Description
本发明涉及基于亚磷酸和其单酯衍生物尤其还包括其盐的杀虫剂化合物和组合物,以及用其防治节肢害虫(包括昆虫和蜘蛛纲动物)的新颖而出乎意料的方法。尤其,上述的化合物或组合物适于在农业和园艺上作为杀虫剂用于一些地方,特别是植物和其聚集地,而对于植物不产生明显的损害,同时对使用者和环境也十分安全。
众所周知,将亚磷酸及其盐及其某些单酯的盐,尤其是三(O-乙基亚膦酸)铝盐(fosetyl-Al),即通常所知的商业产品ALIETTE
,作为抗植物真菌病有效的一个活性成分使用已有十多年了。最近已发现fosetyl-Al也具有抗植物细菌病的出乎意料的活性,此病与真菌病在它们的起因特别是控制的难度上明显不同。
Fosety-Al在向上(本质部)和向下(韧皮部)方向均有内吸性的独特特征,因而使植物地上和地下部分疾病的控制有了新策略。所以在叶部使用能有助于抗根部疾病,在茎/树干使用能有助于抗根部疾病,以及叶部或果实疾病,在根部,种子或土壤中使用能有助于抗植物地上部分的疾病。
虽然已熟知这些化合物,尤其是fosetyl-Al具有抗植物真菌和细菌病的能力,但至今还未发现它们对于抗其它明显不同的虫害是有用的。例如,虽然作为ALIETTE
的一个活性成分fosetyl-Al在世界各地广泛商业应用于治疗真菌,但它还未被认为或提议为具有抗节肢害虫尤其是昆虫的显著的或实际的用途。事实上,除了对节肢动物基本无作用或无毒害作用之外,对它是否抗害虫(无益处的)或有益的昆虫和螨,尚无观察报告。

对环境更安全的农药产品尤其是杀虫剂的需要是十分迫切的,特别是将它们用作内吸处理时。这相当重要,例如,当甘薯桔黄粉虱在干旱地区造成巨大损害并被描述成对蔬菜生产的最大威胁。同样,对蓟马科和蚜科害虫造成类似的和广泛的损害的实用而有效的防治需要新颖和改进的防治措施。
因而本发明涉及基于亚磷酸衍生物的农药组合物作为新颖而惊人的方法之用,例如用上述衍生物处理植物或其聚集处来防治节肢动物,包括如昆虫和蜘蛛纲动物(如螨),但尤用作防治昆虫。
最广泛地理解,本发明提供一种在某处防治节肢害虫的方法,包括用一有效量的足以防治上述节肢动物的分子式为
的化合物作为活性成分来应用于或处理某处。
其中:
R为一个OH或一个具有1-4个碳原子的烷氧基;
M为一个氢原子(当R为一个羟基基团时)或一个碱金属,碱土金属或铅的阳离子;并且n为1-3的整数。
分子式(Ⅰ)的化合物在作为杀虫剂应用中和组合物中是与一个农业上可接受的载体或稀释剂和/或一个农业上可接受的表面活性剂合用的。
分子式(Ⅰ)的化合物,优选的是那些R为一个具有1-4个碳原子的烷氧基,或一个羟基,即它们或者是O-烷基亚膦酸衍生物,或者是亚磷酸衍生物。
优选的分子式(Ⅰ)化合物中有:1)单钠或单钾亚膦酸盐;2)二钠或二钾亚膦酸盐;或3)钠,钾,钙或铝的(O-乙基亚膦酸盐)。三(O-乙基亚膦酸)铝盐尤为优选。
提供一种用于防治或抵御无益的节肢害虫尤其是侵扰植物或其聚集处的昆虫的新方法是本发明的一个目的。
本发明的第二个目的是将上述防治和抵御节肢害虫的新方法用于经受上述害虫侵扰或袭击的植物,或用于由于实质的侵扰或通常发生的随后侵扰而需要得到上述防治(保护)的植物。
本发明的另一目的是提供直接或间接防治节肢动物尤其是昆虫的方法,间接的包括内吸作用,拒食作用,驱虫作用,杀卵作用等。
本发明的进一步目的是提供简单,有效的农药化合物,与典型的杀虫化合物相比,它们在拿,用或应用时对人或环境的安全性得到改善。
