Abstract
PROCESSO E ACIONAMENTO DE ELEVADOR COM UM DISPOSITIVO DE FREIO. A presente invenção refere-se a um acionamento de elevador (41, 46) com um dispositivo de freio (1), consistindo em molas de pressão (2, 3) ativando alavancas de freio (5, 6) com uma força de mola, sendo que guarnições de freio (13, 16) produzem em um tambor de freio (14) uma força de frenagem. Quanto mais se desgastam as guarnições de freio (13, 16) por abrasão, tanto menor se torna a distância (d) do induzido (21) da caixa de ímã de freio (19). Encostando o induzido (21) na caixa de ímã de freio, a capacidade de frenagem das guarnições de freio (13, 16) é completamente suspensa. Para que não possa ocorrer esse estado operacional perigoso para usuários do elevador, está previsto ao menos um comutador (27), que detecta uma distância (d) mínima, O comutador (27) pode estar disposto no induzido (21) do imã e de freio detectar a distância (d) mínima da caixa de imã de freio (19) ou o comutador (27), quando de uma reequipagem, pode estar disposto no tucho de ímã de freio (23) e por exemplo detectar a distância da segunda alavanca (24) para com a caixa de ímã de freio (19), sendo que o comutador (27) comuta à distância (d) mínima.
