In the uncertain world trade where the competition to attract FDI investments has grown manifold, the countries that want inward FDI and the countries that seek markets for their companies to invest into, are entering into free trade agreements and bilateral investment treaties to secure the same. Even with WTO functioning for the same, the developed as well as developing countries are forging FTAs with alarming alacrity. However, the effectiveness of the FTAs should be checked regarding the fulfilment of the objectives of these FTAs. The author, in this study, compares the benefits arising out of FTAs among OECD and Non – OECD countries to evaluate which agreements give better returns to their countries and what are the factors that affect these benefits accrued out of these agreements. 15 years data of FDI investment among OECD and Non – OECD countries is passed through multiple regressions and within estimator tests, with F-Tests and Hausman tests to understand the impact of FTAs on FDIs in two sets of home-host countries.

The main purpose of this study is to identify the role played by the teamwork in enhancing the knowledge capital of the work organizations. Depending on the teamwork, the coordination and cooperation between the human resources working in the organization will be strengthened. This will be reflected in the exchange of knowledge and the sharing of information among them. So, the problem of the study indicates that there is a clear shortage in the employment of the activation of the teamwork in the enhancement of knowledge capital. Accordingly, the significance of this research tries to present a set of proposals that will address the problems in the organization in question. The researchers chose Uruk university as the field of application, and they adopted the questionnaire as the main tool for data collection , which is relied on the basis of a number of ready-made measurements, and perform tests of trust and constancy for a sample which consists of (49) teachers that represent (19%) of the entire number of teachers in the university mentioned above.The statistical program (SPSS. V20) was adopted in accessing and analyzing the data of the study. These courses produced a set of results confirming the validity of the hypotheses that emerged from the research, which indicate the existence of correlation and statistical significance between the variables investigated. Therefore , the researchers view that it is necessary to recommend to activate the role of teamwork in these organizations and employ their results in enhancing the knowledge capital.

Our question is to what extent ideals consonant with Open Source, latent in the design of the technology and of the collaborative consortium, also could serve to pattern the social embedding of such play space technologies in ambient economies. In addressing this question, we must come to terms with diverse epistemic cultures, diverse technical and political and generational interests, and the economy of knowledge capital in the intersection of art and technology.

Capitalizing on company’s knowledge is increasingly being recognized in a private organizations environment since managing knowledge productivity is considered a source of competitive advantage. In this paper we present a generalization of GAMETH framework, that play an important role in identifying crucial knowledge used and created in innovative product design process. Thus, we have developed a method based on three phases. In the first phase, we have used GAMETH to identify the set of “reference knowledge”. During the second phase, decision rules are inferred, through rough sets theory, from decision assignments provided by the decision maker(s). In the third phase, a multicriteria classification of “potential crucial knowledge” is performed on the basis of the decision rules that have been collectively identified by the decision maker(s).

Knowledge transfer is no longer reducible to classical solutions such as face-to-face training, technical education or tutoring. Knowledge to be transferred is professional knowledge (Business Knowledge). It involves the whole Knowledge Capital within an organization. Identifying the knowledge components that are worthwhile transferring is not an easy task. This is the problem addressed in this paper.

Johri) We explore the ability of a model with knowledge capital to generate expectations-driven business cycles. Knowledge capital is an input into production which is endogenously produced through a learning-by-doing process. We show that a standard real business cycle model augmented with only a learning-by-doing technology can exhibit an expectations-driven business cycle in re-sponse to news about a future change in total factor productivity. News about future productivity increases immediately raises the value of knowl-edge. This induces agents to accumulate knowledge now by working harder. The ensuing expansion of output is sufficient that both current consumption and investment can increase above steady state levels despite the absence of any contemporaneous productivity shock. Moreover, if knowledge capital is accumulated by firms the boom in real variables is accompanied by an ap-preciation in the price of equity shares, a feature that has empirical support.

This paper proposes a new empirical approach to assess the impact of knowledge spillovers on firms ' productivity and demand. I consider a model where process innovations spillovers to other firms raise firms relative efficiency and technological diffusion of product innovations enhances firms ' demand. By modelling knowledge capital as a function of own investment in R\&D and spillovers, I can compare the impact of these two complementary sources of knowledge on both the supply and the demand side. The results obtained confirm the findings already highlighted by previous empirical studies that technological externalities affect significantly firms ' productivity growth. The new result obtained is that technological diffusion of product innovations is larger than the one deriving from process innovations, both in magnitude and pervasiveness.

In his synthesis on industrial dynamics, Malerba called for a renewal of the models for the dynamic analysis of innovation and the evolution of industries [1]. To go this way we investigate the relationship between knowledge dynamics, innovation dynamics, and sectoral growth in the particular case of Schumpeterian "development" [2]. Our analysis is based on a model where economic actors (suppliers and customers) are represented by design functions, endogenizing the generation of "unknown" products, the regeneration of competences and of utility functions.
