Dear Ms. Balita:
I write to inform you that the four (4) checks you issued in my favor has been
dishonored for insufficiency of funds and/or “account closed”. Below are the
details of the checks, a copy of which are hereby attached and made integral part
hereof.

Republic Act 4885, let this letter serve as my urgent and formal demand for you
to pay or to make arrangements for the said amounts totaling Six Hundred
Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P604,500.00), within five (5)
banking days from receipt hereof. Failure on your part to do so will leave me with
no other recourse but to file criminal and civil charges against you to protect my
interests. Damages to be prayed for in these cases will include, but shall not be
limited to, the said amount demanded, damages, cost of the suit and attorney’s
fees.
