The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of Indonesia has introduced several national and international indexers of scientific works. This policy becomes a guideline for lecturers and researchers in choosing the reputable publications. This study aimed to describe the understanding level of Indonesian lecturers related to indexing databases, i.e. SINTA, DOAJ, Scopus, Web of Science, and Google Scholar. This research used descriptive design and survey method. The populations in this study were Indonesian lecturers and researchers. The primary data were obtained from a questionnaire filled by 316 lecturers and researchers from 33 Provinces in Indonesia recruited with convenience sampling technique on October-November 2017. Abstrak Mathematical communication ability is a important ability to have students. This is because by having these abilities, students are able to communicate ideas or mathematical ideas both orally and in writing. However, based on preliminary studies in the form of mathematical communication and class observation tests conducted by researchers in one class at SMP Negeri 8 Kota Tangerang Selatan showed that students' mathematical communication ability is still low. The efforts that can be done is to apply a model of learning that can train and cultivate students' mathematical communication ability by applying the learning cycle 5e model. The purpose of this study is to determine the whether average of improvement mathematical communication skills of students who get learning model learning cycle 5e higher than students who obtain conventional learning. This type of research is quasi experiment. The research design used is nonequivalent control group design. The population in this research are the students of class VII.1, VII.2, and VII.3 SMP Negeri 8 Kota Tangerang Selatan and the sample is the students of class VII.2 as the experimental class and class VII.3 as the control class. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling. Hypothesis testing of research done by parametric test (t test). In this research, it can be concluded that the average of improvement mathematical communication ability of students who get learning cycle 5e model is higher than students who get conventional learning.

Stakeholders and their networks play prominent roles in developing the agricultural sector. For instance, the economic, social, and environmental indicators of farms are sustained by the involvement of stakeholders and other relevant parties. Therefore, exploring the importance and roles of actors has become strategic and vital to recognize. This research aims to determine the strategic stakeholders' typology and mapping using their network analyses on integrated crops-livestock farming systems in West New Guinea. The study was carried out in Manokwari using the focus group discussion on twenty various represented individuals, groups, and mass institutions.
