Abstract

"RóTULO, UM MéTODO PARA USO DO MESMO E UM MéTODO E APARELHO PARA AFIXAR O RóTULO". Para proporcionar uma construção de rótulo e um método para seu uso para tornar o rótulo difícil de descascar após afixado, quando utilizando o rótulo não possuindo papel que pode ser solto, o qual requer o tratamento de ativação de uma camada de agente adesivo. Adicionalmente, para proporcionar um método de afixação de rótulo e um aparelho para o método para reduzir o número de impressoras dispendiosas quando uma operação de afixação de rótulo é conduzida ao mesmo tempo em uma pluralidade de locais de afixação. Uma superfície contrária de um material base do rótulo em forma de fita (2) é revestida com um agente adesivo que não adere à temperatura ambiente e uma expressão do rótulo (4) é continuamente impressa em uma superfície do material base do rótulo (2). Desse modo, é formada uma fita de rótulos e, então, a fita é formada em um rolo. A fita de rótulos é cortada para cada rótulo (8) e é aquecida. Após um material de plastificação ser revestido sobre o agente adesivo (3) que recupera a aderência por aquecimento, o rótulo (8) é afixado. Mesmo que exista alguma virada para cima na beira do rótulo após ser afixado, é possível controlar a nova cristalização do agente adesivo para manter a adesão e para impedir o rótulo de descascar.
