技术领域
本发明涉及适于存储物品的可释放封闭件，以及更具体地涉及适于具有包装件完整性指示器的包装件的可释放封闭件。 
背景技术
用于食物制品诸如饼干和其它点心的一些容器通常包括外包装件材料。在一种类型的容器中，包装件材料包绕诸如作为托盘的结构以保持食物制品并且以保护食物制品免受损坏。其它食物制品包装件于塑料托盘中，诸如热成型托盘，其使用一些类型的封盖材料密封到顶部。在食物容器封闭件领域中的一个最新进展包括公开于美国专利US6,918,532(此后称为“‘532专利”)的可释放封闭件，该专利结合于此作为参考，其公开一种形成容器顶部的包装件材料，其具有由可释放密封片覆盖的获取孔。

发明内容
本发明通常涉及适于由两层材料形成的容器的可释放封闭件，其具有为诸如墨水或涂料的材料涂层形式的包装件完整性指示器，当容器第一次被打开时，其在密封片和设置于其下的薄膜层之间进行转移。

具体实施方式
参照附图，并且具体参照附图1-6，示出具有封闭件11的包装件10，结合包装件整体性的特征。图10包括两层包装件材料，上述两层包装件材料包括第一，内薄膜层12和形成顶部或上表面14的第二，外薄膜层13，侧面16，下表面(未示出)，以及折压端部18，19。内薄膜层12和外薄膜层13由聚合薄膜或其它柔顺性材料形成，上述材料被切割、折叠或另外受压以限定内部空间或容器，以便容纳提供于包装件10内的诸如食物产品的希望制品。包装件10可用于存储和分配诸如饼干、脆饼、糖果或其它产品的食物产品。外薄膜层13可包括图形或其它指示以确定包装件10内的内容物。 
有利的，内薄膜层12共延形成和粘性连接到外薄膜层13。在包装件10的制造过程中，沿着第一撕裂线20模切内薄膜层12以及沿着第二撕裂线21模切外薄膜层13，如在公开号为No.2005/0276525的美国专利申请中公开的那样。
第一撕裂线20形成为连续的撕裂线以限定片22。上述片22与内薄膜层12的剩余部分分离以暴露开孔24(图2a，4和6)，由此获取包装件10的内容物。 
第二撕裂线21限定外薄膜层13的密封片26。密封片26延伸到邻近开孔24的第一撕裂线20边缘之外，这样密封片26完全覆盖并延伸到上述片22的边缘之外。

可替换的，涂层28可直接施加到密封片26而不是施加到粘合剂27上。粘合剂27可只施加到邻近涂层的密封片，或者还施加到涂层之上。 
粘合剂29沿着内薄膜层12接近第二撕裂线21施加。粘合剂29可以是本领域内任何已知的粘合剂，其有利的具有粘合剂29和涂层28之间的粘结强度，该粘结强度大于涂层28和密封片26之间的粘结强度和涂层28和粘合剂27之间的粘结强度。当封闭件11第一次打开时，涂层28的一部分会从密封片26转移到覆盖部分内薄膜层12的粘合剂29，如在下述将进行更详细描述的那样。 
在替换的实施例中，沿着内薄膜层12不施加粘合剂29。取而代之，涂层28形成与内薄膜层12的足够强的粘结，这样在第一次打开封闭件11之后，一些或所有的涂层28会从密封片26转移到内薄膜层12。 
如图5和6中所示的那样，当将密封片26在由箭头32指示(图2a和5)的剥离方向上向后剥离以打开包装件10时，第一片22与内薄膜层12的剩余部分沿着第一撕裂线20分离，并保持粘合到密封片26。当获取包装件的内容物之后并且希望再密封包装件10时，密封片可大致在其初始位置重新施加到内薄膜层12，如图2b所示的那样。由于密封片26延伸到上述片22的周边之外，其上设置的可释放粘合剂27促使具有位于获取孔24之上的上述片22的包装件10再密封。 
此外，当将密封片26从内薄膜层12剥离开以第一次分离片22时，涂层28的一部分，即转移的涂层28a从密封片26分离，并保持或粘合到设置于内薄膜层12上的粘合剂29。有利的，涂层28的颜色不 同于包装件10顶表面的颜色。虽然示出剩余量的涂层28，可替换的，所有的涂层28可从密封片26转移到内薄膜层12。

