Description

发明内容
根据本申请的医疗装置具有光滑的外表面并且对于用户来说容易在装置上获得稳固的握持和驱动它。驱动点设置在外部部件或者罩壳上并且驱动点将通常通过颜色或者凸起的点或者凹陷清楚地标记。装置具有“光滑的”表面意思是面向环境的表面没有例如任何开口而是表现为连续的。

图1示出医疗装置的第一实施例,其中医疗装置是插入器装置。插入器装置的实施例具有自动插入和自动缩回的导入器针47,并且用于放置与病人中的皮下部件43皮下地组合的基座部件44。实施例包括外部部件,该外部部件包括壳体1,该壳体由软材料区段1a和硬材料区段1b构成。壳体1也包括用于驱动的定位指示器56和位于壳体1的内表面上的突出部分55。插入器装置的内功能部件包括:

在使用之前,装置设置有盖12和防扰带53。除了例如插入针47(其可由金属制成)之外,所有元件通常由模制塑料制成。
当用户通过移除盖12已经准备好用于插入的插入器装置时,用户把装置放置抵靠在病人的皮肤上,病人可能是用户自己或者第二个人。根据示出的实施例,基座44在内基座52的近端处被放置就位并且不与皮下部件43形成整体的部件。通常基座44具有粘合剂表面,该粘合剂表面可以被通过去除盖12而暴露。粘合剂表面被用以将基座44可释放地附接到病人皮肤上。粘合剂表面可以在盖12去除之后自动地暴露,或者粘合剂表面可以被手动地暴露,例如通过在使用之前从粘合剂表面去除释放纸。当粘合剂表面被暴露时,插入器装置的包括基座44的端部被推动抵靠到病人的皮肤上,然后驱动触发器。根据示出的实施例的触发器通过按压位于壳体1的顶部端部处的两个相对的柔性点而驱动。
更详细地,图1示出沿着插入器装置的实施例的线A-A的剖视图(上部的小图示出剖切在哪里做出)。插入器装置用于皮下部件43插入到基座中,该皮下部件43在图1中被示出为插管部件,并且该基座44在图1中被示出为端口座,即,可以用于在通常长达3天的时期内注射药物的部分的座体。装置被示出为处于使用之前的状态中。
在使用之前,壳体1用盖12封闭,并且防扰带53沿着在壳体1与盖12之间的分离线设置。防扰带53可以被消毒气体渗透,并且防扰带在消毒之前围绕装置设置。完整的防扰带53因此确保在装置的消毒之后壳体1不与盖12分离,即,防扰带53的正确放置向用户表明一次性插入器装置是无菌的并且准备好供使用。
插入器装置包括内盖45、不可释放地附接有导入器针45的缩回部件46、缩回弹簧48、插入弹簧49、插入部件50、释放部件51和内基座52。
内基座52为插入器装置提供骨架,并且所有其它部件被连接到内基座52。内盖45锁定到内基座52,并且因此这两个部件在插入器装置的所有动作中相对于彼此是不动的。插入弹簧49的一个端部(上端部)抵靠内盖45的表面。插入弹簧49的相反的第二端部(下端部)抵靠插入部件50的向上朝向的表面。在皮下部件43插入之前,插入部件50被放置在上面的一半处(即,在内盖45的封闭端处),并且插入弹簧49被加载。通常,插入装置被在制造过程的期间进行这个步骤。插入部件50的向下朝向的表面抵靠释放部件51的一个或多个向上朝向的表面,这个接触防止插入部件50在驱动装置之前被插入弹簧49向下推动。释放部件51相对于内基座52也是不动的,至少释放部件51在插入的方向上不相对于内基座52移动。
在使用之前,基座44附接到内基座52上,并且内基座因此提供用于接收该基座44的对应位置。基座44的下表面(即,当基座44附接到病人皮肤时面向病人的表面)不可释放地附接到粘合剂,例如,基座44被焊接到设置有粘合剂下侧面的补片(patch)上。粘合剂表面通常地由释放纸或者其它保护盖覆盖,所述释放纸或者其它保护盖保护粘合剂表面并且确保粘合剂表面是如被制造商预期的一样的粘性的。释放纸可以附接到盖12上;这将导致释放纸与盖12同时地被移除,从而在定位过程的期间节省用户一个步骤。
在图1中皮下部件43附接于缩回部件46。皮下部件43定位在插入针47上,并且皮下部件由于插入针47与诸如插管的皮下部件43的软接触部分之间的摩擦而被分别地保持就位。
缩回部件46在这个状态下通过位于缩回部件46的下端部处的两个或者更多个向内的钩54附接到插入部件50。当缩回弹簧48向上(即与插入方向相反)推动缩回部件46时,向内的钩54将缩回部件46锁定到插入部件50,因为向内的钩54防止缩回部件46在与插入方向相反的方向上的移动。
