Claims (5)
- 인체의 접촉이 유도되며 기기 조작을 위한 터치 스위치부가 표현된 절연수단과, 상기 절연수단에 접촉된 인체를 매질(유전체)로 하는 정전용량값의 변화를 검출하기 위한 도전수단과, 상기 도전수단을 통해서 인체의 접촉 검출시에 상기 절연수단의 해당 스위치부의 가시적 표현을 위하여 백라이트를 제공하기 위한 평판형 발광수단과, 상기 절연수단의 터치 스위치부에 인체 접촉시 상기 도전수단을 통해서 이루어지는 정전용량값의 변화로부터 스위치 조작 여부를 검출해 내기 위한 구동수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 스위치 장치.
- 인체의 접촉이 유도되며 기기 조작을 위한 터치 스위치부가 외면에 표현되고 내면으로 상기 터치 스위치부 마다에 대응하는 도전성 도금 막이 형성된 유리판과, 상기 유리판과 대향하여 상기 조작된 터치 스위치부를 조명하기 위한 백라이트로서 EL쉬트와, 상기 터치 스위치부 마다 대응하는 위치에서 인체의 접촉 여부에 따라 인체를 매질(유전체)로 하는 정전용량값의 변화를 검출하기 위한 도전성 고무와, 상기 도전성 고무를 통해서 상기 터치 스위치부에 접촉된 인체로의 도전이 이루어지고 인체접촉에 따른 정전용량값의 변화로부터 스위치 조작 여부를 검출해 내기 위한 구동수단을 포함하는 인쇄회로기판으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 스위치 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 고무는 볼트형으로 이루어지고, 그 머리부가 인쇄회로기판의 동박면 스위치부에 접촉되며, 선단부가 상기 유리판의 터치 스위치부에 대향함으로써 인체의 접촉 여부 검출을 위한 도전통로를 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 스위치 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 도전성 고무가 상기 유리판 및 상기 인쇄회로기판 동박면 스위치부 각각의 위치에 대향하여 놓이도록, 상기 도전성 고무를 삽입하기 위한 도전구멍이 형성된 부도체 고무판을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 스위치 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 부도체 고무판에는 상기 EL쉬트가 부착되어 고정됨으로써 상기 부도체 고무판이 EL쉬트의 지지수단을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하는 터치 스위치 장치.
