Abstract
本发明涉及具有一体型把手的培特瓶及其制造方法。该方法利用模具而注塑成形,其特征为包括:由用注塑器向一次模具内射入熔融状态的树脂,注塑成形具有瓶口、把手及瓶体的预制品的预成形阶段;对所述预成形阶段注塑成形的预制品利用加热器进行加热的加热阶段;将被加热的预制品移到二次模具后,利用拉伸杆将瓶体拉伸,吹入空气使瓶体注塑成形为二次模具的模型形状的拉伸及吹气成形阶段(S30);在二次模具内通过拉伸及吹气注塑成形培特瓶,但在瓶体被吹气的过程中包围把手的端部而一体成形的阶段;开启二次模具抽出制品的阶段。从而,可使把手的结合作业简便且容易,提高被一体结合的把手的坚固性而提高耐久性的同时,确保使用安全性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及具有一体型把手的培特瓶(PET BOTTLE)及其制造方法。更详细地说,涉及在注塑成形过程中,为使用培特瓶方便而使把手成形为一体,而且使结合把手的作业简便容易,加强一体结合的把手的坚固性而提高其耐久性的同时,可确保使用过程中的安全性的具有一体型把手的培特瓶及其制造方法。
背景技术
通常,各种饮用水、水及烹饪时使用的食用油、酱油、醋等(以下通称为液体类)均被装于通过专门加工工艺制成的培特瓶中流通和销售。
这种培特瓶成形工艺是在注塑阶段进行预成形后,经加热器加热后装入所希望的形状的模具内,经吹气成形为所希望的形状的制品。
在现有的培特瓶上所用的把手是在完成培特瓶的吹气成形阶段之后,将通过另外的工序形成的把手套在培特瓶的颈部而结合并使用。
但是,所述现有的培特瓶的把手并非注塑成形过程中一体成形,把手是通过另外的工序成形后经结合的方法而成的,所以因结合部不够坚固,从外部受到冲击及负荷时,存在把手容易脱落的缺点,而且,为了使另加工而成的把手被结合的部位即颈部承受由于结合的负荷,必须使瓶颈部位的厚度大于其它部分的厚度,从而增加材料的消耗量,还有在培特瓶的颈部处结合把手的工艺难,且须要更多的作业时间。不仅如此,还有因培特瓶和把手的材质相异,不同材质引起结合部的坚固性下降等诸多问题。
发明内容
本发明是为解决所述现有缺点和问题的一种发明。其目的在于提供一种新形态的具有一体型把手的培特瓶及其制造方法。在注塑成形培特瓶的过程中,利用拉伸及吹气阶段,使把手一体地注塑成形于瓶体上,从而提高使用培特瓶把手时的支撑能力及坚固性的同时,把手的结合作业变得简便和容易,还因可提高培特瓶的一体耐久性,确保使用安全性。
为实现所述目的,本发明的一种具有一体型把手的培特瓶制造方法,利用模具而注塑成形,其特征为包括:由用注塑器向一次模具内射入熔融状态的树脂,注塑成形具有瓶口、把手及瓶体的预制品的预成形阶段;对所述预成形阶段注塑成形的预制品利用加热器进行加热的加热阶段;将被加热的预制品移到二次模具后,利用拉伸杆将瓶体拉伸,吹入空气使瓶体注塑成形为二次模具的模型形状的拉伸及吹气成形阶段;在二次模具内通过拉伸及吹气注塑成形培特瓶,但在瓶体被吹气的过程中包围把手的端部而一体成形的阶段;开启二次模具抽出制品的阶段。
本发明具有在预成形阶段,瓶口、瓶体及把手被注塑成形为一体,在拉伸及吹气成形阶段,瓶体与把手注塑成形为一体的特征。
本发明的特征为:所述瓶体与把手以同一材质注塑成形为一体,在瓶口下段部一侧延伸着连结片,把手与其成形为一体,在把手的端头形成有固定片。

具体实施方式
参照附图详细说明本发明如下:
图1为本发明培特瓶制造方法工序图,图2为本发明制造方法工序示意图。本发明的具有一体型把手的培特瓶制造方法为:在预成形阶段S10,通过注塑器将熔融状态的树脂射入一次模具10内,注塑成形具有瓶口2、瓶体3及把手4的预制品;在加热阶段S20,对预成形阶段S10注塑成形的预制品通过加热器H进行加热;在拉伸及吹气成形阶段S30,将被加热器H加热的预制品移到二次模具20之后,利用拉伸杆21,将瓶体3拉伸到一定长度的同时,通过吹气使瓶体3注塑成形为二次模具2上形成的模型形状。
