SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I,  ANITA   GONZALES   CHESLEY,  of   legal   age,   Filipino,   and   with   address   at  Barangay   Poblacion,
Candelaria,   Zambales,   do   hereby   appoint,   name   and   constitute  JAMES   GONZALES  CHESLEY   with   address   at
Barangay Poblacion, Candelaria, Zambales, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following
acts and things:

1. To apply before the appropriate government agency or office any benefits, allowance, incentive, privilege
in cash or in kind to which I am entitled as centenarian;

2.  To collect, claim and keep the same in my trust and for my benefit as he may deem proper. 

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING  unto my said attorney­in­fact full power and authority whatsoever
requisite or necessary or proper to be done, as  fully to all intents  and purpose as  I  might or could lawfully do if
personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney­in­fact shall do or cause to be done
under and by these presents.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 17 th day of July at Municipality of Iba,
Zambales, Philippines.