本发明的分子式(Ⅰ)化合物是易于得到或被了解的,能用那些记载于Ducret等美国专利4,139,616和Thizy等美国专利4,075,324中的步骤制备得到,以上二篇均地此引用作为参考。

分子式为(Ⅰ)的化合物和含有此成分的组合物的抗节肢害虫性质通过下述实施例来说明,其中活性成分(ai)使用量以克(g)/公顷(ha)表示,结果用相对于未处理过的对照组(UTC)的百分防治率表示。
实施例1
在田间条件下通过在播种时垄沟内施用来防治棉花和花生植株的蓟马科和蚜科害虫:
在美国五个州(南卡罗来纳(SC),密西西比(MS),得克萨斯(TX),北卡罗来纳(NC)和佐治亚(GA)的六块棉花地(CT)和花生地(PT)上,在播种时施用fosetyl-Al,即三-(O-乙基亚膦酸)铝盐。fosetyl-Al按下述方法配制,它可以是一种商业上可得到的可湿性粉剂(ALIETTE
80WP),或是一种ALIETTE
/ROVRAL

在具体时间,处理后的天数(DAT),蓟马科害虫的计数是在一些随机选出的植株上进行的,这些植株通常选自每块试验田的中央。包括对下列种类的未成熟的虫(幼年期,蛹或幼虫期)和成虫的计数:

在田间条件下通过叶部施用来防治棉花上桔黄粉虱和棉叶穿孔潜蛾:
对棉花进行一次晚季叶部施用fosetyl-Al,来评估一个严重限制棉花产量的因素,通常指由桔黄粉虱(和蚜虫)侵扰产生的“粘棉”,尤其会发生在干旱地区(亚利桑那)。评估的目的也是为了防治其它种类的昆虫,尤指Lepidoptera。下列为这些试验中评估的害虫种类:

实施例3
在田间条件下通过叶部施用来防治豆科作物上的豌豆蚜:
用与实施例2相似的试验方法,在北卡罗来纳的试验田中,叶部喷洒4480g ai/ha fosetyl-Al(ALIETTE
80WP),得到相对于未处理过的试验田相当好的可肉眼观察到的对豆科作物上的豌豆蚜(Acyrthosiphon pisum)的防治效果。
实施例4
暖房系统评估-对棉花上的棉蚜和亚热带粘虫及高粱上的麦绿蚜和亚热带粘虫的防治
下述试验是用于筛选化合物以鉴别杀虫活性的一些典型暖房/实验室方法。下述的暖房筛选结果显示了十多年来因其杀真菌性质和近年来因其意料不到的杀细菌性质而被熟知的fosetyl-Al,对下列有害昆虫实质上只有零活性(在一般正常实验水平)或仅是非常低的不显著活性或一些抑制作用(在较高超常实验水平):棉蚜(CA),Aphis gossypi,麦绿蚜(GB),Schizaphis graminum,及亚热带粘虫,spodoptera eridania。因而实在惊人和出于意料,田间条件下,如以上实施例1-3所述,fosetyl-Al尤其能通过内吸作用提供对几种不同的有害昆虫包括蓟马科,蚜科,桔黄粉虱科和Lepidopterous类的防治作用。
用专门的fosetyl-Al样品制备-水溶液,以得到5ml 20ppm土壤浓度剂量(接着稀释至10.0,5.0,2.5,1.25和0.625ppm),淋湿装有棉花和高梁植株的6cm盆中。棉花植株已先在受处理二天前受棉蚜感染和在受处理一天前受麦绿蚜感染。保持植株三天,对植株的蚜虫活性作出估价。再在第六天,对植株的蚜虫活性和对棉蚜和麦绿蚜计数及对其死亡率作出评价。将部分棉花和高梁叶切离,并将其放入隔离的塑料容器中,用第二龄亚热带粘虫幼虫对其感染。将盆载植株浸入硫特普中以杀死残余的蚜虫,然后将其移回暖房生长。在处理后十三天,切下余留的叶子喂养亚热带粘虫,五天后评价害虫死亡率。
