背景技术
化妆品配制剂,例如粉和化妆品,通常包含有机和/或无机填料。所述填料是颗粒状物质,其在产品中,即在化妆品和皮肤病学的组合物自身中或在皮肤上不导致任何颜色效果。例如,在化妆品中采用选自如下物质的填料:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物(crosspolymer),云母,尼龙粉末,纯或填充的三聚氰胺树脂,滑石,SiO2,高岭土,铝、镁、钙、锌的氧化物或氢氧化物,BiOCl,硫酸钡,硫酸钙,碳酸钙,碱性的碱土金属碳酸盐,例如碳酸钙或碳酸镁,和碳,以及这些物质的物理或化学组合。关于填料的颗粒形状没有限制。根据要求,它可以是不规则的,薄片形状,球形或针状的。市售的填料经常显示出具有通常不想要的固有颜色的缺点。
发明内容
本发明所基于的目的是寻找特别是用于化妆品配制剂的填料,其使得可制备不削弱或特定地改变基色的配制剂。
令人惊奇地,已经发现具有精确限定的尺寸的无定形玻璃薄片达到了这个目的。
本发明涉及透明玻璃薄片,其突出之处在于它们具有<1μm的厚度和1-150μm的平均粒度。
本发明的玻璃薄片特别用作装饰性和护理化妆品中的填料。然而,它们还可在所有其中通常采用填料的配制剂,例如油墨、涂料和塑料中使用。
与现有技术相对照,该现有技术中描述了包含具有不规则形状颗粒的玻璃粉的化妆品配制剂,本发明的玻璃薄片显示出更好的填料特性和非常好的皮肤感觉。
本文中玻璃是指无机物质混合物,其已经从熔融状态冷却而没有结晶,并已经呈现固化状态。本发明的玻璃薄片是无定形的。
合适的玻璃是本领域技术人员已知的所有玻璃,例如硅酸盐玻璃,如钠钙玻璃、硼硅酸盐玻璃、铝硅酸盐玻璃、铅晶体玻璃、E型、A型、C型或ECR型玻璃、Duran玻璃、窗玻璃、实验室玻璃等。这种类型的玻璃由砂、石灰、粘土、硼化合物、钾碱、苏打等制备,并允许以成形状态固化。本发明的玻璃薄片优选由C型、E型、ESR或硼硅酸盐玻璃组成。它当然还可以采用仅在玻璃组成方面不同的不同玻璃薄片的混合物。
玻璃薄片可在制备过程中通过加入无机着色剂而被特定着色。合适的着色剂为在玻璃的熔点下不会分解的那些。所述着色剂通常以0.1-50wt%,特别是0.2-25wt%和非常特别优选0.5-10wt%的量加到玻璃熔体中。
合适的着色剂特别为元素Cu、Cr、Mn、Fe和Co的阳离子或配阴离子和/或其组合。强的蓝、绿、黄、橙或红色可通过加入所述离子而获得。合适的着色剂另外为TiO2或元素贵金属。
所述玻璃薄片具有<1μm,优选100nm-1μm,特别是150-800nm和非常特别优选200-600nm的厚度。平均粒度为<150μm,优选1-150μm,特别是10-100μm,和非常特别优选5-35μm。
本发明的玻璃薄片优选具有纵横比(直径/厚度的比)为1-1500,特别是10-700,和非常特别优选50-200。
所述玻璃薄片此外优选具有的特征为折光指数为1.2-2.1,特别是1.3-1.9,和非常特别优选1.4-1.6。
所述玻璃薄片为无定形的并优选具有透明度为≥90%,特别是≥93%,和非常特别优选≥95%(在400-700nm的光谱范围内采用UV/VIS/IR光谱仪测量透射率:型号Perkin Elmer Lambda 900,具有Ulbricht球(直径150mm))。
所述玻璃薄片优选具有油吸收值(根据DIN EN ISO 787-5:1995-10测定)为20-130,特别是30-110,非常特别优选50-90。
本发明的玻璃薄片从熔体利用已知方法,例如吹管吹制(tubeblowing)(Nippon Sheet Glass),纺丝工艺(Glassflake Ltd.)制备。所述玻璃薄片特别优选由例如在EP 0 289 240或WO 2005/063637中所描述的纺丝工艺制备。
特别地,本发明涉及光学澄清的未着色的和经本体(mass)着色的玻璃薄片,其具有<1μm的厚度和1-150μm的平均粒度。
本发明的玻璃薄片特别用作优选在护理和装饰性化妆品中的填料,因为透明的玻璃薄片在该配制剂中不可见并因此不使所述配制剂的固有颜色扭曲。
