　この発明は、商品の輸送のための梱包と、店頭での陳列に兼用する段ボール等の厚紙を材料とした箱に関するものである。
　一般に、袋入り菓子等の商品は、輸送用の梱包に際し、袋の内容物の破損防止のため、複数の袋を平らに積み重ねた平詰め状態で段ボール箱に収納される。そして、店頭での商品の陳列に際し、段ボール箱の側壁をカッターナイフ等で切り抜いて、その開口部から商品が見えるようにする場合があるが、このような陳列では、商品である袋のフェイス面が見えず、販売促進効果があまり期待できない。
　その対策として、下記特許文献１では、図７及び図８に示すような梱包陳列兼用箱を提案している。この梱包陳列兼用箱は、周壁を形成する各一対の端壁５１及び側壁５２の上辺からそれぞれ延出された内フラップ５３と外フラップ５４とを貼り合わせて封緘する溝切型の段ボール箱である。
　この箱の天面で突き合わされる一方の外フラップ５４には、全幅に亘って横切線５５が入れられ、その裏面に重なる両方の内フラップ５３には、先端縁から横切線５５に重なる位置に沿って根元側へ向かい、曲部を介して他方の外フラップ５４に重なる側縁まで延びる枠切線５６と、外フラップ５４の突合縁に重なる位置に沿って先端縁から枠切線５６まで延びる中切線５７とが入れられている。
　また、他方の外フラップ５４の根元側の稜部には、２本の切目をテーパー状に入れてロック５８が設けられている。
　このような梱包陳列兼用箱では、商品の陳列に際し、内フラップ５３と外フラップ５４の重合面を正面側へ向けるように９０°倒して、図８に示すように、正面の下方とした外フラップ５４を横切線５５に沿って切断し、上方とした外フラップ５４を開くと、内フラップ５３も枠切線５６及び中切線５７に沿って切断され、その一部が上方の外フラップ５４に貼り付いた状態で、この面が開口する。

　しかしながら、上記特許文献１に記載の梱包陳列兼用箱では、商品の陳列に際し、横切線５５や枠切線５６に沿って段ボールを引き裂くように切断する必要があり、その作業が陳列担当者の負担となるほか、下方の外フラップ５４の横切線５５より先端側部分が切り離されてゴミとなるので、この部分を所定の回収箇所に廃棄する手間がかかる。また、陳列状態において、開口部の周縁をなす横切線５５や枠切線５６に沿って不規則に波打つような切断跡が目立つので、見映えがよくないという問題もある。
　また、上記特許文献２に記載の梱包陳列兼用箱では、陳列時に内フラップ６３及び外フラップ６４を内側へ巻き込むため、梱包する際、箱の内面と商品との間に隙間を設けておく必要があり、このような隙間が存在すると、商品の収納効率が低下するほか、輸送時に商品ががたついて破損しやすくなるという問題もある。さらに、陳列状態において、内フラップ６３及び外フラップ６４の巻き込みが反発で途中まで戻ってしまい、美観が損なわれる恐れもある。
　そこで、この発明は、商品を効率よく梱包して保護した状態で輸送でき、店頭では切断作業等を行わずに容易に陳列状態とし、見映えよく商品を陳列できる梱包陳列兼用箱を提供することを課題とする。
　上記課題を解決するため、この発明は、周壁を形成する各一対の端壁及び側壁にそれぞれ連設した内フラップと外フラップとを重ね合わせて封緘することにより梱包状態とし、この状態から前記内フラップと外フラップの重合面を正面側へ向けて開くことにより陳列状態とする梱包陳列兼用箱において、前記内フラップに差込穴を設け、陳列時に正面となる外フラップには、幅方向に延びる先折線及び中折線を先端側と根元側とに順次配置し、先折線からの切込により差込片を設け、陳列状態への変形に際し、外フラップを開いて、対向する内フラップの間に収納物が見える開口部を形成し、外フラップを内フラップの外側で先折線及び中折線に沿って巻き込むように折り曲げ、外フラップの先折線より先端側の部分を内フラップの表面に沿わせると共に、先折線から突出した差込片を内フラップの差込穴に差し込んで、外フラップの巻込状態を維持するようにしたのである。