在这些试验中,当土壤浓度为10ppm或更低时,fosetyl-Al对棉花上的二类蚜虫的百分防治率为0%,当浓度为20ppm,则对棉蚜幼虫和成虫有一些抑制作用(<50%)。对亚热带粘虫的防治率是:当浓度为20ppm或更低时,在高粱上为0%;当浓度为0.625ppm时,在棉花上为0%,当较高剂量2.5和10ppm时,在棉花上仅为20%。
通法、组分和用途
如前述农药用途所表明的,本发明提供了具有出乎意外的杀虫活性的化合物,和用所述化合物防治尤其包括昆虫和具体是蓟马科和蚜科害虫的若干种节肢动物害虫的方法。因而这些化合物在实际使用中是很有利的,例如在农业或园艺作物,林业,观赏植和和草皮上使用。
本发明特征是提供一种在某处对节肢害虫的防治方法,包括用有效量的如通式(Ⅰ)的化合物对此地的处理(如使用或施用)。处理的地方包括,例如,侵扰植物的害虫本身或其聚集地,由此还包括,例如,植物生长的介质(如土壤或水)或植株本身包括叶,茎,根和种子。
通过叶部使用或内吸作用,这些化合物对食用植株地上部分的节肢动物尤其一些昆虫或螨的防治可以是有用的。防治叶部害虫还可以进行植株根部或种子使用,使这些化合物随后通过内吸传输作用到达植株的地上部分。
正如以上所指出的,本发明的化合物能有利地用于防治节肢害虫尤其是昆虫。防治这一术语的意思包括,例如,杀死,阻碍,抵御,抑制,驱避或阻止节肢害虫,或任意地用这些或其它方式,来保护植物,以防止由节肢害虫对其引起的伤害。这些可更具体地包括,但并不仅限于:1)驱避/影响/阻止害虫在经受过或被本发明化合物处理过的植物上产卵;2)直接或间接作用,杀卵处理来阻碍的发育;3)直接或间接作用,作为害虫进食抑制剂来阻止昆虫进食,这是由于在植株上或植株内部存在有本发明的化合物或由本发明的化合物诱导产生的其它化合物或环境而造成的;以及4)通过例如降低植株内部或外部的pH值来影响植物生理。

若一种害虫是土壤传播的,配制成的组合物中活性化合物通常被用任何便利的方式均匀分布至所需处理的区域(例如播散或带状撒药)。如果需要,可以一般对农田或作物生长区域应用上述方法,或者紧靠需被防止侵袭的植株或种子应用。可以通过与水一起喷洒至所需区域上或留待降雨自然作用将活性成分浇入土壤。在应用过程中或以后,如果需要,可以用机械方法将配制好的化合物分布在土壤中,例如,用犁耕地,圆盘耕地,或用拖链。应用本发明方法可以在播种前,播种时,播种后发芽前,或发芽后。另外,防治的方法也包括在播种前的种子处理,它能使种子播种后具有防治效果。
控制害虫的方法还包括对植株叶部的应用或处理来防治节肢动物,尤其是侵袭植株地上部分的昆虫或螨。另外,本发明化合物提供了防治那些食用远离应用化合物处的植株部分的害虫的方法,例如,当活性化合物被用于例如植物根部或播种前的植物种子,它能通过吸收作用防治食叶昆虫。而且,本发明化合物可通过拒食或驱避作用减少对植物的侵袭。
本发明的化合物和用其控制害虫方法对保护田地,草料,种植园,暖房,果园或葡萄园作物,观赏植物,或种植园或森林树木,或草皮,特别有价值,例如:谷类(如燕麦,大麦,小麦或稻)蔬菜(如豆类,甘蓝类作物,curcurbits,莴苣,菠菜,芹菜,洋葱,蕃茄或芦笋);大田作物(例如棉花,烟草,玉米,高梁,啤酒花,花生或大豆);浆果类果树(例如caneberries或草莓);种植园作物(例如咖啡或可可);果树或树丛(例如核果类(桃,扁桃或油桃),梨果(苹果)或pit果,柑属(桔,柠檬,葡萄柚),培甘或鳄梨;葡萄园葡萄;观赏作物;温室或花园或公园中花或蔬菜或灌木;森林树木(落叶和常绿的),种植园或苗圃;或草皮。
