本发明涉及一种电连接器,尤其是指一种端子方便且稳定安装于绝缘本体内的电连接器。
【背景技术】
如今电连接器已应用于生活各个领域,随着科学技术的发展,电连接器的需求越来越多,对电连接器信号传输的稳定性要求也逐步提高,因此保证电连接器信号传输的稳定性,也显得越来越重要。
现已知的一种电连接器,用以安装至一电路板,电连接器包括一绝缘本体,多个收容孔贯穿所述绝缘本体的上下表面,多个端子向上连接一第一料带,多个导电体向上连接一第二料带,多个所述端子自上往下分别装入多个所述收容孔,多个所述导电体自上往下分别装入多个所述收容孔,且每一所述收容孔容纳一所述端子与一所述导电体,每一所述收容孔设有一限位部用以限制所述端子向下过度位移,每一所述收容孔设有一凸块用以限制所述导电体向下过度位移,多个所述端子和多个所述导电体均安装于所述收容孔的预定位置后,去除所述第一料带与所述第二料带,形成所述电连接器。
所述电连接器安装焊接至所述电路板时,所述端子与所述导电体通过焊料焊接至所述电路板,所述端子与所述导电体会同时向下抵接所述电路板,由于所述收容孔内没有设置结构挡止所述端子与所述导电体向上位移,所述电路板会对所述端子与所述导电体产生一个向上的抵持作用力,所述端子与所述导电体向上位移,进而出现所述端子与所述导电体均无法准确定位于所述电路板,造成熔融的焊料无法充分回流至所述端子的焊接段与所述导电体的焊接段,使得所述端子与所述电路板的焊接不稳固,同时,所述导电体与所述电路板的焊接也不稳固。甚至,严重地会出现所述端子和所述导电体均向上脱离所述电路板,就会发生空焊和漏焊的现象。
因此针对上述问题,需要设计一种新的电连接器解决上述缺陷。
【发明内容】
针对背景技术中所存在的问题本发明设计一种于同一个收容孔中端子和导电体都是向下连接料带,使得端子和导电体可以稳定的固定于绝缘本体,并且可靠的安装于电路板上,从而保证信号传输的稳定的电连接器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电连接器,其特征在于,包括:一绝缘本体,至少一收容孔上下贯通所述绝缘本体,每一所述收容孔具有一挡止部与一限位部;每一所述收容孔收容一个端子与一个导电体,所述端子与所述导电体接触,所述端子向上抵接所述挡止部,且用以连接向下延伸的一第一料带并从下往上装入所述收容孔,所述导电体向上抵接所述限位部,所述导电体用以连接向下延伸的一第二料带并从下往上装入所述收容孔。
进一步,所述端子设有至少一第一连料部与所述第一料带连接,所述挡止部自上而下的正投影与所述第一连料部的投影部分重合。
进一步,所述收容孔进一步设有一挡块,所述端子具有一基部收容于所述收容孔,所述基部弯折延伸一挡部,所述挡部向上抵接所述挡块。
进一步,所述端子具有向上延伸的一第一弹臂,所述第一弹臂与一对接元件接触,自所述第一弹臂朝所述导电体延伸至少一第一抵接部,所述第一抵接部与所述导电体接触,所述端子具有向下延伸的一第二弹臂,自所述第二弹臂朝所述导电体延伸至少一第二抵接部,所述第二抵接部与所述导电体接触。
进一步,每一所述导电体具有一主体部,自所述主体部延伸一延伸部,所述第一抵接部与所述第二抵接部接触所述延伸部,所述主体部用以与一电路板焊接。

为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电连接器,其特征在于,包括:一绝缘本体,至少一收容孔上下贯通所述绝缘本体;每一所述收容孔收容一个端子与一个导电体,所述端子与所述导电体接触,所述端子用以电性连接一对接元件,且用以向下连接一第一料带并从下往上装入所述收容孔,所述导电体用以导接一电路板,且用以向下连接一第二料带并从下往上装入所述收容孔。
进一步,所述收容孔设有一挡止部与一限位部,所述挡止部向下抵挡所述端子,所述限位部向下抵挡所述导电体。