由于可变的厚度和粒度,在光的直接入射下可容易地观察到的闪光效果可特定地在化妆品配制剂中产生。然而,借助于非常薄的玻璃薄片,该玻璃薄片优选具有<500nm的厚度和/或具有粒度<50μm的非常细的级分,它还可能产生消光效果,该效果例如在搽脸粉中是要求的,用于抑制不想要的平光光泽。另一个效果是皮肤平光光泽被降低。本发明的玻璃薄片另外的特征在于它们非常好的皮肤感觉。本发明薄片的应用此外还导致配制剂的施用性能和产品织构方面的改进,并比市售填料获得更纯正的配制剂颜色。
本发明玻璃薄片在待着色的应用体系中的浓度基于所述体系的总固体含量通常为0.01-95wt%,优选0.1-50wt%,和特别是1.0-10wt%。其通常取决于具体应用并在散粉的情况下可以最高至95wt%。
优选地,基于配制剂整体计,
-乳液包含0.1-30wt%,特别是1-15wt%的本发明玻璃薄片,
-含有颜料的乳液取决于织构而包含0.1-50wt%,特别是1-15wt%的本发明玻璃薄片,

-不含水的油/蜡基产品包含0.1-75wt%,特别是0.5-65wt%的本发明玻璃薄片,
-粉末产品包含0.1-95wt%,特别是1-75wt%的本发明玻璃薄片。
本发明的玻璃薄片是简单和易于操作的,因为它们可非常容易地引入到配制剂中。所述玻璃薄片可单独,或以与另外的化妆品助剂、载体和活性化合物的混合物形式,通过简单的搅拌入过程而引入到应用体系中。玻璃薄片的复杂分散是不必要的。
本发明的玻璃薄片当然也可以在配制剂中与任何类型的化妆品原料和助剂和活性化合物结合。这些尤其包括水,醇,多元醇,极性和非极性油,脂肪,蜡,成膜剂,聚合物,共聚物,表面活性剂,自由基清除剂,抗氧化剂,例如维生素C或维生素E,稳定剂,增味剂,硅油,乳化剂,香料,溶剂,例如乙醇,乙酸乙酯或乙酸丁酯,防腐剂,和一般性决定施用性能的助剂,例如增稠剂和流变添加剂,例如膨润土,锂蒙脱石,二氧化硅,硅酸钙,明胶,高分子量碳水化合物,和/或表面活性助剂等。
合适的活性化合物为例如驱虫剂,无机UV过滤剂,例如TiO2,UVA/BC防护过滤剂(例如OMC、B3、MBC),包括以包胶囊形式,抗衰老活性化合物,维生素及其衍生物(例如维生素A、C、E等),自晒黑剂(尤其例如DHA、赤藓酮糖)和另外的化妆品活性化合物,例如红没药醇、LPO、VTA、依克多因(ectoine)、余甘子(emblica)、尿囊素、生物类黄酮及其衍生物。
通常引入到化妆品配制剂中的有机UV过滤剂的量为0.5-10wt%,优选1-8wt%,和引入的无机过滤剂的量为0.1-30wt%。
本发明的组合物可以另外包含其它常规皮肤保护或皮肤护理活性化合物。这些原则上可以是本领域技术人员已知的所有活性化合物。特别优选的活性化合物为嘧啶羧酸和/或芳基肟。
在化妆品应用中,可特别提及的是依克多因和依克多因衍生物用于护理老化、干燥和受刺激的皮肤的用途。例如,欧洲专利申请EP-A-0671 161特别描述了依克多因和羟基依克多因用于化妆品组合物中,例如粉、肥皂、包含表面活性剂的清洁用产品、唇膏、胭脂、化妆品、护理霜和防晒制剂。
在自晒黑霜膏剂、洗剂、喷雾剂等中,其包含例如自晒黑剂DHA(二羟基丙酮)和具有最后的TiO2层的效果颜料,DHA在配制剂中缓慢降解。当在配制剂中使用本发明的玻璃薄片代替TiO2涂覆的效果颜料时,DHA的作用完全保留。
不言而喻的是,对于各种不同的应用,本发明的玻璃薄片还可有利地作为与效果颜料的混合物形式使用,所述效果颜料例如是珠光颜料、干涉颜料、角异色性颜料、BiOCl薄片、多层颜料、金属颜料、有机染料、有机彩色颜料和其它颜料,例如透明的和不透明的白色、彩色和黑色颜料,以及作为与具有薄片状铁的氧化物,全息颜料,LCP(液晶聚合物)和基于金属氧化物涂覆的云母薄片和SiO2薄片等的常规的透明的、彩色的和黑色光泽颜料的混合物形式使用。本发明的玻璃薄片可与市售的(效果)颜料以任意比例混合。玻璃薄片:颜料的重量比取决于颜色强度可以为1∶99至99∶1。在着色织构的情况下,所述颜料的比例高于在较低着色的织构的情况下。