通过合适地使用本发明化合物的途径,可将下述组合物应用于生长作物或作物生产处所,这些途径包括:
对生长作物:作叶部喷洒剂的粉剂,颗粒剂,雾剂或泡沫剂,或分散均匀的混悬剂,或胶囊组合物;用于土壤或根部的液体浸渍,粉剂,颗粒剂,烟雾剂或泡沫剂;用于作物种子,通过应用液肥或粉剂拌和种子;或用一适直的液体或糊剂配方对树士喷射或涂抹。
在实际运用时,本发明的化合物最为常用的是形成组合物的一部分。可以用这些组合物来防治:节肢动物,尤其昆虫或螨。组合物可以是适合用于所需防治害虫或其聚集处的已知技术的任何一种类型。这些组合物至少包括一种本发明的化合物,例如前述的,活性化合物与一种或多种其它相配伍组分结合或配合,其它组分可以是例如,固体或液体载体或稀释剂,佐剂,表面活性剂,或其它适合使用的类似物质,它们是农学上可接受的。可用已知技术的任何方法制备的这些防治节肢害虫组合物,同样形成本发明的一部分。
这些组合物也可包含其它种成分和护胶体,粘合剂,增稠剂,触变剂,穿透剂,喷洒油(尤其用于杀螨作用),稳定剂,防腐剂(尤其是防霉剂),隔离剂等,以及具有杀虫性质(特别杀虫昆虫的,杀螨的,杀线虫的或杀真菌的)或植物生长调节性质的其它已知活性成分。更通常地,本发明使用的化合物可与常用处方技术中的所有固态或液态添加剂联合使用。
适于在农业、园艺或类似学科中使用的组合物包括适于用作例如,液体喷洒剂,粉末剂,颗粒剂,雾剂,泡沫剂,乳剂或类似制剂的配方。
本发明使用的化合物的有效使用剂量能够在很宽范围内波动,尤其由所需消灭害虫的性质或侵扰程度而定,例如带有这些害虫的植株受害程度。一般说来,按本发明所述的组合物(浓缩或稀释备用)通常包含约0.001-95%(重量)的一种或多种本发明的活性成分,约1-95%的一种或多种固态或液态载体,以及任选约0.1-50%的一种或多种诸如表面活性剂或其它物质的相配组分。
在此术语“载体”是指一种天然的或合成的有机或无机成分,通过与它联合使用以利于活性成分的应用,例如用于植株,种子或土壤。因此这种载体一般为惰性且它必须是可以接受的(例如,尤其对被处理植物是农学上可接受的)。
载体可以是固体,例如泥土,天然或合成的硅酸盐,二氧化硅,树脂,蜡,固态肥料(例如铵盐),地下天然矿物,如高岭土,粘土,滑石,白垩,石英,attapulgite,蒙脱土,膨润土或硅藻土,或土壤中合成金属,例如二氧化硅,矾土,或硅酸盐尤其是硅酸铝或镁盐。如下固态载体适宜用于颗粒剂,碾碎或细分的天然岩石;无机或有机粗粉的合成颗粒;有机材料的颗粒如锯末,椰子壳,玉米穗轴,谷物壳或烟草杆;硅藻土,磷酸钙,软木屑,或吸附性碳黑;水溶性高分子材料,树脂,蜡;或固态肥料。如果需要,这些固体组合物可以包括一种或多种可配伍的湿润剂,分散剂,乳化剂或着色剂,当这些物质为固体时也可用作稀释剂。
载体也可是液体,例如:水,醇类,特别是丁醇或1,2-乙二醇,以及它们的酯或醚,特别是乙酸甲基乙二醇酯;酮类,特别是丙酮,环己酮,丁酮,甲基异丁基甲酮,或异佛尔酮;石油馏分例如饱和链烃或芳香烃,特别是二甲苯或烷基萘;矿物或植物油;氯取代的脂肪族链烃,特别是三氟乙烷或二氯甲烷;氯取代芳香烃,特别是氯代苯;水溶性或高极性溶剂如二甲基甲酰胺,二甲基亚砜,或N-甲基吡咯烷酮;液化气;或其类似物或混和物。
