Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man durch Kup  peln von     diazotiertem        2,4-Dinitranilin    mit       3-Dioxäthylamino-acetanilid    einen     schwerlös-          lichen        Azofarbstoff    erhält, der sehr wertvolle  Eigenschaften besitzt. Er stellt ein dunkles  Pulver mit grünlichem     Metallglanz    dar, das  sich in Alkohol leicht mit blauroter Farbe  löst und Lacke oder     Zelluloseester    in licht  echten schönen rotvioletten Tönen anfärbt.

    Die Textilfärbungen sind rein weiss     ätzbar.            Beispiel:       <B>183</B>     Gt.        2,4-Dinitranilin    werden in übli  cher Weise mit einer     Nitrosylschwefelsäure,     entsprechend 69     Gt.    Nitrit dianotiert. Die       Diazoniumlösung    wird auf Eis ausgetragen  und mit 238     Gt.    einer     wässrigen    Lösung von       3-Dioxäthylamino-acetanilid    zur Kupplung  gebracht. Durch Abstumpfen der stark sauren  Reaktion kann die     Farbstoffbildung    beschleu  nigt werden.

   Nach ihrer Beendigung wird    der ausgeschiedene Farbstoff abgesaugt, neu  tral gewaschen und getrocknet. Er stellt ein  dunkles Pulver mit grünlichem Metallglanz  dar, das sich in Alkohol leicht mit blauroter  Farbe löst und Lacke oder     Zelluloseester    in  lichtechten schönen rotvioletten Tönen an  färbt. Die Textilfärbungen sind rein weiss       ätzbar.

<B>PATENTANSPRUCH:</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarb- stoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man di anotiertes 2,4-Dinitranilin mit 3-Dioxäthyl- amino-acetanilid kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff stellt ein dunkles Pulver mit grünlichem Me tallglanz dar, das sich in Alkohol leicht mit blauroter Farbe löst und Lacke oder Zellu- loseester in lichtechten, schönen, rotvioletten Tönen anfärbt.