在所述拉伸及吹气成形阶段S30,在二次模具20内通过拉伸及吹气注塑成形培特瓶,但在瓶体3被吹气的过程中,形成将把手4的端部包围而成形为一体这样的阶段S30’,开启二次模具20抽出制品的阶段S40后完成培特瓶的注塑成形。
图3a、3b、3c为说明本发明培特瓶制造的各工序用放大剖面图。图3a表示通过注塑器将树脂射入具有所希望的注塑成形形状的模型的一次模具内,成形出具有瓶口2、瓶体3及把手4的预制品的状态,其中一次模具由第1、2、3模具11、12、13构成。图3b表示注塑成形的预制品的瓶体3被加热器H加热的状态。图3c表示将由图3a及图3b注塑成形并被加热的预制品移到具备具有所希望的注塑成形形状的培特瓶形状的模型的第4、5模具22、23的二次模具20后,向瓶体3内部下降拉伸杆21,使瓶体3拉伸到具有一定的长度,向瓶体3内吹气,使瓶体3按照二次模具20的模型而注塑成形。
图3c表示在瓶体3通过吹气按照模具20的模型而成形的过程中,瓶体3将把手4的端部包围起来而成形为一体。
图4为表示本发明的具有一体型把手的培特瓶的侧视图。经过预成形阶段S10、加热阶段S20、拉伸及吹气成形阶段S30,注塑成形由瓶口2、瓶体3及把手4一体形成的培特瓶,而所述瓶体3及把手4由相同材质一体成形,在瓶口2的下段部一侧延伸的连结片5与把手4一体成形,在把手4的端部形成固定片6。
此时,形成于所述把手4的端部的固定片6在瓶体通过吹气成形过程中,被瓶体3包围起来构成为一体。
另外,在所述把手4一体注塑成形的部位的瓶体3上形成有纵向一定范围内具有等间距的多个凹槽部7。
图5a、5b为本发明的具有一体型把手的培特瓶的另外实施例的侧视图。图5a表示:在瓶口2的下段部一侧使把手4通过连结片5形成为一体,形成于把手4的端部的固定片6在注塑成形过程中,包围于瓶体3而一体地成形,在把手4的中间部位形成有与所述固定片6一样在注塑成形过程中包围于瓶体3而一体地成形的补助固定片8。
图5b表示:瓶口2的下段部一侧通过连结片4使把手成为一体,形成于把手4端部的固定片6是在注塑成形过程中,包围于瓶体3而形成为一体,在所述把手4上注塑成形包围于瓶体3的一对补助固定片8’。
图6a、6b为本发明的具有一体型把手的培特瓶之另一种实施例的侧视图。通过本发明的制造方法(参考图1及图2),加工瓶体3上构成一体型把手4的培特瓶,而如图6a所示,使把手4分别一体注塑成形在瓶体3的两侧,或如图6b所示,使各自的把手4一体注塑形成于瓶体3的两侧,但把手4从瓶体3的上段部向下段部长长地延伸到瓶体的中间部而形成,而在把手4的内侧面中间部上延伸突出地形成固定片8’从而与瓶体3一体地注塑成形。
如同图6c,在瓶体3的两侧分别一体注塑成形把手4,但把手4是从瓶体3的上段部长长地延伸到下段部,在把手4的内侧面使补助固定片8’以一定间隔延伸突出地一体注塑成形于瓶体3上。
图7a、7b、7c、7d为本发明的具有一体型把手的培特瓶之另一种实施例的局部放大剖面图。以在形成于瓶体3的上段部的瓶口2的下部外周面上等间隔地形成凹槽9’的方式突出形成多段环形支撑片9,通过所述支撑片9使把手4注塑成形为一体。
图7a表示把手4的连结片5与多段形突出支撑片9的位于上部的支撑片9a连结而一体注塑成形的情况,图7b表示把手4的连结片5与多段形突出支撑片9的位于中间的支撑片9b连结而一体注塑成形的情况。
图7c表示把手4的连结片5与多段形突出支撑片9的位于下部的支撑片9c连结而一体注塑成形的情况,图7d表示把手4的连结片5以包围着形成于瓶口2下部的多段形突出支撑片9的位于中间部位的支撑片的一部分的同时埋入于形成在所述支撑片9之间的凹槽9’的一部分中的状态一体注塑成形的情况。
图8a、8b为本发明的具有一体型把手的培特瓶之另一种实施例的局部放大剖面图,表示在形成于瓶体3的上段部的瓶口2的下部突出形成单一形态的环形支撑片9,在所述支撑片9上包围其一部分地一体注塑成形把手4的连结片5,图8b表示将所述把手4的连结片5与突出于瓶口2的支撑片9的底面一部分及瓶体3的一部分连结而一体注塑成形。