在化妆品中合适的着色剂特别是效果颜料,例如珠光颜料,包括多层颜料或干涉颜料。所用的珠光颜料为基于薄片状的透明或半透明基材的颜料,所述基材包含例如层状硅酸盐,例如天然或合成云母、滑石、绢云母、高岭土或其它硅酸盐材料,其用有色或无色的金属氧化物涂覆,所述金属氧化物为例如TiO2、钛的低氧化物、钛的氮氧化物、Fe2O3、Fe3O4、FeOOH、SnO2、Cr2O3、ZnO、CuO、NiO和其它金属氧化物,它们单独或以混合物形式,以单一层或以连续层形式涂覆。
珠光颜料例如从德国专利和专利申请14 67 468、19 59 998、20 09566、22 14 454、22 15 191、22 44 298、23 13 331、25 22 572、31 37 808、31 37 809、31 51 343、31 51 354、31 51 355、32 11602、32 35 017和P 38 42 330中是已知的,并可以例如以商品名Iriodin、Timiron、Xirona、Colorona、Dichrona从Merck KGaA(Darmstadt,德国)和/或Rona(美国)购得。特别优选的颜料制剂包含TiO2/云母、Fe2O3/云母和/或TiO2/Fe2O3/云母颜料。珠光颜料可另外还在表面上具有一层柏林蓝或胭脂红。
另外优选涂覆的或未涂覆的BiOCl颜料,TiO2-和/或Fe2O3-涂覆的SiO2,玻璃或Al2O3薄片。采用一种或多种金属氧化物涂覆SiO2薄片的过程可以例如,如WO 93/08237(湿法化学涂覆)或DE-A 196 14 637(CVD工艺)中所述进行。
例如从德国公开(Laid-open)说明书DE 196 18 563、DE 196 18566、DE 196 18 569、DE 197 07 805、DE 197 07 806、DE 197 46 067中已知的多层颜料基于薄片状、透明的、有色或无色的由云母(合成或天然)组成的基质,SiO2薄片,玻璃薄片,Al2O3薄片,聚合物薄片,并一般具有的厚度为0.3-5μm,特别是0.4-2.0μm。另外两维的尺寸通常为1-250μm,优选2-100μm,并特别是5-40μm。所述多层颜料由涂覆有金属氧化物(至少两层)的基质(基材)组成。基材薄片云母、SiO2薄片、玻璃薄片、Al2O3薄片采用多层的涂覆以这样的方式进行,使得形成层结构,优选由交替的高和低折光指数层组成的层结构。多层颜料优选包含2、3、4、5、6或7层,特别是3、4或5层。合适的高折光指数金属氧化物例如是二氧化钛、氧化锆、氧化锌、铁的氧化物、铁/钛氧化物(钛酸铁)和/或氧化铬,特别是TiO2和/或Fe2O3。所用的低折光指数氧化物是SiO2和Al2O3。但是,MgF2或有机聚合物(例如丙烯酸酯)也可以用于此目的。基材薄片的涂覆可以例如如WO 93/08237(湿法化学涂覆)或DE-A 196 14 637(CVD工艺)中所述进行。涂覆意指,基材被一层或多层完全覆盖。
基于云母(天然或合成)、玻璃薄片、Al2O3薄片、Fe2O3薄片、SiO2薄片的特别优选的多层颜料包含TiO2-SiO2-TiO2层序列。

合适的有机彩色颜料和染料是天然或合成来源的,例如氧化铬和群青。
优选用作化妆品配制剂中的填料的玻璃薄片当然也可以与其它已知填料混合或一起使用。可以提及的填料例如是合成有机聚合物、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物、天然和合成云母、尼龙粉末、纯或填充的三聚氰胺树脂、滑石、SiO2、玻璃粉末、玻璃珠、高岭土,铝、镁、钙、锌的氧化物或氢氧化物,BiOCl,硫酸钡,硫酸钙,碳酸钙,碳酸镁,碱性碱土金属碳酸盐,例如碳酸钙或碳酸镁,碳,和这些物质的物理或化学组合。
关于其它填料的粒子形状方面没有限制。根据要求,它们可以例如是不规则的、薄片状的、球形的或针状的。
纳米级电介质也可以引入,以改进皮肤感觉。这种类型的添加的例子是Al2O3、SiO2、ZnO或TiO2,其通常以数量0.01-15重量%添加至配制剂中。
包含本发明玻璃薄片的配制剂可以属于亲脂、亲水或疏水型。在具有离散水相和非水相的非均相配制剂的情况下,本发明的玻璃薄片可以在每种情况下在所述两相中的仅一相中或另选分布在两相中存在。
