Special Power of Attorney

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

I, EDUARDO ABELLA GONZALES JR., of legal age, single, Filipino, and a resident of
Blk., 18 Lot 28, Pinesville Subdivision, Baguio City, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and
appoint my sister, LANY LIZEL GONZALES- DIAZ, of legal age, married, Filipino, and a
resident of Blk., 18 Lot 28, Pinesville Subdivision, Baguio City, Philippines, to be my true and
lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for and in my name, place and stead to do and execute all or any
of the following acts, to wit

1. To deal, transact, negotiate, process, apply for, obtain, acquire, receive and receipt for
the burial / death claim of my parents, CORAZON A. GONZALES and EDUARDO
GONZALES with the Social Security System [SSS], Government Service Insurance System
[GSIS], and Home Development Mutual Fund [Pagibig].

2. To comply with any and all reasonable and lawful requirements, pay necessary fees
and charges, as well as to sign and deliver all prescribed documents, and to do and perform such
appropriate acts and things necessary to carry into effect the foregoing power and authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite and necessary in carrying out the
foregoing, as fully to all intents and purposes as I may or could do personally if present, with
full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming what my said
Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we set our hands this 14th day of October 2015 at Baguio City,
Philippines.
