Background
The urban bicycle plays an important role in relieving traffic jam, reducing traffic accidents and reducing atmospheric pollution, and the public bicycle project is popularized and operated in various places, so that the public bicycle is convenient for people to go out and simultaneously obtains extremely high acceptance and praise.
However, with the increase of public bicycle renting users, when the users arrive at destinations and return bicycles, the number of the locking devices at a plurality of renting points cannot meet the requirements of bicycle returning users, the use of the users is influenced, the problem of how to solve the problem that the number of the locking devices at the renting points is insufficient has great practical significance, and meanwhile, in consideration of the problem of capital cost, a bicycle returning device capable of locking a plurality of bicycles needs to be researched.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a bicycle returning device capable of locking a plurality of public bicycles and a bicycle returning method thereof.
The technical scheme for solving the problems is as follows:

defining the intersection point of the guide rod and the fixed column as an original point, a straight line which passes through the original point and is parallel to the axial direction of the guide rod as an x-axis, a straight line which passes through the original point and is parallel to the height direction of the fixed column as a z-axis, and a straight line which passes through the original point and is parallel to the x-axis and the z-axis as a y-axis;
the guide rod is provided with a plurality of parking spaces at intervals along the x-axis direction, each parking space is used for parking a bicycle, and each parking space is provided with a locking device used for locking the bicycle erected on the parking space on the guide rod; the locking device comprises a radial through hole formed in the guide rod, a radial pin is arranged in the radial through hole, the inner end of the radial pin is fixed on the electromagnet in the guide rod through a spring, the electromagnet is fixed in the guide rod, the power supply of the electromagnet is connected with the central controller, and the outer end of the radial pin penetrates through the radial through hole; the frame of the bicycle is provided with a positioning groove matched with the radial pin, and after the electromagnet is powered off, the head of the outer end of the radial pin is inserted into the positioning groove so as to lock the axial position of the bicycle on the guide rod; a first pressure sensor is arranged on each parking space and is respectively connected with a central controller; a second pressure sensor is arranged at the end head of the guide rod close to the returning column and is connected with the central controller;
the bicycle is characterized by further comprising a driving part for driving the bicycle to slide along the guide rod, wherein the driving part comprises a conveying belt paved on the base, the moving direction of the conveying belt extends from the bicycle returning column to the fixing column direction, the moving direction of the conveying belt is parallel to the guide rod, and the length of the conveying belt is greater than or equal to that of the guide rod; two ends of the conveying belt are stretched between a driving shaft and a driven shaft, the driving shaft and the driven shaft both extend along the y-axis direction, the driven shaft is fixed on the base, the driving shaft is rotatably arranged on the base, a driven gear is fixed on the driving shaft, a driving gear is arranged on an output shaft of the motor, the driven gear is connected with the driving gear through a chain, the motor is arranged in a fixed column, and the motor is connected with the central controller;
the free end of the guide rod is connected with the car returning column through a connecting device, and the connecting device comprises an inserting rod and a linear motor; the inserting rod extends along the x-axis direction, the fixed end of the inserting rod is coaxially connected with the output shaft of the linear motor, and the free end of the inserting rod is slidably inserted into the slot of the guide rod; one end of the guide rod, which is close to the returning column, is inwards sunken along the axial direction to form the slot; the linear motor is arranged in the vehicle returning column and is connected with the central controller; a monitoring device for detecting whether the inserted rod is in place or not is arranged in the slot, the monitoring device comprises a second pressure sensor arranged at the bottom of the slot, and the second pressure sensor is connected with the central controller;
the top surface of the car returning column is provided with a car returning signal receiver, and the car returning signal receiver forms a car returning card swiping area; the car returning signal receiver is connected with the central controller and matched with the car returning signal transmitter in the car returning card; and the vehicle returning signal receiver receives the signal transmitted by the vehicle returning signal transmitter and then sends the signal to the central controller, and the central controller drives the linear motor in the vehicle returning column to act.
Furthermore, the radial pins are provided with plugs for preventing the inner ends of the radial pins from penetrating through the radial through holes, the plugs are cushion blocks with diameters larger than the diameter of the radial through holes, and the inner ends of the radial pins are connected with the springs through the plugs.
The bicycle returning method implemented by the bicycle returning device capable of locking a plurality of public bicycles comprises the following steps:
step 1, a returning card is used for swiping a card in a returning card swiping area, and a returning signal receiver receives a signal transmitted by a returning signal transmitter in the returning card and sends the signal to a central controller; the central controller drives the linear motor in the returning column to rotate forwardly according to the received signal from the returning signal receiver, the linear motor in the returning column is started, the inserted rod on the returning column is retracted into the returning column, the inserted rod on the returning column is separated from the guide rod, a returning gap for placing a vehicle is exposed, and after the linear motor in the returning column runs for a preset time, the central controller drives the linear motor in the returning column to stop running;
step 2, manually sleeving the bicycle on the end of the guide rod through a returning gap, and placing a front wheel and a rear wheel of the bicycle on the conveying belt; the second pressure sensor transmits the detected pressure information to the central controller, the central controller judges whether the bicycle is placed in the guide rod according to the received pressure information, when the pressure value received by the central controller from the second pressure sensor reaches a preset pressure value and the central controller judges that the bicycle is placed on the end of the guide rod, the central controller drives the motor to rotate forwards, the conveying belt moves towards the fixed column direction and drives the bicycle to move towards the fixed column direction;
step 3, the first pressure sensor on each parking space transmits the pressure information to the central controller in real time, and the central controller judges whether the bicycle is parked on the parking space according to the received pressure information from the first pressure sensor; the central controller controls the bicycle to move to an empty parking space which can be parked and is closest to the fixed column, when the central controller monitors that the pressure of the parking space reaches a preset value, the central controller judges that the bicycle moves to the parking space, the central controller drives the motor to stop rotating, and the central controller cuts off the power supply of the electromagnet at the same time; the radial pins extend outwards under the action of the elastic force of the springs, and the heads of the outer ends of the radial pins are inserted into the positioning grooves so as to lock the axial position of the bicycle on the guide rods, and the bicycle is locked on a parking space;
and 4, after the preset time, the central controller drives the linear motor in the returning column to rotate reversely, the inserted link on the returning column extends towards the fixed column, the inserted link on the returning column is inserted into the guide rod, when the rod end of the inserted link touches a third pressure sensor at the bottom of the slot, real-time pressure information transmitted to the central controller by the third pressure sensor changes, when the pressure transmitted by the third pressure sensor reaches a preset value, the central controller judges that the inserted link is in place and drives the linear motor in the returning column to stop rotating, and the returning process is ended.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the structure is simple, and the use is convenient and easy;
(2) can provide more parking stalls under the less prerequisite of area, satisfy user's needs.