进一步,每一所述端子具有收容于所述收容孔的一基部,自所述基部向上延伸一第一弹臂,所述第一弹臂具有至少一接触部与所述对接元件导接,每一所述接触部向下延伸一第一抵接部,自所述基部向下延伸一第二弹臂,所述第二弹臂具有一第二接触部与所述导电体接触,每一所述第二接触部向上延伸一第二抵接部;每一所述导电体具有一主体部,所述主体部与所述电路板电性连接,所述主体部与所述第二接触部接触,自所述主体部延伸一延伸部,所述第一抵接部与所述第二抵接部接触所述延伸部。
进一步,所述收容孔凸设有一挡块,所述第一弹臂具有一挡部,所述挡块抵接所述挡部限制所述端子向下移动。
与现有技术相比,本发明的电连接器具有以下有益效果:
所述收容孔具有所述挡止部与所述限位部,所述基部向下连接所述第一料带,所述导电体向下连接所述第二料带,使得所述端子与所述导电体都是从下往上装入所述收容孔中。所述基部向上抵接所述挡止部,所述端子不会过度向上位移,且所述导电体向上抵接所述限位部,所述导电体不会过度向上位移,从而确保所述端子与所述导电体准确定位于所述绝缘本体和所述电路板,在焊接时,焊料充分回流至所述端子的焊接段与所述导电体的焊接段,确保所述端子与所述电路板焊接稳固,同时也确保了所述导电体与所述电路板焊接稳固,避免了空焊和漏焊的现象,进而保证信号传输的稳定。

为更好的理解本发明的内容现结合具体实施方案和图示对本发明做进一步详细的说明。
请参阅图1与图3,为本发明最佳实施例的一电连接器10用于对接一对接元件20及与一电路板30连接,所述对接元件20上具有多个垫片201,所述电路板30上具有多个导接片301,所述垫片201与所述导接片301均用来与所述电连接器10电性连接。所述电连接器10具有纵长的一绝缘本体1,多个端子2与多个导电体3设于所述绝缘本体 1与所述对接元件20和所述电路板30电性连接。
请参阅图1与图2,所述绝缘本体1具有一上表面11与一下表面12,多个收容孔 13贯穿所述绝缘本体1的上下表面,所述收容孔13的内壁上分别凸设有一挡块131与一限位部132,所述收容孔13两侧的内壁各凹设有一挡止部133,所述限位部132用以限制所述导电体3位移,所述挡块131与所述挡止部133用于限位所述端子2。自所述下表面12凸设有多个支撑柱14用以支撑使所述电连接器10于所述电路板30上。
请参阅图1,多个所述端子2与多个所述导电体3对应收容于多个所述收容孔13,每一个所述收容孔13收容一个所述端子2与一个所述导电体3,在本实施例中所述导电体3优选采用金属材料制成,也可用其他非金属的导电材料,比如导电塑胶等。
请参阅图1、图3,每一所述端子2具有一基部21收容于所述收容孔13,所述基部 21两侧各凸设一侧部211,所述端子2收容于所述收容孔13时,所述挡止部133向下抵挡所述侧部211限制所述端子2向上移动。自所述基部21向上弯折延伸一第一弹臂 22显露出所述绝缘本体1,所述第一弹臂22在弯折处形成一挡部221抵接所述挡块131,所述挡部221抵接所述挡块131的位置为所述第一弹臂22弯折转动的支点,该支点提供所述第一弹臂22一个支撑力用以支撑所述第一弹臂22转动。所述第一弹臂22弯折形成两个第一接触部222,两个所述第一接触部222同时向上与所述垫片201抵接,此设计结构增加了电信号传递至所述端子2的路径,保证所述对接元件20接触所述端子2的稳定性。自两个所述第一接触部222向下各延伸一第一抵接部23与所述导电体3接触,两个所述第一抵接部23的自由端相互连接,两个所述第一接触部222之间设有一第一开槽223,所述第一开槽223从所述第一接触部222延伸至所述第一抵接部23,所述第一开槽223贯通所述第一弹臂22的板厚,虽然所述第一开槽223减少了所述第一弹臂22 的硬度但增加了所述第一弹臂22的弹性,从而产生更大的弹性力使所述第一抵接部23 抵接所述导电体3。