在图1中的实施例设置有防止插入装置的意外驱动的安全功能。当盖12处于示出的封闭位置时,壳体1不能相对于内基座52移动。为了能够驱动插入装置,必须向下推动壳体,直到内驱动装置被置于释放部件51的相对的柔性部分处,其中所述内驱动装置具有两个相对设置的突出部分55的形式,所述相对设置的突出部分附接到壳体的内表面或者所述相对设置的突出部分是壳体的内表面的部分。在示出在图14中的状态中,不可驱动插入,因为突出部分55没有被正确地与释放部件51相对地定位,箭头表示了在驱动的期间突出部分如何移动。弹簧62通常设置在内盖45的上部与壳体1的内表面之间以保持壳体1被推动远离内盖45的顶部,这将使当装置将被驱动时来自于用户的动作成为必需,也就是朝向内盖45推动壳体1,这将迫使用户恰好在插入被驱动之前在病人皮肤的方向上推动壳体1。对于用户来说,特别是当用户是病人自己的时候,这是容易执行的和自然的事情。
内基座52的下壁提供了对被隐藏在壳体1内的部件的几乎完全的覆盖。内基座52的下壁仅仅设置有中心开口,其中当被插入时皮下部件43可以从该中心开口穿过。内基座52的下壁也可以具有例如更小的开口,附接装置可以突伸穿过所述更小的开口。在内基座52的下壁中的开口是如此之小,以致于手指不可穿过该开口并且例如与被使用的导入器针47接触。
示出在图14中的壳体1的实施例的外壳提供不具有任何提供到内功能部件的通道的开口的圆形的和连续的表面,并且是一个或多个材料的复合,如硬材料区段与一个或多个软和/或弹性材料区段组合。材料是“软的和/或弹性的”的意思是它是比硬材料更有柔性的和/或弹性的并且由于被用户提供的压力而可减小材料的直径。
软材料区段被称为1a并且硬材料区段被称为1b。根据一个实施例,硬材料区段可以由ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)构成,并且软材料区段可以由TPE(热塑性弹性体)构成,其中ABS部分设置为硬罩壳或者骨架,硬罩壳或者骨架包括例如位于壳体1的内侧表面上的突出部分55以及位于壳体1的外表面上的旋钮(即,定位指示器56)。根据实施例,软材料覆盖凹节(gab),该凹节使得将驱动装置推动到一起成为可能。根据本实施例,软材料的楔部设置在硬材料的中心部与硬材料的侧部之间,该侧部设置有用于驱动的定位指示器56。示出的实施例具有两个相对的侧部或者“臂”,并且因此包括两个软材料的楔部。当用户将两个“臂”挤压到一起或者替换地朝向硬中心部挤压一个臂时,构成软材料楔部的区域在宽度上减小,即,或者通过折叠或者通过按压而在宽度上减小。
盖12通常由硬的非柔性的材料制成。
示出的实施例非常容易操作,虽然还没有向用户介绍装置的功能,但是几乎不可能做任何错误的事。在皮下装置的定位之后,也没有与导入器针接触的风险,因为导入器针47被带入到壳体1内部的缩回位置中。病人将不能看到导入器针47或者触碰它。由于在皮下部件43的插入之后插入弹簧39是未被加载的,因此将没有重复注射过程的风险。
图2示出沿着与图1的插入器装置的相同实施例的线B-B的剖视图。但是,该剖视图是从垂直于被示出在图1中的角度的角度的。图2A示出图2的被标记“C”的环绕部分的放大图。
从沿着线B-B的剖视图,可看见内基座52搁置(rest)抵靠在从壳体1的内表面形成的向上的表面上,并且这个接触确保内基座52相对于壳体1被锁定,或者更精确地,壳体1可以从搁置位置在插入方向上相对于内基座52移动并且返回到搁置位置,但是壳体1不能从搁置位置在插入的相反方向上或者在任何其它方向上移动。搁置位置是在这样的位置,即,在该位置处,当不被来自于插入器装置外部的力影响时壳体是不动的。
还可看见设置在内盖45的外表面与壳体1的内表面之间的塑料弹簧62。当壳体1被朝向内基座52按压时这个塑料弹簧62提供返回力并且确保壳体1被保持就位。根据这个实施例,塑料弹簧62是由与内盖45相同的材料制成的片簧,塑料弹簧62可以是内盖45的一部分。
插入器装置还设置有在内盖45与缩回部件46之间的弹性单元63,该弹性单元63减小当缩回发生时的声音。在示出的实施例中,弹性单元63具有片簧的形式,该片簧在一个端部处附接到内盖45并且当缩回部件46通过缩回弹簧48朝向内盖45施力时用另一个端部接触缩回部件46。弹性单元63也可以是内盖45的一部分并且因此由相同的材料制成。
图5示出沿着与被示出在图1和2中的插入器装置的相同实施例的线A-A的剖视图。在图5中沿着线A-A的剖视图是从与在图1中的剖视图相同的角度的,但是装置在这里被示出为处于它已经被驱动的状态中,因此皮下部件43已经被皮下地插入但是导入器针47还没有被缩回。图3示出插入部件50的实施例的放大图,并且图4示出释放部件51的实施例的放大图。
在示出在图5中的状态中,插入弹簧49已经被释放。由用户通过首先去除盖12、然后通过如箭头P1指示地按压壳体1的顶部上释放安全装置、以及随后把插入器装置的开口端部放置抵靠在病人的皮肤上,插入器装置带进这个被驱动的状态。在这个位置处,基座44的粘合剂表面通常被附接到病人的皮肤上。当壳体1被在箭头P1的方向上(即在插入方向上)向下推动时,壳体1将相对于内基座52向前移动直到它遇到挡块。当壳体1不能进一步向前/向下移动时,壳体的突出部分55定位成与释放部件51的弹性部分相对。
