Abstract
Description
当該処理実行情報に個人属性の宛先情報又は個人属性の保存先情報が含まれている場合、当該宛先情報又は当該保存先情報が非選択の状態又は選択できない状態で前記処理実行情報の設定内容を表示するステップとをコンピュータに実行させる。
上記実施形態では、記録媒体に画像を形成する画像形成装置に対して本開示を適用した場合を用いて説明したが、本開示はこれに限定されるものではなく、予め設定された処理を実行する処理実行情報を記憶しておき、記憶している処理実行情報を用いて処理を実行するようなパーソナルコンピュータ、携帯端末装置等の情報処理装置であれば本開示を同様に適用することができるものである。
Claims (10)
- プロセッサを備え、
前記プロセッサは、
予め設定された処理を実行する処理実行情報のうち特定のユーザのみが利用可能な個人設定の処理実行情報を、複数のユーザが利用可能な共有設定の処理実行情報に変更する指示を受け付けた際に、当該処理実行情報に個人属性の宛先情報又は個人属性の保存先情報が含まれている場合、当該宛先情報又は当該保存先情報が非選択の状態又は選択できない状態で前記処理実行情報の設定内容を表示する
情報処理装置。 - 前記プロセッサは、共有設定の処理実行情報に含める情報を選択する際の操作画面上において、前記宛先情報又は保存先情報が選択されていない状態で表示を行うことにより、前記宛先情報又は前記保存先情報を非選択の状態で前記処理実行情報の設定内容を表示する請求項1記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、共有設定の処理実行情報に含める情報を選択する際の操作画面上において、ユーザにより前記宛先情報又は前記保存先情報を選択する操作が行われた場合、前記宛先情報又は前記保存先情報が含まれた処理実行情報を生成する請求項2記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、共有設定の処理実行情報に含める情報を選択する際の操作画面上において、前記宛先情報又は前記保存先情報を表示しないことにより、前記宛先情報又は前記保存先情報が選択できない状態で前記処理実行情報の設定内容を表示する請求項1記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、共有設定の処理実行情報に含める情報を選択する際の操作画面上において、前記宛先情報又は前記保存先情報を表示する際に、表示した前記宛先情報又は前記保存先情報の選択を受け付けないことにより、前記宛先情報又は前記保存先情報が選択できない状態で前記処理実行情報の設定内容を表示する請求項1記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、個人属性の宛先情報又は個人属性の保存先情報が含まれない共有設定の処理実行情報を生成した場合、個人設定の処理実行情報を削除することなく元の状態で残す請求項4又は5記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、個人設定の処理実行情報に含まれている宛先情報が個人用の宛先一覧に含まれている場合、当該宛先情報は個人属性の宛先情報であると判定する請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサは、個人設定の処理実行情報に含まれている保存先情報により特定される保存先へのアクセスが特定のユーザのみに制限されている場合、当該保存先情報は個人属性の保存先情報であると判定する請求項1から6のいずれか1項記載の情報処理装置。
- 前記処理実行情報が、過去に実行された処理内容の履歴情報、予め設定された一連の処理を順次実行する処理実行情報、又は予め設定された設定内容で処理を実行する処理実行情報である請求項1から8のいずれか1項記載の情報処理装置。
- 予め設定された処理を実行する処理実行情報のうち特定のユーザのみが利用可能な個人設定の処理実行情報を、複数のユーザが利用可能な共有設定の処理実行情報に変更する指示を受け付けるステップと、
当該処理実行情報に個人属性の宛先情報又は個人属性の保存先情報が含まれている場合、当該宛先情報又は当該保存先情報が非選択の状態又は選択できない状態で前記処理実行情報の設定内容を表示するステップと、
をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