请参阅图1、图3与图4,所述基部21下端延伸两个第一连料部212,所述第一连料部212与一第一料带4连接,所述挡止部133自上而下的正投影与所述第一连料部212 的投影部分重合,在保证所述端子2固定的同时所述收容孔13的宽度不会增加。自所述基部21向下延伸一第二弹臂24,自所述第二弹臂24的末端弯折形成两个第二接触部 241与所述导电体3接触,所述第二接触部241低于所述第一连料部212,由于所述第二弹臂24具有弹性,所以所述第二接触部241压缩抵接所述导电体3,当所述第二接触部241低于所述第一连料部212时,可以增加所述第二弹臂24的力臂,增加了弹性,从而可以增加所述第二接触部241与导电体3之间的抵接力。自两个所述第二接触部241 向上各延伸一第二抵接部25,所述第二抵接部25与所述导电体3接触,两个所述第二抵接部25的自由端相互连接,两个所述第二接触部241之间设有一第二开槽242,所述第二开槽242从所述第二接触部241延伸至所述第二抵接部25,所述第二开槽242同样贯通了所述第二弹臂24的板厚,增加了所述第二弹臂24的弹性,从而产生更大的弹性力使得所述第二抵接部25抵接所述导电体3。
请参阅图1、图3与图4,每一所述导电体3具有一主体部31,所述主体部31为平板状且其向上与两个所述第二接触部241接触,向下通过一焊料5与所述导接片301焊接,由于所述第二接触部241为具有弹性的结构,如果所述第二接触部241直接与所述电路板3焊接,所述第二接触部241受到的弹性力难免会使得所述第二接触部241在所述电路板3上滑移,使得所述焊料5脱落,造成接触不良的现象,所以由所述主体部31 与所述电路板30接触既实现了电性导通的目的,又保证了所述第二接触部241依然具有弹性的特性,其它实施例中所述主体部31也可采用表面粘着技术与所述导接片301 电性连接。自所述主体部31一侧竖直向上延伸一延伸部32,所述第一抵接部23与所述第二抵接部25同时抵接所述延伸部32的板面,增加了信号传输的路径,确保了信号传输稳定。所述延伸部32自下而上依次包括一第二连料部321、一凸部322、一抵挡部323。所述第二连料部321的侧面连接一第二料带6,由于所述主体部31位于所述第二连料部 321的下方,所以自下而上安装所述导电体3时,所述收容孔13不需要为所述主体部31增大宽度。所述凸部322与所述抵挡部323自所述延伸部32的侧面突伸,所述限位部132向上抵接所述抵挡部323,向下抵接所述凸部322实现了对所述导电体3的限位作用。
请参阅图3、图4与图5,所述第一料带4连接所述端子2自下而上装入所述收容孔13,所述挡止部133抵挡所述侧部211限制所述端子2向上移动,所述挡块131抵接所述挡部221使得所述第一弹臂22发生形变。当所述挡部221越过所述挡块131时,所述挡块131抵接所述基部21,所述第一弹臂22恢复形变,使得所述挡部221下方抵接所述挡块131,所述挡块131限制所述端子2向下移动。所述第二料带6连接所述导电体3同样自下而上装至所述收容孔13,装入过程中,所述抵挡部323抵接所述限位部 132受力,所述抵挡部323发生形变让位所述限位部132,当所述抵挡部323越过所述限位部132后,所述抵挡部323恢复原状,所述限位部132位于所述抵挡部323与所述凸部322之间。所述限位部132与所述凸部322抵挡时限制所述导电体3向上移动,所述限位部132与所述抵挡部323抵挡时限制所述导电体3向下移动。装入后,所述第一弹臂22与所述第一接触部222向上显露出所述绝缘本体1,两个所述第一抵接部23的自由端与两个所述第二抵接部25的自由端抵接所述延伸部32的板面,所述第二接触部 241向下抵接所述主体部31。