除了可见指示之外，在包装件先前被打开和再密封之后包装件的完整性更明显，原因在于由于涂层28转移到那使得粘合剂29的效果减弱。结果，转移涂层28a使得沿着涂层28a转移处的部分的粘合剂29减弱。结果，具有粘合剂29的较弱部分，先前打开的包装件在第二次或之后的次数比初始时更容易打开。

象包装件10那样，包装件410具有沉积到密封标签426的周边434上的可转移材料的涂层428以及围绕邻近第二撕裂线421的内薄膜层412的周边形成的粘合剂427，当密封片平铺在包装件410的顶部414上时，粘合剂427正好位于涂层428之下。与包装件10类似，将密封片426第一次向后拉动使得涂层428的一部分转移到粘合剂429。当密封片426返回到其平坦位置时，由于密封片426与内层412以类似于包装件20的方式形成稍微错位，当从包装件10的顶部观看时，可见转移涂层428a的一部分。 
虽然描述包装件410具有封闭件411，但是包装件410可结合任一封闭件11，111，211和311。目前对于本领域的普通技术人员来说很明显具有包装件完整性特征的当前可释放包装件提供现有包装件中不存在的优势。 
虽然在上述结合其优选实施例对本发明进行了描述，但是对于本领域的普通技术人员来说可以理解，在不脱离本发明范围和精神的情况下可对这些优选实施例进行改变和变型。 

Claims (1)