在释放部件51没有被外部力影响的状态下,释放部件51是具有至少一个推动位置57的圆形的或者椭圆形的弹性环。在更清楚地在图4中看见的所示实施例中,释放部件51具有两个推动位置57。当驱动释放部件51时,随着壳体1的突出部分55被朝向释放部件51的推动位置57按压,释放部件51被迫变成另一个形状,即,椭圆形的形状。当被驱动时,释放部件51松开,随着释放部件51在一个方向上伸长(其导致释放部件51的尺寸在另一个方向上减小),它夹持在插入部件50中。插入部件50搁置在释放部件51的向内突出的部分58上,即,与释放部件51的向内突出的部分58接触。在图3和图5中由标号59表示插入部件50的向下朝向的表面,该表面在插入装置的驱动之前与突出部分58的向上的表面接触。
插入部件50在外表面上设置有凹槽60,并且释放部件51的突出部分58可以在这些凹槽60中移动或者沿着这些凹槽60的表面滑动,使得突出部分58与插入部件50的外表面之间的接触不会阻止插入部分50在插入方向上的移动。
另外,插入部分50设置有用于从插入部件50释放皮下部件43的装置61。这些用于释放皮下部件43的装置61可以具有定距片(distance piece)的形式,该定距片确保皮下部件43通过用这样的力而向下推动进入基座44的开口,即,所述力使得皮下部件43可以穿过或者接触在基座44的开口内部的锁定机构。在图5的实施例中,用于释放的装置61包括设置在插入部件50的下表面与皮下部件43的上表面之间的片簧。片簧在一个端部处被附接到插入部件或者其为插入部件的一部分。当插入部件50通过插入弹簧49向下朝向基座44推动时,当插入部件50变得与基座44足够近时,片簧61将被加载。片簧61然后将在皮下部件43上施加压力,该压力将使得皮下部件43被锁定在基座44的开口内。
在示出在图5中的状态下,缩回部件46通过在缩回部件46的下端部处的两个向内的钩54(也被称为咬合脚)仍然附接到插入部件50,但是向内的钩54位于这个几乎完全向前的位置中且与两个向外的表面64接触。当每个向内的钩54的倾斜表面与倾斜的向外的表面64接触时,因为向内的钩54被柔性地附接到缩回部件46的本体(至少附接有向内的钩54的臂是比提供向外的表面64的突出部分更柔韧的),所以向内的钩54将被迫使向外,并且向内的钩54将被从插入部件50的向下的表面释放。因此,向内的钩54不再与插入部件50的向下的表面59直接接触。
图6示出沿着与示出在图1-5中的相同实施例的线A-A的剖视图。在图6中的沿着线A-A的剖视图是从与在图1和图5中的剖视图相同的角度的,但是在图6中,装置被示出处于皮下部件43已经被插入并且导入器针47已经被完全缩回的状态中。导入器针47在这个状态下被隐藏在壳体1内并且缩回弹簧48在缩回部件46上继续施加微小的压力,该微小的压力防止导入器针49穿过在插入部件50中和在内基座52中的开口掉落。
在被示出在图6中的状态中,缩回部件46由缩回弹簧48推动到缩回位置。内盖45的从上内表面并且在插入方向上向下延伸的壁确保了缩回部件46的移动被适当地导引,并且确保了缩回部件46沿着与插入方向一致的直线移动。插入部件50处于完全向前的位置中,在该位置处弹性单元63推动抵靠皮下部件43。基座44已经被从内基座52释放并且当插入装置被从插入座移除时,随着没有元件再将基座44连接到插入装置上,基座44将留在病人的皮肤上。
图7示出可以与示出在图1-6中的插入器装置的实施例一起使用的内基座52的实施例。内基座52是主要从下侧观看的,即,从与病人的皮肤接触的一侧观看的。通常,基座44安装在穹状容纳部中,并且基座44的下表面将通过例如以安装垫片67的粘合剂表面的形式的粘合剂覆盖。内基座52的容纳部具有中心开口,皮下部件43可以被穿过该中心开口移动到插入位置。
理想的是,基座44以某种方式可释放地附接到插入器装置的内基座52,而与基座44是否是端口座或者是否是将通过插入器装置附接到病人的皮肤上的另一类型的医疗设备无关。在图7的实施例中,这种可释放的附接通过内基座52的咬合脚65提供,所述咬合脚装配到基座44中的凹槽66中。
内基座52的向外的钩64设置在相对于咬合脚65偏离大约30度的开口中,但是也可以是在相对于咬合脚的任何角度处,只要围绕每个部件存在足够的空间以允许所有功能即可。