请参阅图3与图5,所述电连接器10安装至电路板30上时,所述主体部31与所述导接片301焊接固定,所述第二弹臂24受力形变,使得两个所述第二抵接部25在所述延伸部32上向上滑动,所述第二抵接部25的自由端逐渐远离所述延伸部32。其中在所述电路板30抵接所述主体部31前,相互接触的所述第二抵接部25与所述延伸部32具有一第三接触位置c,在所述电路板30抵接所述主体部31后,相互接触的所述第二抵接部25与所述延伸部32具有一第四接触位置d,所述第三接触位置c位于所述第四接触位置d上方,使得所述第二弹臂24压缩产生较大的作用力抵接所述主体部31,所述对接元件20压接所述电连接器10时,所述第一接触部222与所述垫片201接触受力向下移动,所述第一弹臂22发生形变,使得所述第一抵接部23在所述延伸部32上向下滑动,所述第一抵接部23的自由端远离所述延伸部32移动。在所述对接元件20压接所述第一接触部222前,相互接触的所述第一抵接部23与所述延伸部32具有一第一接触位置a,在所述对接元件20压接所述第一接触部222后,相互接触的所述第一抵接部 23与所述延伸部32具有一第二接触位置b,所述第一接触位置a位于所述所述第二接触位置b下方。此活动弹性的接触方式,一方面避免了所述对接元件20压坏所述端子2 或压制所述端子2出现疲乏的情况,另一方面,在加工中所述端子2的位置在加工制作中,难免会出现公差或不精准,所以活动接触的方式可以使所述端子2与所述对接元件20稳定接触,避免因公差过大造成接触不良的现象。
综上所述本发明的电连接器10有以下增益效果:
1.所述收容孔13具有所述挡止部133与所述限位部132,所述基部21向下连接所述第一料带4,所述导电体3也是向下连接所述第二料带6,使得所述端子2与所述导电体3都是从下往上装入所述收容孔13中。所述基部21向上抵接所述挡止部133,所述端子2不会过度向上位移,且所述导电体3向上抵接所述限位部132,所述导电体3 不会过度向上位移,从而确保所述端子2与所述导电体3准确定位于所述电路板30,在焊接时,焊料5充分回流至所述端子2的焊接段与所述导电体3的焊接段,确保所述端子2与所述电路板30焊接稳固,同时也确保了所述导电体3与所述电路板30焊接稳固,避免了空焊和漏焊的现象。
2.所述对接元件20对接所述电连接器10时,所述对接元件20上的电信号可通过三条路径传导至所述电路板30。第一条路径,电信号从所述垫片201传出,经过所述第一接触部222传至所述基部21,然后传递到所述第二接触部241,再从所述第二接触部 241传递到所述主体部31,最后传递至所述电路板30。第二条路径,电信号从所述垫片 201传出经过所述第一接触部222后传递至所述第一抵接部23,然后传递到所述延伸部32上,最后从所述主体部31传出至所述电路板30。第三条路径中电信号传递到所述延伸部32后还可传递至第二抵接部25然后传递至所述第二接触部241,然后再通过所述主体部31传递到所述电路板30。与单路径的传递方式相比,本发明多路径的电性号传导方式为所述电连接器10的正常使用增加了保障,保证了电信号的稳定传输。
以上详细说明仅为较佳实施例的说明,非因此局限本发明之专利范围,所以,凡运用本创作说明书及图示内容所为之等效技术变化,均包含于本创作之专利范围内。
Claims (14)
1.一种电连接器,其特征在于,包括:
一绝缘本体,至少一收容孔上下贯通所述绝缘本体,每一所述收容孔具有一挡止部与一限位部;每一所述收容孔收容一个端子与一个导电体,所述端子与所述导电体接触,所述端子向上抵接所述挡止部,且用以连接向下延伸的一第一料带并从下往上装入所述收容孔,所述端子具有向上延伸的一第一弹臂,所述第一弹臂与一对接元件接触,自所述第一弹臂朝所述导电体延伸至少一第一抵接部,所述第一抵接部与所述导电体接触,所述端子具有向下延伸的一第二弹臂,自所述第二弹臂朝所述导电体延伸至少一第二抵接部,所述第二抵接部与所述导电体接触,所述导电体向上抵接所述限位部,所述导电体用以连接向下延伸的一第二料带并从下往上装入所述收容孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子设有至少一第一连料部与所述第一料带连接,所述挡止部自上而下的正投影与所述第一连料部的投影部分重合。