表面活性剂可以是一种离子或非离子型乳化剂,分散剂或湿润剂,或是这些表面活性剂的混和物。它们可以是例如,聚丙烯酸盐,木质素磺酸盐,苯酚磺酸盐或萘磺酸盐,环氧乙烷与脂肪醇或脂肪酸或脂肪或脂肪胺的缩聚物,取代酚类(尤其是烷基酚类或芳基酚类),硫代琥珀酸酯,牛磺酸衍生物(特别是烷基牛磺酸酯),醇类的磷酸酯或环氧乙烷与酚类的缩聚物的磷酯脂,多元醇的脂肪酸酯,或以上化合物的硫酸盐,磺酸盐或磷酸盐功能性衍生物。当活性成分和/或惰性载体仅微溶于水或不溶于水,并且供使用的组合物的载体是水时,至少一种表面活性剂的存在通常是必需的。
本发明的组合物可还包含其它的添加剂如粘合剂或着色剂。粘合剂如羧甲基纤维素,或以粉末,颗粒或网格形式存在的天然或合成的聚合物,如阿拉伯树胶,聚乙烯醇或聚乙酸乙烯酯,天然磷脂,如脑磷脂或卵磷脂,或合成磷脂,可在处方中使用。也可用着色剂如无机颜料,例如:氧化铁,氧化钛或普鲁士兰;有机颜料,例如:茜素染料,偶氧染料或金属酞菁染料;或痕量营养物如铁,镁,硼,铜,钴,钼或锌的盐。
组合物除含有可用于防治节肢害虫的通式(I)化合物,还可含有增效剂(如胡椒基丁醚或增效菊),稳定剂,其它杀虫剂,杀螨剂,杀植物线虫剂,杀真菌剂,如苯菌灵和iprodione,杀菌剂,节肢动物引诱剂或驱避剂或信息素,除臭剂,香味剂,染料,或辅助治疗剂,如痕量元素。加入这些物质可提高防治作用的效力,持久性,安全性,需要时增加摄取,防治害虫的范围,或使组合物对所需处理的同一动物或地区行使其它有用的功能。
可以包括在本发明的组合物中或与本发明的组合物合用的其它具有杀虫活性的化合物包括:乙酰甲胺磷,氯蜱硫磷,异吸硫磷Ⅱ,乙拌磷,丙线磷,杀螟松,克线磷,地中硫膦,iprodione,异丙三唑硫磷,异丙胺磷,马拉硫磷,久效磷,一六0五,三九一一,伏杀硫磷,甲基嘧啶硫磷,特丁三九一一,三唑硫磷,cyfluthrin,腈二氯苯醚菊酯,deltametrin,fenpropathrin,腈氯苯苯醚菊酯,二氯苯醚菊酯,tefluthrin,丁醛肟威,carbosutfan,乙肟威,草肟威,灭定威,苯噁威,teflubenzuron,三氯杀螨醇,硫丹,林丹,benzoximate,巴丹,三环锡,三氯杀螨砜,avermectins,ivermectins,milbemycins,托布津,敌百虫,敌敌畏,diaveridine或dimetriadazole。
关于本发明的化合物尤其fosetyl-Al的用途,已发现一些组合物及其用途包含稳定剂是有利的,稳定剂包括,例如:如Barley的英国专利2,163,652和2,137,498所述的弱酸(无机或有机)的水溶性锌盐或钙盐,它对喷射至主线木或灌木是有益的,或如Barlet的美国专利4,935,410所述的用于喷洒,浸泡或喷射的强碱(无机或有机)和弱无机或有机酸的水溶性盐,在此作为参考。
为了便于农业使用,如通式(I)的化合物一般以组合物形式存在,可以是多种固态或液态。
可以使用的组合物固体形式有喷粉(含有高达80%通式(Ⅰ)的化合物成分),可湿性粉末或颗粒(包括水分散性颗粒),尤其是那些通过挤出,压实,灌注颗粒载体,或由粉末制粒得到的(在这些可湿性粉末或颗粒中通式(Ⅰ)化合物的含量约在0.5-95%间)。含有一种或多种通式(I)的化合物的均匀的或非均匀的固体组合物,如颗粒,片剂,压块或胶囊,可用来在一段时间内处理静止或流动的水用滴流或间歇加入此处所述的水分散浓缩液可得到相似的效果。
液态组合物,例如,包括水或非水溶液或混悬剂(如可乳化的浓缩液,乳剂,流动体,分散体,或溶液)或烟雾剂。液态组合物也包括,特别是,可乳化浓缩液,分散剂,乳剂,流动体,烟雾剂,可湿性粉末(可用于喷洒粉末),干流动体或糊剂,作为组合物的形式,这些组合物是液态的或能在应用时,能形成液态,例如用作水喷洒(包括小和极小体积)或喷雾或烟雾时。
