Abstract
SISTEMA DE MODULAçãO DA EXPRESSãO DE GENES; POLINUCLEOTìDEO ISOLADO QUE CODIFICA UM DOMìNIO DE LIGAçãO A LIGANTE DE RECEPTOR NUCLEAR DO GRUPO H COMPREENDENDO PELO MENOS UMA MUTAçãO; VETOR DE EXPRESSãO; CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA ISOLADA; POLIPEPTìDIO ISOLADO QUE COMPREENDE UM DOMìNIO DE LIGAçãO A LIGANTE DO RECEPTOR NUCLEAR DO GRUPO H QUE COMPREENDE PELO MENOS UMA MUTAçãO; MéTODO PARA A MODULAçãO DA EXPRESSãO DE UM GENE EM UMA CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA; CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA ISOLADA; E ORGANISMO NãO HUMANO. A presente invenção refere-se à área da biotecnologia ou da engenharia genética. Especificamente, esta invenção se refere à área da expressão genética. Mais especificamente, a invenção em questão se refere a receptores mutantes por substituição inusitados e ao uso dos mesmos em um sistema de expressão genética induzível com base no receptor nuclear e a métodos de modulação da expressão genética em uma célula hospedeira para aplicações tais como terapia genética, produção de proteínas e anticorpos em larga escala,ensaios de peneiramento de produção ultra-alta baseada em célula, genómicos funcionais e regulagem das peculiaridades dos organismos transgênicos.