1.一种包装件，包括：
包装件材料，其形成所述包装件的顶部、侧部和底部；
具有两层材料的所述包装件的顶部部分，具有第一层和第二层；
由所述第一层的第一切口和所述第二层的第二切口限定的封闭件，所述第一切口限定封盖，所述第二切口限定密封层，其中所述密封层的边缘延伸超过所述封盖，所述封闭件可移动以暴露获取孔和所述第一层的密封区域，所述密封区域包括所述第一层的面对所述第二层的所述边缘的部分；
面对所述第一层的所述边缘或所述密封区域的第一部分为所述包装件提供再密封能力；
所述边缘或所述密封区域的第二部分具有布置在其上的可转移材料涂层；
其中，在包装件初次被打开之后，具有与所述第一层的足够强的粘结的所述可转移材料涂层从所述密封层转移到邻近所述密封层的所述边缘的周边的所述第一层上，其中，当所述包装件被重新封闭时，已被转移的可转移材料涂层在所述密封层之外可见，从而提供视觉的篡改证据特征。
2. 如权利要求1所述的包装件，其中，所述第一和第二层共延形成和彼此粘合。
3. 如权利要求2所述的包装件，其中，所述第一层的所述第一切口是连续形成的切口，以使得所述封盖与所述第一层的剩余部分可完全分离，以暴露出所述获取孔。
4. 如权利要求1所述的包装件，其中，所述第二薄膜层是标签，且所述第二层的所述第二切口由所述标签的周边限定。
5. 如权利要求1所述的包装件，其中，所述可转移材料涂层具有与所述包装件材料的剩余部分的邻近部分不同的颜色。
6. 如权利要求1所述的包装件，其中，所述可转移材料涂层具有与所述包装件材料的剩余部分的邻近部分不同的图案。
7. 如权利要求1所述的包装件，其中，所述密封区域或所述边缘的第一和第二部分可彼此重叠。
8. 如权利要求1所述的包装件，其中，所述密封区域或所述边缘的第一和第二部分可彼此分开。
9. 如权利要求1所述的包装件，还包括第一粘合剂，其完全覆盖面对所述第一层的所述边缘或所述密封区域。
10. 如权利要求9所述的包装件，还包括第二粘合剂，其设置在面对所述第一层的所述边缘或所述密封区域的外部，以使得所述第二粘合剂覆盖的区域小于所述第一粘合剂。
11. 如权利要求10所述的包装件，其中，所述第一粘合剂允许将所述封闭件与所述包装件材料再密封；且通过提供与所述第一层之间具有足够强的粘结的所述可转移材料涂层，所述第二层允许所述可转移材料涂层的转移。
12. 如权利要求10所述的包装件，其中，所述第二粘合剂设置在所述边缘或所述密封区域的外部，以使得第一粘合剂设置在邻近所述开口的整个密封区域。
13. 如权利要求12所述的包装件，其中，由于所述可转移材料涂层的转移，所述第二粘合剂被减弱，由此提供可感触的篡改证据特征。
14. 如权利要求1所述的包装件，其中，所述可再密封粘合剂的至少一部分从所述密封片的所述边缘转移至所述第一层。
15. 如权利要求1所述的包装件，其中，所述第二切口为非线性的线段的形式。
16. 如权利要求1所述的包装件，其中，所述包装件包括带有托盘的食物容器，其中通过所述获取孔获取所述托盘内的食物。
17. 如权利要求1所述的包装件，还包括所述包装件材料内的托盘。
18. 如权利要求17所述的包装件，还包括位于容纳在所述包装件材料内的所述托盘内的离散食物。
19. 一种制造方法，包括：
提供具有第一层和第二层的两层材料；
提供位于所述第一和第二层之间的可再密封粘合剂；
提供所述可再密封粘合剂和所述第一层之间的可转移材料涂层；
在所述第一层中形成第一切口以限定封盖；
在所述第二层中形成第二切口以限定密封层，所述密封层延伸超过所述第一层的所述封盖；
其中，所述可转移材料涂层具有与所述第一层的足够强的粘结，当所述密封层被从所述两层材料的剩余部分向后剥离时，所述可转移涂层材料从所述第二层上的所述可再密封粘合剂转移到所述第一层。
20. 如权利要求19所述的制造方法，还包括围绕托盘包装所述两层材料，所述托盘内放置有食物。
21. 一种叠层，其构造为被形成入容器中，所述叠层包括：
第一层；
粘结到所述第一层的第二层；
位于所述第一和第二层之间的可再密封粘合剂；
位于所述可再密封粘合剂和所述第一层之间的可转移材料涂层；
所述第一和第二层构造成被形成入一系列的容器形成纸坯中，每个相同的容器形成纸坯的第一和第二层具有形成在其中的封闭件，所述封闭件具有由所述第一层中的第一切口限定的第一部分和由所述第二层中的第二切口限定的第二部分；
其中，所述可转移材料涂层具有与所述第一层的足够强的粘结，当所述封闭件与所述叠层的剩余部分分离时，所述可转移涂层材料从所述第二层上的所述可再密封粘合剂转移到所述第一层。
22. 如权利要求21所述的叠层，其中，所述第一和第二层彼此共延。
23. 如权利要求21所述的叠层，其中，所述第二层是离散标签，且所述第二层的所述第二切口限定所述离散标签的周边。
24. 如权利要求21所述的叠层，其中，所述可再密封粘合剂的一部分与所述可转移材料涂层一起从所述第二层转移到所述第一层。
25. 如权利要求21所述的叠层，其中，当所述封闭件的第一和第二部分被从所述叠层的剩余部分向上剥离时，所述叠层中的获取孔被暴露。
26. 如权利要求25所述的叠层，还包括所述第二层的边缘，其延伸超过所述第一层的所述第一部分。
27. 如权利要求26所述的叠层，其中，所述可转移材料涂层设置在所述边缘的第一部分上。
28. 如权利要求27所述的叠层，其中，带有所述可转移材料涂层的所述边缘的所述第一部分在邻近所述可转移材料涂层的所述可再密封粘合剂上经历减弱效果。
29. 如权利要求28所述的叠层，其中，不带有所述可转移材料涂层的所述边缘的第二部分保持具有比带有所述可转移材料涂层的所述边缘的所述第一部分大的再密封能力。