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述收容孔进一步设有一挡块,所述端子具有一基部收容于所述收容孔,所述基部弯折延伸一挡部,所述挡部向下抵接所述挡块。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:每一所述导电体具有一主体部,自所述主体部延伸一延伸部,所述第一抵接部与所述第二抵接部接触所述延伸部,所述主体部用以与一电路板焊接。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述延伸部具有一第二连料部与所述第二料带连接,所述第二连料部位于所述主体部上方。
6.如权利要求4所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第二弹臂接触所述主体部,在所述电路板向上抵接所述主体部前,相互接触的第二抵接部与所述延伸部具有一第三接触位置,在所述电路板向上抵接所述主体部后,相互接触的第二抵接部与所述延伸部具有一第四接触位置。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一弹臂具有两个第一接触部,两个所述第一接触部之间设有一第一开槽,两个所述第一接触部均用以与所述对接元件接触,所述第二弹臂具有两个第二接触部,两个所述第二接触部之间设有一第二开槽。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一开槽贯穿所述第一弹臂的板厚,且所述第一开槽延伸至所述第一抵接部,所述第二开槽贯穿所述第二弹臂的板厚,且所述第二开槽延伸至所述第二抵接部。
9.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一弹臂具有一第一接触部,在所述对接元件压接所述第一接触部前,相互接触的所述第一抵接部与所述导电体具有一第一接触位置,在所述对接元件压接所述第一接触部后,相互接触的所述第一抵接部与所述导电体具有一第二接触位置。
10.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述端子设有至少一第一连料部与所述第一料带连接,所述第二弹臂具有一第二接触部,所述第二接触部低于第一连料部。
11.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电体突设有一凸部与一抵挡部,所述限位部向上抵接所述抵挡部,所述限位部向下抵接所述凸部。
12.一种电连接器,其特征在于,包括:一绝缘本体,至少一收容孔上下贯通所述绝缘本体;每一所述收容孔收容一个端子与一个导电体,所述端子与所述导电体接触,所述端子用以电性连接一对接元件,且用以向下连接一第一料带并从下往上装入所述收容孔,每一所述端子具有收容于所述收容孔的一基部,自所述基部向上延伸一第一弹臂,所述第一弹臂具有至少一接触部与所述对接元件导接,每一所述接触部向下延伸一第一抵接部,自所述基部向下延伸一第二弹臂,所述第二弹臂具有一第二接触部与所述导电体接触,每一所述第二接触部向上延伸一第二抵接部;每一所述导电体具有一主体部,所述主体部与一电路板电性连接,所述主体部与所述第二接触部接触,自所述主体部延伸一延伸部,所述第一抵接部与所述第二抵接部接触所述延伸部,所述导电体用以导接所述电路板,且用以向下连接一第二料带并从下往上装入所述收容孔。
13.如权利要求12所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述收容孔设有一挡止部与一限位部,所述挡止部向下抵挡所述端子,所述限位部向下抵挡所述导电体。
14.如权利要求12所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述收容孔凸设有一挡块,所述第一弹臂具有一挡部,所述挡块抵接所述挡部限制所述端子向下移动。
