Description

  

      Verfahren        zur        Herstellung        eines        bakteriziden        Salieylanilides.       Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     bakteriziden          Salieylanilides.    Das Verfahren ist dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man 1     Mol        3,5-Diehlor-          salicylsäure    auf 1     Mol        3,4,5-Trichlor-anilin     einwirken lässt.  



  Die erhaltene neue Verbindung, das  3,5 -     Dichlor-salicylsäure-3',4',5'-triehlor-anilid,     schmilzt bei 185 . Sie soll als Desinfektions  mittel für nicht arzneiliche Zwecke Verwen  dung finden.  



       Beispiel:     52 Teile     3,5-Dichlor-salicylsäure    und 50  Teile     3,4,5-Trichlor-anilin    werden in 450 Tei  len Chlorbenzol gelöst und ein Teil     Alumi-          niumehlorid    und 15 Teile     Phosphortriehlorid     zugegeben. Diese Suspension wird so lange zum  Sieden erhitzt, bis kein Chlorwasserstoff mehr    entweicht, was nach ungefähr 2-3 Stunden  der Fall ist. Die     chlorbenzolische    Lösung wird  dann mit     -'6Tasser    vermischt     und    mit Soda       brillant-alka,lisch    gestellt. Das Chlorbenzol.