图9为本发明的具有一体型把手的培特瓶之另一种实施例的局部放大剖面图,表示把手4的连结片5一体注塑成形于形成有瓶口2的瓶体3上。
如上所述,欲想制造本发明的具有一体型把手的培特瓶时,首先如同图3a所示,通过注塑器将熔融状态的树脂射入具有可注塑成形出所希望的形状的制品那样的模型的一次模具10中,注塑成形具有瓶口2、瓶体3及把手4的预成形品,其中一次模具由第1、2、3模具11、12、13构成。
如同图3b所示,所述状态下对于注塑成形的预成形品,利用加热器H加热瓶体3到可拉伸的状态,如同图3c所示,将被加热的预成形品移到具有培特瓶形状的模型的二次模具20后,利用通过另外的驱动装置(未图示)而可升降的拉伸杆21,将瓶体3向下方拉伸延长,具有预定压力的空气吹入瓶体3内,使瓶体3边扩张边按二次模具20所具有的模型形状进行注塑成形而完成培特瓶的注塑成形。
此时,将空气吹入所述瓶体3,注塑成形为二次模具的模型的场合,形成于把手4端部的固定片6在瓶体3的扩张的过程中,包围着固定片6的状态按其形状一体地被注塑成形,所以瓶体3与把手4的端部的一部分部位即固定片6以一体注塑成形。
如此,利用二次模具20对预成形品进行拉伸及吹气成形,即可完成一体形式有把手的培特瓶的注塑成形。
如同图4所示,通过上述制造方法注塑成形的培特瓶在瓶口2下段部一侧,把手4通过连结片5形成为一体,在所述把手4的端部形成固定片6,而固定片6被瓶体包围而构成为一体。
在把手4形成为一体的部位的瓶体3上,在一定范围内形成等间距的多个凹槽7,借助所述凹槽7增加对于加在形成有把手4的瓶体3的部位的纵横方向上的负荷的应力,提高瓶体一体的坚固性及耐久性的同时,把手4不易因受外力而脱落。
本发明的培特瓶如图5a及图5b所示,当注塑成形培特瓶时,如图5a所示,把手4的固定片6被瓶体3包围而构成为一体,而在所述把手4的中间部分一体延长有补助固定片8并被瓶体3包围而注塑成形成为一体,或如同图5b所示,在把手4一体注塑成形于瓶体3的过程中,固定片6被瓶体3包围而构成为一体,而一对补助固定片8’从把手4一体延长并被瓶体3包围而一体注塑成形。
因培特瓶的瓶体3与把手4之间的补助固定片8,8’的形成而使把手4的固定更好,坚固性及支撑力更加提高。
如同图6a、6b、6c,本发明的培特瓶的另一种实施例,这就是用如同图1及图2所示方法加工把手4被一体成形的培特瓶时,在瓶体3的两侧分别一体注塑成形把手(参照图6a)、或所述瓶体3的两侧一体注塑成形各自的把手4。
如同图6b所示的培特瓶是:所述把手4构成为从瓶体3的上段部至中间部位向下方长长地延伸,在把手4的内侧面中央部位,一体延长突出有补助固定片8’并与瓶体3一体注塑成形。
如同图6c所示,所述把手4由瓶体3的上段至下段部长长地延伸,在其内侧面以一定间距延伸突出地注塑成形补助固定8’。
图7a、7b、7c的实施例中,为使把手4与形成于瓶口2下部外周面的结合槽9’及支撑片9连结而一体注塑成形,把手4的支撑片5与支撑片9的位于上部的支撑片9a连结,或位于中间部或下部的支撑片9b、9c连结而一体注塑成形。
如同图8a、8b的所示实施例中,在瓶口2下部使环形支撑片9以单一形态突出并包围把手4的连结片5而一体注塑成形、或与支撑片9的底面的一部分及瓶体3的一部分连结而一体注塑成形。
如图9所示实施例中,在瓶口2下部不另设突出支撑片,使把手4的连结片5一体注塑成形于瓶体3上。
如上所述,本发明的培特瓶除上面所说的实施例以外,可以多样化形态使把手一体化成为可能。利用本发明的制造方法,可加工把手成为一体的多样化形态的培特瓶是理所当然的。
如上所述,按照利用本发明制造方法制造具有一体型把手的培特瓶时,因通过拉伸及吹气成形阶段在瓶体上一体注塑成形把手,可提高使用培特瓶时把手的支撑力及坚固性的同时,使把手的结合作业简便且容易,因此可提高效率,还可提高培特瓶的耐久性及可获得确保使用安全的效果。