　また、前記外フラップの中折線を１本とし、陳列状態への変形に際し、外フラップを巻き込むように折り曲げると、外フラップが三角筒状となるようにして、巻き込んだ外フラップの保形性を高めるようにしたのである。
　さらに、前記中折線を湾曲又は屈曲させ、外フラップの中折線に沿った折り曲げに伴う反発を強め、差込穴からの差込片の抜け止めを図ったのである。
　この発明に係る梱包陳列兼用箱では、梱包状態から陳列状態への変形に際し、正面側へ向けた外フラップを開いて、外フラップを巻き込むように折り曲げ、差込片を差込穴に差し込むだけでよいので、容易に陳列状態とすることができる。
　そして、内フラップを予め切り欠かれた形状としておくと、段ボールを切断する必要がなく、部分的な切り離しに伴うゴミも発生せず、陳列状態で開口部の周縁に段ボールを引き裂いた切断跡が生じないので、見映えのよい陳列を行うことができる。
　また、陳列時に外フラップを内フラップの外側で巻き込むので、梱包状態で箱と商品の間に隙間を設けておく必要もなく、商品を箱内にぎっしりと詰めて、効率のよい梱包が可能となり、輸送時のがたつきによる商品の破損を防止することができる。
　また、陳列時に外フラップを先折線及び中折線に沿って三角筒状に巻き込み、外フラップの先折線より先端側部分を内フラップの表面に沿わせるようにしたので、差込片を容易に位置決めして差込穴に差し込むことができる。
　さらに、中折線を湾曲又は屈曲させて、外フラップの折り曲げに伴う反発を強めるようにしたので、差込片が差込穴へ深く差し込まれる方向へ押圧されて、差込穴から抜けにくくなり、陳列状態での形状が堅固に保持され、商品の前倒れ防止効果が向上する。

　この梱包陳列兼用箱は、図１に示すような段ボール製ブランクから組み立てられ、図２に示す形態で商品を梱包し、図３に示す形態で商品を陳列するものである。
　図１に示すブランクでは、各一対の端壁１及び側壁２が交互に連設され、端部に位置する一方の側壁２の外側辺に継代片３が連設されている。端壁１の上辺及び下辺には内フラップ４，５がそれぞれ連設され、一方及び他方の側壁２の上辺には外フラップ６が、下辺には外フラップ７がそれぞれ連設されている。
　このブランクの上部側において、一対の内フラップ４は、陳列時に下方となる部分を残して大きく切り欠かれ、横倒しＬ字状とされている。これにより、陳列時に対向する内フラップ４の先端縁間に開口部が形成されるようになっている。なお、内フラップ４は、段ボールの強度や商品の性状等を考慮して、その一部をミシン目等の破断線により切り取るものとしてもよく、一部を箱の内側へ折り込むものとしてもよい。
　内フラップ４には、陳列時に下端となる側端から少し離れて、端壁１との境界寄りに差込穴８が設けられている。差込穴８は、押込片８ａの輪郭となるミシン目状の切目線を入れて形成され、陳列時における差込穴８の内端側はスリット状となって端部が上方へ曲がっている。押込片８ａは、陳列時に下端の罫線をヒンジとして揺動する。
　陳列時に正面下方となる外フラップ６には、幅方向に延びる先折線９及び中折線１０が先端側と根元側とに１本ずつ配置されている。先折線９は、側壁２との境界に平行な直線であり、切目が断続するリード罫とされ、中折線１０は、中間部が側壁２との境界に接近する方向に弧状に湾曲し、段ボールを裏面から押圧した押罫とされている。
　また、この外フラップ６には、先折線９の両端の外側に先端側への切込により差込片１１が設けられている。差込片１１は、先端側から根元側へかけて次第に幅が広くなり、根元の内側縁に括れにより段部が形成されている。なお、差込片１１は、外フラップ６の両側縁よりやや内寄りに設けてもよい。
　陳列時に上方となる外フラップ６と側壁２の稜部には、テーパー状の２本の切込に挟まれたロック１２が設けられている。
　端壁１の上部には、開封用として、指入部１３及びその上端に臨む摘み部１４がミシン目状の切目線を入れて形成されている。また、継代片３及びその反対側の端壁１の外端部には、梱包時における継代片３の箱内への突出を抑制するため、段ボールを厚さ方向に押し潰す段潰し加工が施されている（図示斜線部分）。