液态组合物,例如,可乳化或水溶性的浓缩液中最常含有约5-90%(重量)的活性成分,而在能直接应用的乳剂或溶液中约含0.01-20%活性成分。除了溶剂,可乳化的或可溶解的浓缩液在需要时,可包含约2-50%合适的添加剂,例如稳定剂,表面活性剂,渗透剂,抗腐蚀剂,着色剂或粘合剂。乳剂的最适使用的任一所需浓度,例如用于植株,可以通过从这些浓缩液用水稀释而得到。这些组合物包括在本发明所使用的组合物范围之内。乳剂可以是油包水型或水包油型,它们可有高的稠度。
所有这些水性分散液或乳液或喷洒用混合物均可施用于作物,例如,可通过任何合适的方式,主要是喷洒,喷洒量一般在每公顷约100到约1,200升喷洒用混合物,但根据需要或施用手段可以较高或较低(例如,少量或极少量体积)。本发明的化合物或组合物对蔬菜施用方便,尤其是对有要消除的虫害的根,种子茎杆或叶片施用。施用本发明的化合物或组合物的另一种方法是通过化学灌溉,即,将含有活性组分的配制物加入灌溉水中。这种灌溉对于叶面农药可以是喷洒灌溉,或对于土壤或内吸性农药可以是地面或地下灌溉。
可用于喷洒的农缩悬浊液被制成以得到不会沉淀(精细粉碎)的稳定的流体产品,通常含有约10到约75%(重量)的活性组分,约0.5到约30%的表面活性剂,约0.1到约10%的触变剂,约0到约30%的适当的添加剂,如消泡剂,抗腐蚀剂,稳定剂,渗透剂,粘合剂和作为载体的水或一种活性组分在其中溶解很少或不溶的有机溶剂。有些有机固体或无机盐可溶于载体中以利于防止沉淀或防止水冻结。
可湿性粉剂(或用于喷洒的粉末)通常被制成含约10到约95%(重量)活性组分,约20到约90%的固体载体,约0到约5%的湿润剂,约3到约10%的分散剂和,需要的话,约0到约10%的一种或多种稳定剂和/或其它添加剂,如渗透剂,粘合剂,抗结块剂,着色剂,或诸如此类。为了得到这些可湿性粉剂,活性组分被充分混合在合适的其它材料的混合物中,它可被灌注在多孔的填料上,用磨或其它合适的研磨器研磨。这样就制成了可湿性粉剂,它具有优良的可湿性和悬浮性。它可悬浮于水中达到任何希望的浓度,这种悬浊液可很好地使用,特别是施用于植株叶片。
“水可分散性颗粒剂(WG)”(其颗粒易于分荼在水中)具有基本上与可湿性粉剂相近的组分。它可用可湿性粉剂的配方研磨制得,可以通过湿法途径(细分的活性组分与惰性填料和少量水,如1到20%(重量),或与分散剂或粘合剂的水溶液混合,然后干燥并过筛),或通过干法途径(混合,然后研磨和过筛)。

25、如权利要求24所述的组合物,其特征在于:当应用于植株,植株上的部分及其聚集地时,充足供应的通式(Ⅰ)化合物的有效量是:约0.1-15kg ai/ha用于叶部或土壤使用;约0.1-10g ai/米株冠直径用于树干喷射溶液;约1-100g ai/株树用于树干涂抹;约1-120g ai/l用于浸渍植株根部的溶液或混悬液;或约0.2-30g ai/kg种子用于植物种子处理。
26、如权利要求25所述的组合物,其特征在于其中,通式(Ⅰ)的化合物为亚磷酸。
27、如权利要求25所述的组合物,其特征在于:其中化合物是三-(O-乙基亚膦酸)铝盐。
28、如权利要求27所述的组合物,其特征在于:还包括联合用一个杀真菌化合物,3-(3,5-二氯苯基)-N-(1-甲乙基)-2,4-二氧代-1-咪唑烷甲酰胺。