Referring to the attached drawings, the bicycle returning device can lock a plurality of public bicycles, wherein each bicycle comprises a wheel, a frame and a faucet, and comprises a parking device for storing the bicycles and a bicycle returning card for starting the parking device to return the bicycles;
the parking device comprises a base 8 which is horizontally laid, a vehicle returning column 1 and a fixed column 4 are oppositely arranged on two sides of the base 8, and the vehicle returning column 1 and the fixed column 4 are both vertical to the base 8; the guide rod 3 is horizontally erected between the returning column 1 and the fixed column 4, the fixed end of the guide rod 3 is fixed on the fixed column 4, and the free end of the guide rod 3 is detachably connected with the returning column 1;

The radial pins 14 are provided with plugs 13 for preventing the inner ends of the radial pins 14 from penetrating through the radial through holes, the plugs 13 are cushion blocks with diameters larger than that of the radial through holes, and the inner ends of the radial pins 14 are connected with the springs 12 through the plugs 13.
The bicycle returning method implemented by the bicycle returning device capable of locking a plurality of public bicycles comprises the following steps:
step 1, a returning card is used for swiping a card in a returning card swiping area 2, and a returning signal receiver receives a signal transmitted by a returning signal transmitter in the returning card and sends the signal to a central controller; the central controller drives the linear motor in the returning column 1 to rotate forwardly according to the received signal from the returning signal receiver, the linear motor in the returning column is started, the inserting rod 11 on the returning column is contracted towards the inside of the returning column 1, the inserting rod 11 on the returning column 1 is separated from the guide rod 3, a returning gap for placing a vehicle is exposed, and when the linear motor in the returning column 1 runs for a preset time, the central controller drives the linear motor in the returning column 1 to stop running;
step 2, manually sleeving the bicycle on the end of the guide rod 3 through a returning gap, and placing a front wheel and a rear wheel of the bicycle on the conveying belt 9; the second pressure sensor transmits detected pressure information to the central controller, the central controller judges whether the bicycle is placed in the guide rod 3 or not according to the received pressure information, when the pressure value received by the central controller from the second pressure sensor reaches a preset pressure value, the central controller judges that the bicycle is placed on the end of the guide rod 3, the central controller drives the motor to rotate forwards, the conveying belt moves towards the direction of the fixed column 4, and the bicycle is driven to move towards the direction of the fixed column 4;
step 3, the first pressure sensor on each parking space transmits the pressure information to the central controller in real time, and the central controller judges whether the bicycle is parked on the parking space according to the received pressure information from the first pressure sensor; the central controller controls the bicycle to move to an empty parking space which can be parked and is closest to the fixed column 4, and when the central controller monitors that the pressure of the parking space reaches a preset value, the central controller judges that the bicycle moves to the parking space, and the central controller drives the motor to stop rotating; the central controller cuts off the power supply of the electromagnet at the same time, the radial pin 14 extends outwards under the action of the elastic force of the spring 12, the head of the outer end of the radial pin 14 is inserted into the positioning groove so as to lock the axial position of the bicycle on the guide rod 3, and the bicycle is locked on a parking space;
and 4, after the preset time, the central controller drives the linear motor in the returning column 1 to rotate reversely, the inserting rod 11 on the returning column 1 extends towards the fixed column 4, the inserting rod 11 on the returning column 1 is inserted into the guide rod 3, when the rod end of the inserting rod 11 touches a third pressure sensor at the bottom of the slot, real-time pressure information transmitted to the central controller by the third pressure sensor changes, when the pressure transmitted by the third pressure sensor reaches a preset value, the central controller judges that the inserting rod 11 is in place and drives the linear motor in the returning column 1 to stop rotating, and the returning process is ended.
