Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗胃、肠疾病的药物及其制备方法，它是以熟附片、干姜、白术、甘草、肉桂、丁香、云苓、党参、黄芩、白叩、白芍、淮山为原料，将其按配比称取并混合后干燥、粉碎，经起母、泛丸制成丸粒，再经干燥和打光后制得丸剂。本发明药物以温促降，辅以理气，可达到胃、肠兼治的效果。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗胃肠疾病的药物，即一种以中草药为原料制备的中成药，本发明还涉及该药物的制备方法。
胃、肠疾病是严重危害人民健康的常见疾病，由于历史的延革，病种的变化，机体素质及生活条件的改变，均使胃、肠疾病的临床表现更复杂化，如现在的人口流动性大，饮食结构多样化，使既患有胃病，又兼患肠病者甚多，而现有治疗胃、肠疾病的药物，药效比较单一，顾胃难以兼治肠，如用理脾、键脾可顾及肠，却又难以兼治胃，缺乏一种能胃、肠兼治的药物。
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有键脾益胃、温通散寒、理气消滞作用，能胃、肠疾病兼治的药物，以及该药物的制备方法。
本发明的解决方案是基于祖国医学对胃肠疾病及其合并症发病机理的认识和治疗原则，参考中医学界关于消化功能及消化疾病的理论研究，结合个人多年临床诊治经验，选用补气和中、温通散寒、理气行滞、养血敛阴、温熏肾阳、反佐等功效的中草药，按中医理论组方、制备一种能胃、肠兼治的药物。
本发明药物是由下述重量配比的原料制成的药剂：熟附片10-15份 干姜5-10份 白术10-15份甘草1-5份 肉桂5-10份 丁香1-5份云芩10-15份 党参10-15份 黄芩10-15份白叩1-5份 白芍10-15份 淮山10-15份
本发明药物的优选重量配比是：熟附片15份 干姜10份 白术15份甘草5份 肉桂10份 丁香5份云苓15份 党参15份 黄芩15份白叩5份 白芍15份 淮山15份
将上述各组份制成本发明药物的制备方法是：
将原料药经炮炙后按配比称取并混合，干燥、粉碎至80目细粉，再经起母、泛丸制成丸粒，在60-80℃温度下干燥，将原料药经粉碎过筛后的粗料进行熬制，用浓缩后的药液与干燥后的丸粒滚动打光，制得丸剂。
制成的成品为棕色的水泛丸，丸粒大小均匀，色泽一致，表面光圆，具光泽，不裂口，无粗糙纹，按90版药典水份测定法测定、其含水量不超过9％，按片剂崩解时限测定方法，测定水泛丸应在1小时内全部溶解。
按照本发明提出的治疗胃肠疾病的药物，选用天然中草药为原料，备组份符合药政法规定，利用各味中药的综合作用治疗胃肠疾病，无化学甜味剂，对人体无毒无害。
本发明解决了胃、肠同病的用药问题，特别是在四川地区，胃病多虚且多兼肠病，以本发明的药物，以温促降，辅以理气进行治疗，可达到胃、肠病兼治的效果。
本发明的药物可为汤剂，为方便病人服用、携带和保管，采用前述工艺方法制备成丸剂，不易潮解变质，药效稳定。
为验征本发明的治疗效果，已经123例临床观察征明，对胃寒症，胃虚症，脾虚泄泻，脾湿泄泻，脾肾阳虚泄泻，经行泄泻及其他泄泻等症有可靠疗效，显效率达89％以上(服药二周内，主要症状消退为显效)。
服药方法：9-12克/次，日服3次。
图1是本发明药物制备方法的工艺流程图。
实施例：
按下述配比称取原料：
熟附片15千克 干姜10千克 白术15千克
甘草5千克 肉桂10千克 丁香5千克
云苓15千克 党参15千克 黄芩15千克
白叩5千克 白芍15千克 淮山15千克
制备方法如下：
1、炮炙：依据中药炮炙规范，除去药材中的杂质、虫蛀、霉变部份；
2、配料：按配方准确称取备药材；
3、干燥：将称取的药材混合，放入干燥容器内，置入烘房，在60-80℃温度下进行干燥；
4、粉碎：干燥后的药材经粉碎过80目筛，粗料再反复粉碎，直至出料率达80％左右；
5、起母：先加水喷入锅内，然后加少量药粉于锅内，使药粉均匀沾于锅壁，用刷子在锅内沿锅体转动的相反方向刷下、使之形成细小的颗粒、如此反复加水、加粉，使颗粒逐渐加大，泛成圆形的“母子”，筛去过大或过小者，备用；
6、泛丸：用起好的“母子”泛丸，不断加入药粉，进行反复操作，直至泛制成合格的丸粒(泛制时，应及时筛选，去除过大、过小、畸形的丸粒)；
7、干燥；将制成的药丸放入干净容器内，放置厚度适宜，在60-80℃温度下进行干燥处理，并注意经常翻动；
8、打光：将原料粉碎过筛后剩余的粗料熬制成浓缩的药液，与干燥后的药丸滚动打光至有光泽，再入烘房，在60-80℃温度下烘干即制得水泛丸剂。

1、一种治疗胃肠疾病的药物，其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料制成的药剂熟附片10-15份 干姜5-10份 白术10-15份甘草1-5份 肉桂5-10份 丁香1-5份云苓10-15份 党参10-15份 黄芩10-15份白叩1-5份 白芍10-15份 淮山10-15份
2、根据权利要求1所述的治疗胃肠疾病的药物，其特征在于各原料的重量配比是：熟附片15份 干姜10份 白术15份甘草5份 肉桂10份 丁香5份云苓15份 党参15份 黄芩15份白叩5份 白芍15份 淮山15份
3、根据权利要求1、2所述的治疗胃肠疾病的药物，其特征在于所说的药剂是丸剂或汤剂。
4、根据权利要求3所述治疗胃肠疾病的药物的制备方法，其特征在于将原料药经炮炙后按配比称取并混合，干燥、粉碎至80目细粉，再经起母、泛丸制成丸粒，在60-80℃温度下干燥，将原料药经粉碎过筛后的粗料进行熬制，用浓缩后的药液与干燥后的丸粒滚动打光，制得丸剂。
