Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Es     wurde    gefunden,     dass    man durch Kup  peln von     diazotiertem        2,4-Dinitranilin    mit       4-Äthoxy-3-,dioxäthylamino-acetanilid    einen       schwerlöslichen        Azofarbstoff    erhält, der sehr       wertvolle        Eigenschaften    besitzt.

   Er stellt  ein     dunkelgrünes,        messingglänzendes    Pulver  dar,     das        sich    in Alkohol leicht mit     violett-          stichig    blauer Farbe löst und Lacke oder     Zel-          luloseester    in lichtechten blauen Tönen an  färbt. Die Textilfärbungen sind rein weiss       ätzbar.     



       Beispiel:     188     Gewichtsteile        2,4-Dinitranilin    werden  in üblicher     Weise    mit     einer        Nitrosylschwefel-          säure,    entsprechend 69     Gewichtsteilen        Nitrit          diazotiert.    Die     Diazoniumlösung    wird auf       Eis    ausgetragen     und    mit 282     Gewichtsteilen     einer     wässrigen    Lösung von     4-Äthoxy,

  3-@di-          oxäthylamino-acetanilid    zur Kupplung ge  bracht. Durch     Abstumpfen,der    stark sauren  Reaktion kann dieFarbstoffbil:dungbeschleu-         nigt    werden. Nach     ihrer        Beendigung        wird     der     ausgeschiedene    Farbstoff abgesaugt, neu  tral gewaschen     und    .getrocknet.

   Er stellt ein  dunkelgrünes     messingglänzendes    Pulver dar,  das sich in     Alkohol    leicht mit     violettstichig     blauer Färbe löst     und    Lacke oder Zellulose  ester     in    lichtechten blauen Tönen anfärbt.  Die     Textilfärbungen    sind rein     weiss.        ätzbar.
