背景技术
EP 0 859 467 B1中已知的轻触开关包含弹性主体,它被布置在电路板的金属接触面上并且横跨在电路板和盖板之间的间隔上。为了产生主体,特别是泡沫材料主体,的导电性,在其中加入了例如碳。泡沫材料主体的例如500千欧姆的高电阻的目的是产生好的电磁兼容性(EMC),特别是与电干扰相关的滤波作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电容性轻触开关,它的突出之处是机械和电气特性的特别有利的结合。
根据本发明,上述目的通过一种具有权利要求1中所述特征的电容性轻触开关来实现。这种轻触开关包含弹性主体,它组成了感测按钮(sensor button)的一部分并且被布置在电路板和盖板之间。依照本发明,主体被导电网状物所包围。这样,主体的电气特性被充分地改善,而不会不利地影响机械特性。特别地,感测按钮和在相邻电路板上的接触面之间的接触电阻被减小了。
感测按钮的本身是弹性的主体、特别是泡沫材料主体优选为绝缘体。例如,柔软且有弹性的塑胶材料、天然橡胶、合成橡胶、硅树脂或任何其它柔软的、特别是可发泡的材料适合作为制造弹性主体的材料。在任何情况下,主体的电导率(specific electrical conductivity)小于布置在主体周围的网状物的电导率。主体可具有差别很大的几何形状,例如圆柱形。在一种优选配置中,主体是矩形体形状,特别是具有正方形横截面的矩形体。导电网状物被拉成如主体上的管道状或如编织物(cloth)布置在主体的周围,使得网状物覆盖着主体,在主体是矩形体形状的情况下,覆盖在主体的四个面上。在任何情况下,主体朝向电路板的面和朝向盖板的面都被导电网状物覆盖。
导电网状物可包含例如金属编织物(metal braid)。术语“网状物”可被解释成非常广泛的意思,也包含例如非机织织物(non-woven)或绒头织物(fleece)材料以及绕丝(wire winding)。优选地,网状物由非导体的编织物形成,例如尼龙或其它合成纤维,这些编织物被镀上金属,也就是说被提供了金属覆盖物。导电网状物对弹性主体的机械特性几乎没有影响。
依照一个优选实施例,至少一个发光装置,特别是发光二极管,被布置在电路板上。为了点亮感测按钮或盖板上邻接感测按钮的区域,由发光装置发出的光可穿过主体的开口部分。在这方面,将在弹性主体的开口部分设置导光装置(light guide)特别有利。导光装置优选由弹性易弯材料构成,特别是硅树脂,目的是能够适应弹性主体的形状。
依照一种有利的设计,在电路板的平面图上,电路板上的至少一个感测按钮被嵌入在弹性材料的垫子(mat)中,特别是硅树脂垫子中。那样,感测按钮除了朝着电路板或盖板的那些面,其它所有面都被弹性材料包围着。一方面,垫子的作用是将单个或多个感测按钮固定在电路板上希望的位置处,并由此有利于非常合理的装配。另一方面,垫子还有密封作用,因此垫子的外部轮廓优选地至少近似对应于电路板和盖板的轮廓。此外,垫子还可用作导光元件(light-conductingelement)。特别地,可将设置在电路板上的发光装置所发出的光导引穿过垫子。因此,以上所指的导光装置连同发光二极管可与包裹感测按钮的垫子设置在一个片中。可选地,还可以将要安装在开口中的导光装置分散在垫子中。
优选由塑胶材料制成的盖板被布置成与电路板基本平行。如果盖板具有至少轻微的弯曲,那么在许多使用情形下可实现特别的人体工程学设计结构。因此,盖板与电路板之间的间距不是在所有的位置上都相同。被导电网状物包裹的弹性主体被调整以适合盖板和电路板之间变化的间距。如果需要,不同尺寸的感测按钮也可被安装在单个电路板上。
感测按钮构成了电容器的一端,该电容器的电容量可通过将操作者的手指放置在盖板上而被改变。可由盖板朝向电路板并被导电地涂镀的表面特定而明确地影响电容器的电气特性。特别地,在塑胶薄膜(plastic film)上的金属涂层可被视作为与包裹主体的网状物电接触的导电层。根据一个可选配置,导电层,特别是镀金属的薄膜,被布置在盖板的外部表面上,也就是说远离电路板的表面。