图8示出可以与示出在图1-6中的插入器装置的实施例一起使用的端口座的形式的基座44的实施例。皮下部件43被插入/穿过基座44中的中心开口。基座44的本体(其通常由模制塑料制成)设置有围绕中心开口的凹槽66。凹槽66提供了与插入器装置的内基座52的咬合脚65对应的边缘;这种设置可以确保医疗装置在期望的插入点处从内基座52释放。
图9示出了医疗装置的第二实施例,其中医疗装置为插入器装置。这个插入器装置以与示出在图1-6中的实施例相同的方式工作,但是它涉及另一种医疗装置的插入。插入器装置旨在与另一个医疗装置一起使用,导致盖12和内基座52中的改变。
示出在图9中的盖12大于示出在图1-2中的盖12,其中“大于”表示盖12构成更大的内部容积。如果如图9所示地医疗装置是输液座体,这是有益的。在使用期间,输液座体将常常被连接到药物容器,并且因此必须向用户/病人提供以设置有连接器的管的形式的一些额外设备。这种额外的设备可以有益地被储存在处于无菌条件下的较大盖12中。
在示出在图9中的实施例中,与图1-6的实施例相比,在内基座52的下端部或者开口端部处的容纳部具有不同的形状。这是由期望具有更接近医疗装置的上表面装配的容纳部的事实导致。另外,释放装置(其在皮下部件的插入的期间导致医疗装置被自动地释放)可能需要适应于各个医疗装置。
用于构成插入器装置的所有其它单元与在示出在图1-6中的实施例中的单元完全相同。相同的标号被用在图9中表示与图1-6中类似的部件。
图10示出处于第一状态(即,防扰带53还没有被移除的使用前状态)中的、处于第二状态(其中防扰带53已经被移除并且装置准备好被使用)中的、以及处于第三状态(其中盖12已经被移除并且插入器装置准备好被放置抵靠病人的皮肤)中的图9的插入器装置。
图11示出输液座体的实施例,其可以与图9的插入器一起设置。基座44包括单个本体,该单个本体通常由塑料材料模制形成。在使用期间,这个单个本体将被安装在安装垫片67上,该安装垫片确保基座44保持定位在病人的皮肤上。安装垫片67可以例如包括双粘合剂垫片,其中该垫片的上和下表面都是粘性的。安装垫片67的上表面是面向基座44的表面,并且安装垫片67的下表面是面向病人的皮肤的表面。可替换地,安装垫片67可以包括具有非粘性上表面和粘性下表面的垫片。无论安装垫片67(也被称为安装表面)包括双侧粘合剂或者单侧粘合剂,安装垫片67通常包括编织或者非编织材料的补片并且适于在使用期间被可释放地附接于病人的皮肤,例如通过面向皮肤的粘合剂表面附接于病人的皮肤。基座44的本体可以例如由ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)或者其它相对坚硬的和可模制的或者以其它方式可成形的材料制成。
图12示出图9的实施例的所有部件的爆炸图。单元的数量与在图1-6的实施例中的相同,并且这些单元以与图1-6的实施例中的类似的方式连接,但是两个单元(即内基座52和盖12)与前面描述不同地构建。
用于示出在图1-10中的医疗装置(其为插入器装置)的两个实施例
的定位过程:
当使用图1-10的插入器装置并且定位皮下部件时,用户必须执行下列7个步骤:
1.移除防扰带53
2.从壳体1上移除盖12并且暴露端口座的粘合剂表面
3.把壳体的开口端部放置抵靠在病人的皮肤上(在这个步骤期间,端口座的粘合剂表面被粘附到病人的皮肤上)
4.朝向病人的皮肤推动壳体直到它不能被推动得更远

图13-19示出了医疗装置(其是插入器装置)的实施例的又一个实施例。这个第三实施例与示出在图8和9中的实施例类似,并且与第一和第二实施例的部件类似的部件被通过与当描述这两个之前的实施例时使用的标号相同的标号示出。针座(needle hub)5、主弹簧6和用于针座5的释放装置41与第一实施例的相应的部件类似。图15-19的实施例具有手动插入和自动缩回的插入针。除了皮下部件43和基座部件44,这个实施例包括五个分离的元件,并且除了主弹簧6(其例如由诸如橡皮带的软的和弹性材料制成)和例如插入针4(其可以由金属制成)之外,所有元件通常由模制塑料制成。
图13示出处于闲置状态中的插入器装置的实施例,所述闲置状态是未加载的和无菌的状态。主弹簧6(见图19)由单个圆形弹性带构成并且被附接到与图1-12的实施例的内基座相对应的盖体2的顶部。主弹簧6支撑在与图1-12的实施例的缩回部件46相对应的针座5下方,即,主弹簧6将针座5和盖体2的顶部拉到一起。这个实施例的针座5通过圆形顶板38(在图19中最佳地示出)构建,该圆形顶板具有足够小的直径以允许针座5在圆柱形盖体2内上下滑动。圆形顶板38具有开口39,该开口允许构成主弹簧6的弹性带从针座5的下侧穿过到达盖体2的顶部,而不会由于它的存在而妨碍针座5相对于盖体2的滑动移动。弹性带6可以通过将该弹性带围绕边缘42的突出部分缠绕而附接到盖体2的顶部;这可以由于弹性带6的柔性而实现。圆形顶板38还设置有两个开口和柔性加载臂40,该柔性加载臂设置有延伸穿过每个开口的向内的钩。图13的插入器装置设置有盖12,该盖在打开之前确保对于插入器装置的内部部件的无菌条件。根据图13-19的实施例,盖12构成了足够大的容积以容纳管和比如用于输液套件的连接器的附属管部件。
