Abstract
<B>DETETOR DE FASE COM DIREçãO DE FREQ êNCIA<D> Um PLL (212) inclui um detetor de fase (202) e uma bomba de carga (210 ou 212). O detetor de fase (300) inclui um primeiro flip-flop do tipo (302), um segundo flip-flop do tipo D (304) e uma porta AND formando um circuito de reajuste (306). A bomba de carga (210 ou 212) inclui uma fonte de corrente ascendente (308) e uma fonte de corrente descendente (310). A fonte de corrente ascendente (308) fornece uma corrente constante. A fonte de corrente descendente (310) varia em resposta a um sinal de saída (207) gerado pelo segundo flip-flop do tipo D (304). A corrente constante fornecida pela fonte de corrente ascendente (308) é feita inferior à metade da corrente fornecida pela fonte de corrente descendente (310) para polarizar a bomba de carga (210 ou 212) em uma direção negativa para minimizar bloqueios falsos entre a fase de um sinal de freq³ência de referência dividido (206) e a fase de um sinal de freq³ência de oscilador controlado por voltagem dividido (209).