Claims (16)
1.一种具有一体型把手的培特瓶制造方法,利用模具而注塑成形,其特征为包括:
由用注塑器向一次模具内射入熔融状态的树脂,注塑成形具有瓶口、把手及瓶体的预制品的预成形阶段(S10);
对所述预成形阶段注塑成形的预制品利用加热器进行加热的加热阶段(S20);
将被加热的预制品移到二次模具后,利用拉伸杆将瓶体拉伸,吹入空气使瓶体注塑成形为二次模具的模型形状的拉伸及吹气成形阶段(S30);
在二次模具内通过拉伸及吹气注塑成形培特瓶,但在瓶体被吹气的过程中包围把手的端部而一体成形的阶段(S30’);
开启二次模具抽出制品的阶段(S40)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有一体型把手的培特瓶制造方法,其特征为:在所述预成形阶段(S10),瓶口(2)、瓶体(3)及把手(4)由同一材质一体注塑成形。
3.一种具有一体型把手的培特瓶,由瓶口(2)和瓶体(3)构成并具有把手,其特征为:
在所述瓶口(2)的下段部一侧伸长形成连结片(5),把手(4)与其形成为一体,在把手(4)的端部形成固定片(6)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有一体型把手的培特瓶,其特征为:在所述把手(4)一体注塑成形的部位的瓶体(3)上一定范围内形成纵向等间距的多个凹槽(7)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的具有一体型把手的培特瓶,其特征为:所述把手(4)分别一体注塑成形于瓶体(3)两侧。
6.根据权利要求3所述的具有一体型把手的培特瓶,其特征为:在所述瓶口(2)的下部外周面上以等间隔形成结合槽(9’)的方式突出形成多段环形支撑片(9),通过所述支撑片(9)一体注塑成形把手(4)。
7.根据权利要求3所述的具有一体型把手的培特瓶,其特征为:在形成于瓶体(3)的上段部的瓶口(2)的下部,以单一形态突出形成环形支撑片(9),在所述支撑片(9)上包围其一部分地一体注塑成形把手(4)的连结片(5)。
8.根据权利要求3所述的具有一体型把手的培特瓶,其特征为:所述把手(4)一体注塑成形于形成有瓶口(2)的瓶体(3)上。
9.根据权利要求5所述的具有一体型把手的培特瓶,其特征为:所述把手(4)在其内侧面上延伸突出形成补助固定片(8’)并一体注塑成形于瓶体(3)上。
10.根据权利要求6所述的具有一体型把手的培特瓶,其特征为:所述把手(4)的连结片(5)是以连结于多段突出的支撑片(9)的位于上部的支撑片(9a)的方式一体注塑成形。
11.根据权利要求6所述的具有一体型把手的培特瓶,其特征为:所述把手(4)的连结片(5)是以连结于多段突出的支撑片(9)的位于中间部的支撑片(9b)的方式一体注塑成形。
12.根据权利要求6所述的具有一体型把手的培特瓶,其特征为:所述把手(4)的连结片(5)是以连结于多段突出的支撑片(9)的位于下部的支撑片(9c)的方式一体注塑成形。
13.根据权利要求6所述的具有一体型把手的培特瓶,其特征为:所述把手(4)的连结片(5)是以包围在瓶口(2)下部的多段突出的支撑片(9)的位于中间部的支撑片(9b)的一部分部位并埋入于在所述支撑片(9)之间形成的结合槽(9’)一部分部位的状态一体注塑成形。
14.根据权利要求7所述的具有一体型把手的培特瓶,其特征为:所述把手(4)的连结片(5)是以支撑片(9)的底面的一部分部位及瓶体(3)的一部分部位相连结的方式一体注塑成形。
15.根据权利要求9所述的具有一体型把手的培特瓶,其特征为:所述把手(4)在内侧面上多个补助固定片(8’)以突出形状被注塑成形时,埋入于瓶体(3)。
16.根据权利要求9或15所述的具有一体型把手的培特瓶,其特征为:所述把手(4)在内侧面上多个补助固定片(8’)以突出形状埋入于瓶体(3)的两侧。