图14以侧视图示出在预加载步骤中的插入器装置。插入器装置的内部(其被牢固地组合的壳体1和盖12而被预先地保护)在预加载步骤期间经受周围的大气。当用户在相反的方向上扭转两个部件时,在底部盖12和壳体1上的相应的螺纹使壳体1升起。盖体2(或者内基座)通过盖体2与底部盖12之间的相反方向的螺纹而被保持就位。因此,当壳体1相对于底部盖12扭转时,盖体2相对于底部盖12不移动。当壳体1被扭转例如大约90度时,壳体1被迫远离盖体2并且从底部盖12释放。在预加载状态下,插入器装置准备好以供使用。
图15和图16两者都示出在图14的预加载状态中的插入器装置的剖视图;图15示出沿着图14的线H-H的剖视图,并且图16示出沿着图16中的线Q-Q的剖视图。壳体1已经被从盖12释放并且盖12已经被移除。预加载导致两个柔性加载臂40的向内的钩移动到针座5的圆形顶板38的上侧,并且由于加载臂40的柔性,钩被钩在针座5的顶部上。当装置已经被带入这个状态中时,当盖12已经被从装置中移除时,装置准备好供插入。通常盖12的移除将导致诸如释放层的保护层被从被放置在用于输液座体的位置3的医疗装置的粘合剂侧移除。
壳体1和盖体2具有防止它们彼此分离的装置。在示出的实施例中,这些装置具有咬合连接的形式,该咬合连接包括靠近壳体1的下边缘的向内突出的部分68和靠近盖体2的顶部边缘的向外突出的部分69。这个咬合锁定将防止壳体1从盖体2分离。
图17示出在加载状态中的插入器装置的实施例,其中在所述加载状态中,主弹簧如在插入器装置的工作期间它将是的一样地被拉伸并且插入针4被完全地插入。通常,清晰的咔哒声将表示皮下部件被锁定到基座上以及用户可以松开保持针座5向下的压力。当针座5(其中弹性带设置在针座下方)在它的最低位置处时,被附接到盖体2的顶部上的主弹簧6已经被拉伸到它的最大量。在这个位置,释放装置41与柔性加载臂40接触并且推动加载臂40向外,即,彼此远离。这个移动导致针座5从加载臂40的钩释放,这导致针座5被向上拉到盖体2的顶部,其中圆形弹性带的相反端部被紧固。在这个位置处,盖体2被锁定到壳体1。
图18示出沿着线O-O的剖视图,其中插入器装置的实施例处于最终卸载状态中。在这个状态中,针座5以及进而插入针4已经被带进缩回位置。在这个缩回位置,被使用过的插入针4不能与环境接触,因为插入器装置包括将盖体2锁定到壳体1的锁定装置。根据示出的实施例,锁定装置包括机械的咬合锁,其中盖体的向内突出的部分70在壳体1的锁定部71上滑动。除了包括皮下部件43和基座44的输液装置的两个部件现在被组装并且皮下部件43被插入在基座44中之外,该状态类似于与示出在图13中的非加载状态。
图19示出与插入器装置的实施例一起使用的以诸如橡皮带的弹性带的形式的主弹簧6的可能位置。弹性带通过围绕从盖体2的上边缘向外延伸的突出部分42缠绕弹性带的部分而附接到盖体2的顶部上。由盖体2的壁围绕的中心板是针座5的圆形顶板38,并且弹性带穿过设置在针座5的顶部中的开口39,该开口足够大以防止弹性带冲突以与针座5相对于盖体2的移动干涉。
图20示出包括皮下部件43和输液座体44的医疗装置。皮下部件43包括将被皮下地插入病人中的部件。皮下部件43被预装载在插入针4上,并且输液座体44被附接到在用于输液座体的位置3内的盖体2上。无论这种装置将是一个或多个元件,插入器装置也可以用于包括皮下部件的其它医疗装置的插入,并进而用于输液座体的位置3将必须适应讨论中的医疗装置。

图21A示出为从下侧(即在使用期间面向病人的皮肤的一侧)观看的座体101。在图21A中,一个区域被用灰色颜色标记。这是座体的在使用期间与安装垫片直接接触(即,触碰)的部分。根据示出在图21A中的实施例,这个区域包括具有中心开口122的中心圆形部分121,皮下部件108可以穿过该中心开口插入。该区域还具有将中心圆形部分121连接到周边圆形部分124的周边突出部123,根据这个实施例,具有五个周边突出部123。从这一侧还可看见以向内(即朝向中心突伸边缘)的形式的用于连接器部件的附接装置104。因为中心圆形部分121通过两个或更多个周边突出部123连接到周边圆形部分124,所以结构是非常柔软的,并且不太可能的是,被施加到在使用期间被紧固到周边圆形部分124上的连接器部件102上的力被传递到保持皮下部件108的中心圆形部分121。

