Abstract

マスクを型崩れさせることなく、衛生的に収容し、しかもデザイン性に優れたマスクケースを提供する。本発明は、マスクＭを収納するマスクケース１０において、中空の環状体に形成され、マスクＭのマスク本体Ｍａを収納するケース本体２０を備え、ケース本体２０は、外周壁面にマスク本体Ｍａを挿脱可能な開口部２１が設けられると共に、外周壁面に沿って形成され、マスク本体Ｍａより十分に小さく、マスクＭの耳掛けＭｂが通過可能なスリット２２が設けられている。

Description

マスクケース
　本発明は、マスクを衛生的に収納するためのマスクケースに関するものである。
　花粉やインフルエンザウイルス等の各種異物の吸引防止や、飛沫感染対策として、紙・不織布等からなるマスクが用いられている。マスクは、食事等の際に一時的に取り外し、服のポケットや鞄内部等に収納することがあるが、必ずしもポケットや鞄内部は衛生的とはいえない。また、ポケットや鞄から取り出す際にマスクが型崩れする等して見栄えがよくない。このため、マスクを一時的、かつ、衛生的に収容することを目的としたマスクケースが開発されている。
　このため、衛生的に収容することができる、三つ折りにしたシートの内部に、マスクを収納できるようにしたマスクケースがある（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。このようなマスクケースにあっては、マスクを型崩れさせることなく、衛生的に収容することが可能である。
実用新案登録第３２２２１０３号公報
　上述したようにマスクケースにあっては、次のような問題があった。すなわち、上述したマスクケースは、マスクを型崩れさせることなく、衛生的に収容することは可能である。しかし、マスクを収納したマスクケースは、結局、ポケットや鞄にしまうことになるため、その時点で折れ曲り、再装着する際にマスクとしての機能を減殺する虞があった。また、折れ曲りを防止するためにはテーブル上に載置しようとすると、明らかにマスクケースであることが判り、場合によってはマナー違反と思われる可能性があった。
　本発明は、このような課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、マスクの機能を維持しつつ、衛生的に収容することができると共に、デザイン性に優れ、テーブル上等に載置しても空間に調和する、見栄えの良いマスクケースを提供することにある。
　本発明のマスクケースは、マスクを収納するマスクケースにおいて、中空の環状体に形成され、前記マスクのマスク本体を収納するケース本体を備え、前記ケース本体は、外周壁面に前記マスク本体を挿脱可能な開口部が設けられると共に、外周壁面に沿って形成され、前記マスク本体より小さく、前記マスクの耳掛けが通過可能なスリットが設けられている。
　本発明のマスクケースによれば、マスクを型崩れさせることなく、衛生的に収容することができると共に、デザイン性に優れ、テーブル上等に載置しても空間に調和し、見栄えの良くすることができる。

