定固持;
(3)所述夹持部32为不锈钢材料制成,与使用铜材相比,降低了电连接器100的成本。

Claims (13)

1.一种电连接器,用于电性连接一芯片模块,其特征在于,包括:
一绝缘本体,其设有多个收容孔上下贯穿所述绝缘本体;
多个端子,分别对应收容于所述收容孔中,每一所述端子包括一基部,自基部向上弯折延伸的一弹性臂,所述弹性臂末端设有一接触部用于向上抵接所述芯片模块,及自基部向下延伸一焊接部;
多个金属件,不接触所述芯片模块,每一金属件与所述端子收容于同一收容孔中,每一所述金属件具有一固定部固定于所述基部,自固定部延伸一连接部位于锡球上方以挡止锡球向上移动,自连接部向下弯折延伸一夹持部,每一所述夹持部与所述焊接部共同夹持固定一锡球,且所述夹持部与锡球的接触区域和所述焊接部与锡球的接触区域至少部分位于锡球的水平中心面以下。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述固定部呈竖直的平板状,所述基部具有一竖直面,所述固定部与所述竖直面激光焊接。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:自所述固定部下端弯折且水平延伸形成所述连接部,自所述连接部向下弯折且竖直向下延伸形成所述夹持部。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述焊接部位于锡球的一侧且沿水平方向呈弧形,所述夹持部位于所述锡球的相对另一侧。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述弹性臂包括自所述基部向上朝远离所述基部的竖直面的方向弯折延伸形成的一第一臂,及自第一臂返向弯折延伸越过所述基部的竖直面的一第二臂,自第二臂末端延伸有呈弧形的所述接触部,所述第一臂和所述夹持部位于所述基部的竖直面的一侧。
6.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属件的最高处低于所述弹性臂与所述基部的连接处。
7.一种电连接器,用于电性连接一芯片模块,其特征在于,包括:
包括一绝缘本体,其设有多个收容孔上下贯穿所述绝缘本体;
多个端子,分别对应收容于所述收容孔中,用于接触芯片模块,每一所述端子具有一焊接部;
多个金属件,不接触所述芯片模块,每一金属件分别对应固定于所述端子且与所述端子收容于同一收容孔中,每一所述金属件具有一夹持部,每一所述夹持部与所述焊接部共同夹持固定一锡球,且所述夹持部和所述焊接部分别与锡球的接触区域至少部分位于锡球的水平中心面以下。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一所述端子包括一基部,所述焊接部自基部向下延伸形成,自所述基部向上朝远离所述基部的竖直面的方向弯折延伸形成一第一臂,自第一臂返向弯折延伸越过所述基部的竖直面的一第二臂,自第二臂末端延伸有呈弧形的一接触部用于向上抵接所述芯片模块,所述第一臂和所述夹持部位于所述基部的竖直面的一侧。
9.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属件具有一固定部呈竖直的平板状,所述端子具有一竖直面,所述固定部与所述竖直面激光焊接。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:自所述固定部下端弯折且水平延伸形成一连接部,自所述连接部向下弯折且竖直向下延伸形成所述夹持部。
11.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属件为不能与锡球形成稳定焊接的金属材料制成。
12.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属件为不锈钢材料制成。
13.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述金属件具有一连接部位于锡球上方以挡止锡球向上移动,所述夹持部自连接部向下弯折延伸形成。