座体101包括与连接器部件102上的定位装置107相对应的定位装置105。根据示出在图21A-E中的医疗装置的第四实施例,定位装置105是圆形部分110的部分,并且定位装置被沿着圆形部分110的周边设置、或者定位装置是圆形部分110的一部分。示出的实施例包括具有在圆形部分110的外表面中的凹部的形式的10个定位装置105。定位装置105与周边圆形部分124的外圆周相比被称为凹部。通常,定位装置105包括可以与对应的连接器部件102的突出部分107结合的两个或者更多个凹部。此外,定位装置105设置在输液座体101的硬的部分中,其中座体的硬的部分是例如圆形部分110或者例如中心部分111。

具有定位装置105的圆形部分110被成形为类似对称的具有十个齿的有齿的轮,该轮具有设置在齿之间的被倒圆的凹部。每个凹部具有相同的尺寸,并且包括开口和突出区域的周围部分的给定区域紧密地装配于连接器部件102的近侧上的相应区域。用于连接器部件102的定位的相应装置107适于装配到定位装置105的一个或多个开口中,由此连接器部件102的与座体101对应的10个清楚的和不同的相对位置是可能的。有齿的轮将通常具有3-20个开口,从而提供连接器部件102相对于座体101的3-20个不同的位置。有齿的轮的开口可以具有包括直的边缘的较不圆的形状,比如三角形或者矩形开口。因此,用于定位的装置107将分别具有对应的形状,比如三角形或者矩形的形状。
图21C示出从沿着图21A的线A-A的剖视图的座体。图21D示出装置的侧视图。图21E示出座体的上部视图,即,在使用期间背离病人的皮肤的一侧。
图22A-E示出可以与图11和图21A-E的输液座体44一起使用的连接器部件102的实施例。图11的实施例对应于示出在欧洲专利申请第0964041中的图1中的输液座体的实施例,并且这个实施例的描述因此通过引用结合进来。更具体地,图22A示出从管侧(即在使用期间管元件将被连接到装置的一侧)观看的连接器部件102。图22B示出从下侧(即在使用期间被安装垫片覆盖的一侧)的连接器部件102。从这个位置可以看出臂115如何能弹性地铰接到附接装置106的中心部分上。图22C也示出从下侧但是在使得可看见保持装置114如何设置有向上朝向的表面的倾斜角度上的连接器部件102。图22D示出从上方从与管连接相反的一侧观看的连接器部件。从这个角度可看见这个实施例设置仅一个软柔性/弹性材料的连续区域113a。图22E示出从连接器针126开口是通向右侧的一侧观看的连接器部件102。
示出在图22A-E中的连接器部件102包括具有内腔并且适于围绕图21A-E的座体101的外壳。图22A-E的实施例的外壳不是全部由硬材料制成。示出在图22A-E中的实施例的外壳提供了圆形的和连续的表面,并且外壳是与一个或多个软的和/或弹性的材料的区域组合的一个或多个硬材料的部分的复合件。在图22A-E中,软材料的区域被称为113a,而硬材料的区域被称为113b。
根据实施例,连接器部件102可以由ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)和TPE(热塑性弹性体)模制形成,其中ABS部分设置为包括咬合脚114、115和旋钮(即可以确保连接器固定在10个可能位置中的一个的定位装置107)的硬罩壳或者骨架。根据这个实施例,TPE(即软材料)刚好覆盖凹节,该凹节使得可将臂115弯曲(即推动)到一起。这使得连接器中的最高点没有TPE,这可以是有益的,因为ABS具有较低的摩擦系数,这意味着例如衣物不会容易地粘附该套件。
图22A-E的实施例的附接装置106不需要是弹性的,因为使臂115返回到出发点所需要的弹性可以由设置在臂115的区域与硬材料的中心部分(即紧固有连接器针126的中心部分)之间的软的和弹性的材料提供。通常,软材料113a是简单地柔性的并且不是弹性的,即,它不具有提供力以将臂115推动返回到原始位置的能力。用于使臂115回复到原始位置的力则由附接装置106的弹性提供,该附接装置包括臂115以及为连接器针126和为每个臂115提供紧固位置的中心部分。臂115设置有保持装置114,该保持装置114以具有向上表面的向外的钩114的形式,该向上表面在与座体101互锁的期间搁置抵靠在座体101的附接装置104的向下表面上。当臂115被同时地朝向中心(即向内)推动时,连接器部件102和座体101的互锁被释放。
当驱动附接装置106时,连接器部件102可以被附接到座体101或者从座体101分离。驱动附接装置106也可使得连接器部件102的用于定位的相互作用装置107相对于座体101的定位装置105设置在不同的用户定义的位置中。根据被示出的实施例,用户可以在10个可能中选择任何期望的位置。
