Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种柔性开关板,由外到内依次包括柔性面层、第一柔性电路板、绝缘网状织物、第二软性电路板和柔性底层,第一柔性电路板与第二柔性电路板的相应面上分别设有相对应的导电触点,绝缘网状织物对应于导电触点开设有通孔,柔性面层上分布有与导电触点相对应的开关按压区域,柔性面层、第一柔性电路板、绝缘网状织物、第二软性电路板和柔性底层的边缘封装固定在一起。本实用新型采用绝缘网状织物作为其柔性绝缘层,与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:网状织物强度较高,无需担心因通孔太密集而导致通孔间的连接处断裂的情况,从而可适用于各种类型的柔性开关板。网状织物本来就密布有通孔,无需再开孔,生产加工很方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电信号输入装置,尤其是一种可收卷的柔性开关板。
背景技术
现有的柔性开关板,其结构由外到内依次包括柔性面层、第一柔性电路板、柔性绝缘层、第二软性电路板和柔性底层,第一柔性电路板与第二柔性电路板的相应面上分别设有相对应的导电触点,柔性绝缘层对应于导电触点开设有通孔,柔性面层上分布有与导电触点相对应的开关按压区域,柔性面层、第一柔性电路板、柔性绝缘层、第二软性电路板和柔性底层的边缘封装固定在一起。
平时,通过柔性绝缘层隔开第一柔性电路板和第二软性电路板,第一柔性电路板和第二软性电路板的导电触点不接触,柔性开关板不工作。
使用时,按压柔性面层上的开关按压区域,便可将第一柔性电路板上的导电触点压向柔性绝缘层上的通孔,并穿过通孔与第二柔性电路板的导电触点相接触,从而接通电信号。
这种柔性开关板,其柔性绝缘层通常采用海棉,采用海棉作为柔性绝缘层具有如下缺点:(1)海棉的结构强度较差,开设于海棉上的通孔不能太密集,否则孔与孔之间的连接处就会断裂,这样,对于开关按压区域较多、较密集的柔性开关板,海棉作为其柔性绝缘层就不是太理想。(2)市场上买回来的海棉并无通孔,需专门开设通孔,生产加工较麻烦。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种柔性开关板,其柔性绝缘层强度较高且无需加工通孔、生产加工很方便。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的:柔性开关板,由外到内依次包括柔性面层、第一柔性电路板、柔性绝缘层、第二软性电路板和柔性底层,第一柔性电路板与第二柔性电路板的相应面上分别设有相对应的导电触点,柔性绝缘层对应于导电触点开设有通孔,柔性面层上分布有与导电触点相对应的开关按压区域,柔性面层、第一柔性电路板、柔性绝缘层、第二软性电路板和柔性底层的边缘封装固定在一起;上述柔性绝缘层为绝缘网状织物。
上述绝缘网状织物为常见的涤纶网眼布。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型的柔性开关板,采用绝缘网状织物作为其柔性绝缘层,与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:(1)网状织物强度较高,无需担心因通孔太密集而导致通孔间的连接处断裂的情况,从而可适用于各种类型的柔性开关板。(2)网状织物本来就密布有通孔,无需再开孔,生产加工很方便。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的柔性开关板,如图1、2所示,由外到内依次包括柔性面层1、第一柔性电路板2、绝缘网状织物3、第二软性电路板4和柔性底层5,第一柔性电路板2与第二柔性电路板4的相应面上分别设有相对应的导电触点21、41,绝缘网状织物3上密布有通孔31,柔性面层1上分布有与导电触点21(41)相对应的开关按压区域11,柔性面层1、第一柔性电路板2、绝缘网状织物3、第二软性电路板4和柔性底层5的边缘封装固定在一起。
平时,通过绝缘网状织物3隔开第一柔性电路板2和第二软性电路板4,第一柔性电路板2和第二软性电路板4的导电触点21、41不接触,柔性开关板不工作。
使用时,按压柔性面层1上的开关按压区域11,便可将第一柔性电路板2上的导电触点21压向绝缘网状织物3上的通孔31,并穿过通孔31与第二柔性电路板4的导电触点41相接触,从而接通电信号。
本实用新型中,绝缘网状织物3一般选用密布有小孔的网眼布,如常见的涤纶网眼布,这样,对于各个开关按压区域11面积较小、较密集的情况,密布有小孔的网眼布正好适用。而对于各个开关按压区域11面积较大、较稀疏的情况,一个开关按压区域11对应于多个通孔31,即,相对应的导电触点21、41之间通过多个通孔31进行接触导通,同样可适用。
为了增加柔性开关板的弹性和触感,还可在第二软性电路板4与柔性底层5之间垫设有海棉,此海棉的边缘同样与柔性面层1、第一柔性电路板2、绝缘网状织物3、第二软性电路板4和柔性底层5的边缘封装固定在一起。

1、柔性开关板,由外到内依次包括柔性面层、第一柔性电路板、柔性绝缘层、第二软性电路板和柔性底层,第一柔性电路板与第二柔性电路板的相应面上分别设有相对应的导电触点,柔性绝缘层对应于导电触点开设有通孔,柔性面层上分布有与导电触点相对应的开关按压区域,柔性面层、第一柔性电路板、柔性绝缘层、第二软性电路板和柔性底层的边缘封装固定在一起;其特征在于:上述柔性绝缘层为绝缘网状织物。
2、根据权利要求1所述的柔性开关板,其特征在于:上述绝缘网状织物为常见的涤纶网眼布。