配制剂的pH值可以为1-14,优选2-11,并特别优选5-8。
可以提及的化妆品配制剂的应用形式例如是溶液、悬浮液、乳液、PIT乳液、糊剂、软膏、凝胶、霜膏剂、洗剂、粉末、皂、含有表面活性剂的清洁制剂、油、气溶胶和喷剂。其它应用形式的例子是棒、香波和淋浴制剂。除了本发明的玻璃薄片以外,任何希望的常规载体、助剂和,如需要,进一步的活性化合物,都可以添加入组合物中。

脸部和身体用油可以包含常规载体,例如合成油,例如脂肪酸酯,脂肪醇,硅油,天然油,例如植物油和油状植物提取物,石蜡油,羊毛脂油,或这些物质的混合物。

化妆品油优选是矿物油,氢化聚异丁烯,合成角鲨烷或从天然产物制备的角鲨烷,化妆品酯或醚,其可以是支化的或未支化的,饱和或不饱和的,植物油或其混合物。
如果将组合物配制为气溶胶的形式,则一般使用常规推进剂,例如烷烃、氟代烷烃和含氯氟烷烃。

本发明另外涉及包含本发明的玻璃物质的化妆品配制剂。
本发明因此还涉及本发明的玻璃薄片作为填料,特别用于如下方面中的用途:用于护理和装饰性化妆品中;和用于油漆、涂料、汽车油漆、粉末涂料、印刷油墨、安全印刷油墨、塑料、纸中;用于纸涂料中;用于含有水、有机和/或含水溶剂的颜料糊剂;用于制备颜料组合物和干制剂,例如粒剂。本发明的玻璃薄片优选用作功能性填料,因为玻璃薄片可以改进施用性能,皮肤感觉,粉末的展开(pay-off)和可压缩性。另外,它们可以降低配制剂的多脂、粘稠状况,增加乳液的浓厚度,影响粘度性能和织构,和改进例如睫毛油、眼线笔等的干燥时间。

Claims (17)
1.玻璃薄片,其具有<1μm的厚度和1-150μm的粒度。
2.权利要求1的玻璃薄片,其特征在于它们经采用无机着色剂进行本体着色。
3.权利要求1或2的玻璃薄片,其特征在于所述着色剂为元素Cu、Cr、Mn、Fe和Co的阳离子或配阴离子和/或其组合,或TiO2或元素贵金属。
4.权利要求1至3中一项或多项的玻璃薄片,其特征在于它们的纵横比为1-1500。
5.权利要求1至4中一项或多项的玻璃薄片,其特征在于它们的油吸收值(根据DIN ISO 787-5:1995-10测定)为20-130。
6.权利要求1至5中一项或多项的玻璃薄片,其特征在于它们是无定形的。
7.权利要求1至6中一项或多项的玻璃薄片,其特征在于它们由钠钙玻璃,硼硅酸盐玻璃,铝硅酸盐玻璃,铅晶体玻璃,E型、A型、C型或ECR型玻璃,Duran玻璃,窗玻璃,或实验室玻璃组成。
8.权利要求1至7中一项或多项的玻璃薄片,其特征在于它们由硼硅酸盐玻璃组成。
9.权利要求1至8中任一项的玻璃薄片,其特征在于该玻璃薄片由纺丝工艺制备。
10.权利要求1至9中一项或多项的玻璃薄片用作填料的用途。
11.权利要求10的玻璃薄片的用途,用于油漆、涂料、粉末涂料、印刷油墨、塑料和干制剂中。
12.权利要求1至9中一项或多项的玻璃薄片用于化妆品配制剂中的用途。
13.权利要求12的玻璃薄片的用途,用于护理和装饰性化妆品中。
14.权利要求1至9中一项或多项的玻璃薄片用于亲脂、亲水或疏水配制剂中的用途。
15.包含权利要求1至9中一项或多项的玻璃薄片的化妆品配制剂,其中所述玻璃薄片的含量基于整个配制剂计为0.01-95wt%。
16.包含权利要求1至9中一项或多项的玻璃薄片的化妆品配制剂,其特征在于它们另外包含水、多元醇、极性和非极性油、脂肪、蜡、成膜剂、聚合物、共聚物、表面活性剂、自由基清除剂、抗氧化剂、稳定剂、增味剂、硅油、乳化剂、溶剂、防腐剂、增稠剂、流变添加剂、香料、着色剂、效果颜料、UV吸收剂、表面活性助剂和/或化妆品活性化合物。
17.包含权利要求1至9中一项或多项的玻璃薄片的化妆品配制剂,其特征在于它们另外包含一种或多种选自如下物质的填料:合成有机聚合物,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物,天然和/或合成云母,尼龙粉末,纯或填充的三聚氰胺树脂,滑石,SiO2,玻璃粉末,玻璃珠,高岭土,铝、镁、钙、锌的氧化物或氢氧化物,BiOCl,硫酸钡,硫酸钙,碳酸钙,碳酸镁,碱性的碱土金属碳酸盐和碳。