连接器部件102的用于附接的装置106包括以臂115的形式的驱动装置、以向外的钩114的形式的保持元件、和弹性元件116,其中弹性是所选择的材料和结构的结果,特别是在该处臂115被连接到中心部分117上的区域中材料的直径。驱动装置115包括两个臂,该两个臂沿址径彼此相对设置,并且每个臂设置有构成保持元件114的向外的钩。每个钩具有这样的部分,该部分在释放时被钩在圆形部分110的突出的上边缘下方并且防止连接器部件102在竖直方向上移开。驱动装置的两个臂115形成连接器部件102的外壳的部分,并且将通常设置有具有增大的直径或者横截面或者以其它方式被标记的区域的部分,该部分将可使得用户准确地感觉到推动哪里以从座体101释放/附接连接器部件102。弹性元件116通过每个臂的一个端部连接两个臂。当形成驱动装置的两个臂115朝向彼此被按压时,弹性元件将提供试图使臂115回复到它们的原始放松位置(即出发点)的弹簧作用。驱动装置115、保持元件114和弹性元件116三个元件可以被模制为单个元件。
图23A-E示出可以与图21A-21E的座体101一起使用的连接器部件102的第五实施例。在功能上,图23A-E的连接器部件102非常类似于示出在图22A-E中的连接器部件102,并且图23A-E中的在功能上相同的部件被提供有与图22A-E的部件相同的标号。

示出在图23A-E中的连接器部件102包括光滑的外壳113a,该外壳由柔性材料制成并且具有适于围绕图21A-E的座体101的内空腔。此外,柔性材料的外壳113a可以围绕附接装置106,该附接装置包括设置有与针对图22A-E示出和描述的相同类型的保持装置114的臂115、支撑连接器针126的中心元件、以及弹性元件116。如果附接装置106由模制塑料材料的单个元件构成,则弹性元件116在每个臂115被连接到附接装置106的中心元件上的位置处可以设置为减小的材料厚度。弹性元件可以例如由ABS制成。
完全覆盖的柔性材料的外壳113a提供了光滑表面,而没有可能被经过的衣物钩住的突出部件,并且因此该光滑表面减少了使座体101和被附接的皮下部件在它被需要之前被拉出的风险。完全地覆盖表面的软材料可以由TPE(热塑性弹性体)制成。当软材料覆盖全部表面时,软材料具有更大的面积,其中当连接器被弯曲(即臂115被推到一起)时,软材料可以移动(即折叠)。这个实施例还形成非常简单和平滑的外观,其为引人注目的设计留下了许多可能性。
图24A-B分别示出可以与示出在图中的输液座体44、101中的任意一个一起使用的插管部件108的实施例的穿过中心的剖视图和侧视图。插管部件108包括本体部129,该本体部具有允许流体通过的贯穿开孔。为了防止在插管部件108的安装之后微生物从外部环境中进入,在入口端处的贯穿开孔被用隔膜109封闭,该隔膜109允许以下物体进入:1)诸如提供装置的皮下定位的插入针的针、2)输送单个部分的流体的注射针、或者3)如在连接器部件102的实施例中所示的连接器针129。隔膜129通常是自封闭隔膜,即,当针已经被插入穿过隔膜109并且之后被移除时,隔膜109将封闭并且防止微生物的进入。
导管或者插管108a从本体部129的出口端延伸,其中导管可以是软的/柔性的,这意味着必须被用插入针插入,或者导管可以是硬的和自穿刺导管。导管108a通常从本体部129的下表面延伸8-10毫米并且到达病人的血流。导管108a被附接在本体部129的贯穿开孔内,并且根据被示出的实施例,导管108a通过使套管127被推进上开口端中从而将导管108a的上端部的壁挤压抵靠在贯穿孔的内壁上而附接到本体部129。
套管127由管状件构成,该管状件在两端都是开口的以供流体流动,即,流体路径被形成为穿过套管127。根据示出的实施例,套管127包括管部件,该管部件被形成为具有被延伸进入圆柱形管部件或者与圆柱形管部件接触的减小直径的截头圆锥形。根据一个实施例,套管127通常由不能被插入针穿透的材料(例如钢)形成。这个特征可使座体101作为端口操作,即例如通过注射器穿过隔膜109插入和注射流体,而无需担心本体部129或者导管108的壁被穿透并且从而被针毁坏。