具体实施方式
图1a中所示的电容性轻触开关1具有印刷电路或电路板2,电路板具有多个矩形接触表面3和导电印刷线(conductor track)(没有显示)。被布置在电路板2上的还有多个发光二极管4,一般地标识为发光装置。每个接触表面3通过相应的感测按钮5被接触,感测按钮由泡沫材料的立方形主体7构成,它被导电网状物6所包围。因此,每个感测按钮5为柔软、弹性易弯的结构,并且在轻触开关1的装配情况下被至少轻微地挤压,以在任何情况下完全地填满可用的安装空间。
感测按钮5的构造可从图1b详细看出。网状物6为管道状,布置在主体7的周围,由被金属涂镀的合成材料纤维、即尼龙纤维制成。由绝缘材料制成的主体7的可压缩性几乎不受网状物6的影响。布置在感测按钮5的顶面上的是轻微弯曲的盖板8,该顶面与接触表面3基本平行并间隔开来,盖板8由塑胶材料制造并且被用作为操作面板。布置在盖板8朝向电路板2的表面上的是两个圆形镀金属的薄膜9,它们分别接触感测按钮5。包括导电薄膜9、感测按钮5和接触表面3的布置整体形成了电容器的一端。依照一个可选配置,镀金属的薄膜10被布置在顶部侧面上,即盖板8远离电路板2的那个侧面。如果在盖板8的顶部侧面没有镀金属的薄膜,则提供墨印(ink print)或彩印(color print)11,它的表面对应于镀金属的薄膜9的表面。然而,轻触开关也可被设计成完全没有镀金属的薄膜9、10。
电路板2和盖板8之间的间隔被硅树脂的垫子12几乎填满,垫子同时具有密封和导光的作用。基于导光圆柱体13,后一作用是特别明显的,其中导光圆柱体13从垫子12的否则几乎平坦的表面上突出,并且填充了盖板8中的圆形开口14。如果,在盖板8的平面图中,发光二极管4被布置在薄膜9和印迹(print)11的区域中,如中央感测按钮5的情况,那么薄膜9也具有适合于导光圆柱体13形状的开口15。感测按钮5被布置在垫子12的孔16中,这些孔的横截面基本为矩形形状。但是,为了使得装配更容易,孔16的轮廓稍微被加工为波纹形,偏离精确的矩形形状,甚至在稍微偏离几何参考值的情况下。
图2a到2f所示的实施例与图1的实施例不同之处主要在于发光二极管4的布置。中间一个发光二极管4在电路板2上被布置在中央感测按钮5在电路板2上也位于的位置上。因此,感测按钮5具有圆柱形开口17,它的截面对应于导光圆柱体13的截面。这样,可将发光二极管4布置在相对于导电薄膜9和感测按钮5的中间位置上。

Claims (14)

1.一种具有感测按钮(5)的电容性轻触开关,所述感测按钮被布置在电路板(2)和盖板(8)之间并且构成电容器的一端,所述电容器的电容量可通过接近而被改变,其中所述感测按钮(5)包括柔软材料的主体(7),所述主体可适应所述盖板(8),
其特征在于:
所述主体(7)是非导电的,但是至少部分地被导电层包围,
其中,所述主体(7)被导电网状物(6)所包围。
2.如权利要求1所述的轻触开关,其特征在于,所述导电网状物(6)由非导体的镀金属的编织材料构成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的轻触开关,其特征在于,在所述电路板(2)上设置发光装置(4)。
4.如权利要求3所述的轻触开关,其特征在于,设置发光二极管作为所述发光装置。
5.如权利要求3所述的轻触开关,其特征在于,所述主体(7)具有开口(17),由所述发光装置(4)发出的光可以穿过所述开口。
6.如权利要求5所述的轻触开关,其特征在于,在所述开口(17)中设置导光装置(13)。
7.如权利要求6所述的轻触开关,其特征在于,所述导光装置(13)由弹性易弯材料构成。
8.如权利要求7所述的轻触开关,其特征在于,所述弹性易弯材料是硅树脂。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的轻触开关,其特征在于,所述感测按钮(5)不朝向所述电路板(2)或所述盖板(8)的侧面被弹性材料的垫子(12)包围。
10.如权利要求9所述的轻触开关,其特征在于,所述弹性材料是硅树脂。
11.如权利要求9所述的轻触开关,其特征在于,所述弹性垫子(12)是导光的。
12.如权利要求11所述的轻触开关,其特征在于,所述弹性垫子(12)传导由所述电路板(2)上的发光装置(4)发出的光。
13.如权利要求1或2所述的轻触开关,其特征在于,所述盖板(8)是弯曲的。
14.如权利要求1或2所述的轻触开关,其特征在于,在所述盖板(8)的表面上设置导电层(9,10),其中所述导电层(9)设置在所述主体(7)和所述盖板(8)之间。
