Description

图4a-4d以截面透视图的形式,示出了在根据本发明的一个实施例的工艺的不同步骤下板材1边缘的舌榫2’形式的纵向型材2。该图通过放大截面几何形状中的某些目标而简化,以便增加对本发明的理解。图4a示出了在模制纵向型材2之前、具有芯层和装饰顶层的板材1。图4b示出在铣削出舌榫2’之后的板材1。在此,使用传统的旋转铣削刀具去除了比舌榫2’的最终形状更多的材料。这种工具非常适于去除大量的材料,因为工具本身能够从所述舌榫2’上输送出材料。图4c示出了在对舌榫2’施加聚合材料5之后的板材1。所述聚合材料5适于为热塑性材料,该材料在类似挤制的工艺中熔化并施加到舌榫2’中。在板材1用作地板覆盖材料时,板材1的厚度在5-12mm的范围内。所施加的聚合材料5的厚度必须在0.6-1.5mm的范围内,以便匹配接头的几何形状。在熔化状态下施加的热塑性材料必须在接头模制的最后步骤之前冷却。这可以通过吹冷却空气和/或将导热材料制成的冷却滑块压在接头上实现。后者也可以在最后的精细模制之前使聚合材料5预成形。图4d示出了通过拉削精细模制之后的板材1,其中使用类似于图5所示的拉削刀具3。在工艺的早期阶段施加的聚合材料5可以使接头表面更平滑,同时降低形成毛刺的危险。后者是个相当普遍的问题,特别是板材1的芯由MDF(中密度纤维板)或HDF(高密度纤维板)制成时。在接头关键部位的更光滑且更好地限定的表面将可以设计间隙更小的接头。这样接着可以加工更小的切口20和卡钩21,通过保持切口20和卡钩21的尺寸,而保持抗撕强度或者提高抗撕强度。而且,拉削的优点是可以制造具有使用传统铣削方法不能制造的截面几何形状的型材2,如在本发明之前的阶段实现的。
图5以截面透视图的形式,示出了用于精细模制舌榫2’的切口20的拉削刀具3。图5示出的拉削刀具3是简化的拉削刀具3,用于获得上述的图2d和4d中示出的型材2的截面。拉削刀具3用于精细模制舌榫2’,以便获得根据本发明制造的卡钩21和榫槽2”的良好匹配。拉削开始于已经铣削去除了所述舌榫2’的基本部分之后,所以通过铣削工艺去除了需去除的材料的大部分,以获得如本发明的优选实施例中所示的舌榫2’,确保拉削阶段更安全的操作。拉削刀具3可调节地固定在输送机上,该机器输送板材使其经过拉削刀具3。
所述拉削刀具3包含拉削刃31、拉削本体32和拉削夹具。所述拉削本体32上设有用于冷却介质的内部冷却通道,所述冷却介质可以是气体和液体。有利的是,还使用用于指导拉削本体32的冷却的温度传感器。如果拉削刀具3的温度保持在选定范围内,则制造误差会更好。所述温度传感器可以是正对一个或多个拉削刃31的红外传感器或附着在拉削本体32本身上的传导传感器。通过控制冷却介质的温度,可以将拉削刀具3的温度限定在很窄的温度范围内。拉削刀具3还可以设有一个或多个在拉削刃31上喷出空气的喷嘴。调节空气流,可以既冷却拉削刃31,又从切削刃31上去除粉尘和颗粒。拉削刀具3还可以设有空气和粉尘抽吸导管,从切削刃吸去粉尘和颗粒。喷在切削刃31的空气适于脉动,以便更好地清洁拉削刃31。
拉削刃31的前刃部分31’和侧刃部分31”可以凹入,以便增加切削操作过程中的稳定性,同时保证安全地去除废弃材料,以致不会或很少形成毛刺。
图6以截面透视图的形式,示出了用于精细模制榫槽2”的切口20的拉削刀具3。图6示出的拉削刀具3是简化的拉削刀具3,用于获得上述的图1d和3d中示出的型材2的截面。拉削刀具3用于精细模制榫槽2”,以便获得根据本发明制造的切口20和舌榫2’的良好匹配。拉削开始于已经铣削去除了所述榫槽2”的基本部分之后,所以通过铣削工艺去除了需去除材料的大部分,以获得如本发明的优选实施例中所示的榫槽2”,确保拉削阶段更安全的操作。拉削刀具3可调节地固定在输送机上,该机器输送板材使其经过拉削刀具3。

本发明并不仅限于所示的实施例,因为可以在本发明的范围内以不同的方式变化。例如,可以在铣削模制了型材2的基本部分之后,进行拉削精细模制,而没有如本发明的优选实施例所述的中间浸渍或涂敷。还可以在工艺的后期阶段实施浸渍或涂敷。
Claims (18)
1.一种用于加工比如板材(1)上的舌榫(2’)和榫槽(2”)式的纵向型材(2)的工艺,其中所述工艺包括步骤:
a)通过使用铣削刀具铣削模制所述型材(2)截面的基本部分,
b)至少在板材(1)的榫槽(2”)中通过使用至少一种拉削刀具(3)拉削而精细地模制切口(20)。
2.如权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于所述铣削刀具可调节地固定在输送机上,在铣削过程中,该机器输送所述板材(1)使其经过所述铣削刀具。
3.如权利要求2所述的工艺,其特征在于所述拉削刀具(3)可调节地固定在输送机上,该机器输送所述板材使其经过所述拉削刀具(3)。
4.如权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征在于所述工艺还包括在通过拉削精细模制之前,涂敷铣削的型材部分的步骤。
5.如权利要求4所述的工艺,其特征在于所述涂敷工艺包括蜡或油。
6.如权利要求4所述的工艺,其特征在于所述涂敷工艺包含聚合材料,例如热塑性聚烯烃。
7.如权利要求4所述的工艺,其特征在于所述涂敷工艺包含漆,比如紫外线处理的漆。
8.如权利要求1-3任一所述的工艺,其特征在于所述拉削刀具(3)包含拉削刃(31)、拉削本体(32)和拉削夹具。
9.如权利要求8所述的工艺,其特征在于所述拉削本体(32)上设有用于冷却介质的内部冷却通道,所述冷却介质可以从气体和液体构成的组中选择。
10.如权利要求9所述的工艺,其特征在于所述拉削本体(32)上设有温度传感器,用于指导冷却。
11.如权利要求10所述的工艺,其特征在于所述温度传感器是正对一个或多个拉削刃(31)的红外传感器。
12.如权利要求10所述的工艺,其特征在于所述温度传感器是附着在拉削本体(32)上的传导传感器。
13.如权利要求8所述的工艺,其特征在于所述拉削刀具(3)上设有至少一个用于向拉削刃(31)喷出空气的喷嘴。
14.如权利要求8所述的工艺,其特征在于所述拉削刀具(3)上设有空气和粉尘的抽吸导管,从拉削刃(31)上吸去粉尘和颗粒。
15.如权利要求13所述的工艺,其特征在于所述拉削刀具(3)上还设有空气和粉尘的抽吸导管,从拉削刃(31)上吸去粉尘和颗粒。
16.如权利要求13所述的工艺,其特征在于喷在所述拉削刃(31)上的空气是脉动的,以便更好地清洁拉削刃(31)。
17.如权利要求8所述的工艺,其特征在于所述拉削刃(31)的前刃部分(31’)是凹入的。
18.如权利要求8所述的工艺,其特征在于所述拉削刃(31)的侧刃部分(31”)是凹入的。