本体部129的外表面通常是圆形的并从入口端(即隔膜109覆盖开口的位置处)到出口端(导管108a从该处延伸)具有变化的直径。该变化的直径提供了水平表面131和倾斜表面130,其中水平表面131中的至少一个可以提供用于座体101的附接装置25的接触表面。这个连接中的“水平”的意思是,在皮下部件被插入的位置处或者围绕皮下部件被插入的位置,该表面平行于病人的皮肤表面。当皮下部件108、108a插入到正确的位置中时,倾斜表面130支撑定位过程。替换地,倾斜表面(诸如与座体中的开口112的最低部分的倾斜表面相对应的皮下部件108的本体129的最低部分)也可以被用于提供在座体101上的紧固,因为皮下部件108、108a的倾斜表面可以被构造成以使得两个部件之间的摩擦将皮下部件锁定在座体101中的方式来紧密地装配到座体101的开口中。将皮下部件108、108a附接到座体101的另一可替换的方法是在皮下部件108、108a上或者在座体101上的一个或多个对应的表面上分别设置粘合剂。
图25A示出可以与示出在图22A-E和23A-E中的连接器部件2的实施例一起使用的连接器针26的侧视图,并且图25B示出安装有如图22A-E中所示的连接器部件2的座体1的剖视图。
示出在图25A中的连接器针126的实施例由硬材料制成(所述硬材料诸如钢或者具有类似的机械性质的其它材料),并且应当能够穿透插管部件108的隔膜109并且延伸进入到形成在插管部件108的本体部129的贯穿开孔中的开口空间中。根据示出的实施例,这个开口部被形成在套管127的上截头圆锥形状中。连接器针126可以被由单个钢制针形成,该单个钢制针在区域126f、126d和126b中弯曲,如在与直段126g(其包括入口端)、126e、126c和126a组合的图中所示,其中126a包括出口端。连接器针126的入口端(段126g的开口端)可以是尖锐的或者钝的,取决于连接导管如何被构造,并且出口端(段126a的开口端)也可以是或者尖锐的或者钝的,取决于它采用什么来穿透隔膜109。

Claims (15)
1.一种医疗装置,包括:
-外部部件,其中所述外部部件提供功能盖体;以及
-内部部件,所述内部部件包括在使用期间由所述功能盖体保护的一个或多个单元,
其中,所述外部部件包括位于外表面上的一个或多个驱动点(56、115),并且所述驱动点以使得所述驱动点上的压力启动所述内部部件的功能的方式连接到所述内部部件的接触表面,其特征在于:
-所述驱动点(56、115)设置在所述外部部件的外壳的由硬材料构成的区段(1b、113b)上;
-所述外部部件的所述外壳的第二区段(1b、113b)由硬材料构成;并且
-在硬材料的两个部分之间,所述外壳包括由软的和柔性的材料构成的第三区段(1a、113a)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医疗装置,其中,所述外部部件构成壳体,所述壳体提供圆形的和连续的表面,所述圆形的和连续的表面不具有向所述内部功能部件提供通道的任何开口,并且其中所述壳体具有两个相对的侧部或者“臂”,并且所述壳体包括软材料的两个楔部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的医疗装置,其中,所述外部部件包括设置在所述外壳上的相对位置处的至少两个驱动点(56、115),并且所述外壳包括软材料的至少两个隔开的区段(1a、113a)。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的医疗装置,其中,硬材料的所述区段(1b、113b)由ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)构成。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的医疗装置,其中,软材料的所述区段(1a、113a)由TPE(热塑性弹性体)构成。
6.根据任一前述权利要求所述的医疗装置,其中,所述硬材料(1b、113b)构成辐板或者骨架,并且所述软材料(1a、113a)设置在硬材料的中心部分与硬材料的侧部之间,所述侧部设置有所述驱动点。
7.根据任一前述权利要求所述的医疗装置,其中,所述医疗装置是插入器装置,并且所述内部部件包括第一部件(52)和第二部件(50),所述第一部件可滑动地附接于所述第二部件,并且所述第一部件至少具有相对于所述第二部件(50)的一个缩回的位置和一个向前的位置。
8.根据权利要求7所述的医疗装置,其中,所述插入器装置包括第一弹簧(49)和第二弹簧(48)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的医疗装置,其中,所述内部部件进一步包括内盖(45),并且其中,所述第一弹簧(49)在第一端部处搁置抵靠于所述内盖(45)的表面,并且所述第一弹簧在第二端部处以如下方式搁置抵靠于所述第二部件(50)的表面,所述方式即,使得当所述第一部件(52)位于所述缩回的位置中时所述第一弹簧位于被加载的位置中以及当所述第一部件位于所述向前的位置中时所述第一弹簧位于未被加载的位置中。