　以下、図面を参照しつつ本発明の実施形態について説明する。
　図１は本発明の実施形態であるマスクケース１０を示す正面図、図２はマスクケース１０を示す斜視図、図３はマスクケース１０を示す下面図、図４はマスクケース１０を示す上面図である。マスクケース１０は、後述するマスクＭを型崩れさせることなく、衛生的に収容するように機能する。なお、マスクＭは図５に示すように、使用者の口・鼻を覆い、プリーツの折り目が幅方向に形成されて上下方向へ拡大できるマスク本体Ｍａと、このマスク本体Ｍａの幅方向の両端に取り付けられた耳掛けＭｂとを備えている。
　図１に示すように、マスクケース１０は、中空の環状体（トーラス）に形成され、マスクＭのマスク本体Ｍａを収納するケース本体２０を備えている。ケース本体２０は、樹脂材や金属材、木材等で形成されている。なお、図１中Ｈは水平面を示している。
　ケース本体２０の外周壁面の底部２０ａ及び底部２０ａには、マスク本体Ｍａを細長く丸めた時に挿脱可能な開口部２１が１ヵ所設けられている。底部２０ａは平坦状に形成され、かつ、開口部２１は、底部２０ａを底面にしてマスクケース１０自体を立てて載置することができるように内側に陥入した形状に形成されている。開口部２１は、ケース本体２０の周方向に沿った端部２１ａ（長さ寸法αにおける両端）と、ケース本体２０の厚さ方向の端部２１ｂ（幅寸法βにおける両端）が形成されている。
　開口部２１は図３に示すように長さ寸法α、幅寸法βの範囲で形成されており、長さ寸法α及び幅寸法βは、マスク本体Ｍａの大きさ・形状に合わせて形成されると共に、長さ寸法α及び幅寸法βを調整することで、図１に示すように立てて載置した場合に安定するように決められている。
　開口部２１の一端側を起点にしてケース本体２０の外周壁面に沿って形成されたスリット２２が開口部２１の他端側まで設けられている。スリット２２の幅はマスク本体Ｍａを細長く丸めた形状よりも十分に小さく、マスクＭの耳掛けＭｂが通過可能な寸法に形成されている。
　ケース本体２０の内側であって開口部２１の内側に対向する部分には凸部２３が形成されている。ケース本体２０の中央は空間２４が設けられている。空間２４は、使用者の腕等に通すことができる大きさである。
　次に、このように構成されたマスクケース１０の使用方法について説明する。図５はマスクケース１０に収容されるマスクの例を示す説明図、図６はマスクケース１０へのマスクＭの収納方法を示す説明図、図７はマスクケース１０へのマスクＭの収納状態を示す説明図である。使用者は、マスクＭを収納する際、図５に示すようにして、マスク本体Ｍａを横幅方向が端部になるように、すなわちプリーツ方向に沿って折るようにして丸める。
　次に、図６に示すようにしてマスク本体Ｍａの端部を開口部２１からケース本体２０内に挿入する。この時、一方の耳掛けＭｂについてスリット２２に先に通しておく。そして、スリット２２に沿って耳掛けＭｂを持ってマスク本体Ｍａを引っ張る。そして、耳掛けＭｂを周方向に沿って開口部２１の反対側まで引っ張ると、図７に示すように、マスク本体Ｍａの全体がケース本体２０内に収まる。耳掛けＭｂは開口部２１から露出させても良いし、開口部２１内に畳んでも良い。
　なお、マスクＭを使用する際は、一方の耳掛けＭｂを引っ張るだけで、容易にマスク本体Ｍａをケース本体２０から取り出すことができる。
　このように構成されたマスクケース１０によれば、マスクＭを、プリーツ方向に沿って折るため型崩れしにくいことから、マスクＭとしての機能を維持しつつ、マスク本体Ｍａを外部に露出させることがなく、衛生的に収容することができる。また、マスクＭを収容する際に耳掛けＭｂを引っ張っても、スリット２２はマスク本体Ｍａよりも十分に小さく形成されていることから、マスク本体Ｍａが開口部２１以外から外にはみ出すことがなく、出し入れが容易である。
　また、マスク本体Ｍａの出し入れが容易である一方、マスク本体Ｍａはケース本体２０内部にほぼ環状の状態で収まっていることから、開口部２１から自然に抜け出すことがなく、開口部２１に蓋等を設置しなくても確実にマスクＭを保持できる。
　さらに、ケース本体２０が円環状であり、マスクＭ自体の形状とは全く異なるため、テーブル上等に載置しても空間に調和する。また、デザインとしても優れており、見栄えが良く、清潔感がある。
　以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されることなくその趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の改良・変更が可能であることは勿論である。例えば、上述した例では、中空の環状体の大きさとして腕に入る程度の大きさと説明したが、大きさ（周方向の寸法、厚さ方向の寸法等）はマスクを適切に収納できるのであれば、変更可能である。また、ケース本体と開口部との大きさの比率についても変更可能であり、場合によっては開口部を底面にして立てることができなくても構わない。さらに、環状体は円環状に限られず、矩形環状、多角形環状であってもよい。
　本発明は、マスクを型崩れさせることなく、衛生的に収容するマスクケースとして有効である。

Claims (3)

  1. 　マスクを収納するマスクケースにおいて、
    　中空の環状体に形成され、前記マスクのマスク本体を収納するケース本体を備え、
    　前記ケース本体は、外周壁面に前記マスク本体を挿脱可能な開口部が設けられると共に、外周壁面に沿って形成され、前記マスク本体より小さく、前記マスクの耳掛けが通過可能なスリットが設けられていることを特徴とするマスクケース。
  2. 　前記ケース本体は、前記開口部を底面にしてマスクケース自体を立てて載置することができる形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のマスクケース。
  3. 　前記ケース本体は、円環状体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のマスクケース。