　このようなブランクを組み立てて商品を梱包するには、まず、各一対の端壁１及び側壁２を対角の稜部に位置する２本の罫線に沿って折り重ね、継代片３を反対側の端壁１の段潰し部分の内面に貼り付ける。
　そして、商品の梱包に際し、図２に示すように、各一対の端壁１及び側壁２から角筒状の周壁を形成し、下方の内フラップ５及び外フラップ７を折り重ね、テープ１５で底面を閉じた状態に固定し、天面の開口から商品を箱内に収納する。
　その後、上方の内フラップ４を対向する方向へ折り曲げ、外フラップ６を内フラップ４の表面に重ね合わせるように折り曲げて、テープ１５で天面を閉じた状態に固定する。このとき、天面を閉じるテープ１５の端部が摘み部１４に被さるようにする。
　一方、商品を陳列する際には、指入部１３を押し込み、摘み部１４を摘んで端壁１から切り取り、テープ１５を引き剥がして開封し、図３に示すように、この梱包陳列兼用箱を９０°倒して、内フラップ４と外フラップ６の重合面を正面側へ向け、先折線９及び中折線１０を入れた外フラップ６が下方となるようにする。
　そして、上方となった外フラップ６を側壁２の表面側へ折り返して、ロック１２を折り曲げ、この外フラップ６を折り返した状態に保持しておく。なお、この外フラップ６は、根元に破断線を入れて切り取るようにしてもよい。
　また、下方となった外フラップ６を内フラップ４の外側で先折線９及び中折線１０に沿って巻き込むように三角筒状に折り曲げ、外フラップ６の先折線９より先端側部分を内フラップ４の下部表面に沿わせ、先折線９での折り曲げに伴い突出した差込片１１を差込穴８に差し込む。
　このように組み立てると、差込片１１により箱内に押し込まれた押込片８ａの反発を受けて、差込片１１が差込穴８の端縁に確実に係合し、その係合は、差込片１１の根元の段部と差込穴８のスリット状部分との噛み合いにより、さらに離脱しにくい確実なものとなり、下方の外フラップ６の巻込状態が維持され、対向する内フラップ４の先端縁間に商品が見える開口部が形成される。
　上記のような梱包陳列兼用箱では、梱包状態から陳列状態への変形に際し、正面側へ向けた外フラップ６を開いて、下方の外フラップ６を巻き込むように折り曲げ、差込片１１を差込穴８に差し込むだけでよいので、段ボールを引き裂くように切断する必要がなく、部分的な切り離しに伴うゴミも発生せず、容易に陳列状態とすることができ、陳列状態で開口部の周縁に段ボールを引き裂いた切断跡が生じないので、見映えのよい陳列を行うことができる。
　また、陳列時に外フラップ６を内フラップ４の外側で巻き込むので、梱包状態で箱と商品の間に隙間を設けておく必要もなく、商品を箱内にぎっしりと詰めて、効率のよい梱包が可能となり、輸送コストを抑制することができるほか、輸送時のがたつきによる商品の破損を防止することもできる。
　また、陳列時に外フラップ６を先折線９及び中折線１０に沿って三角筒状に巻き込むように折り曲げ、外フラップ６の先折線９より先端側部分を内フラップ４の表面に沿わせるようにしたので、差込片１１を容易に位置決めして差込穴８に差し込むことができ、差込片１１が内フラップ４の裏面に沿うように差込穴８に差し込まれるので、差込片１１の先端で商品のフェイス面が傷付けられることもない。
　さらに、中折線１０を弧状に湾曲させて、外フラップ６の折り曲げに伴う反発を強めているので、差込片１１が差込穴８へ深く差し込まれる方向へ押圧されて、差込穴８から抜けにくくなり、陳列状態での形状が堅固に保持され、商品の前倒れ防止効果が向上し、商品が開口部から前方へこぼれ落ちにくくなる。
　そのほか、巻き込むように折り曲げた外フラップ６は、先折線９と中折線１０の間の部分が斜め上方へ向くので、この面に商品のキャッチコピー等を印刷しておくと、高い訴求効果を得ることができる。
　次に、この発明の第２実施形態を図４～図６に基づいて説明する。なお、ここでは、上記第１実施形態の各部に対応する部分には同一の符号を付して、その説明を省略し、主として上記第１実施形態と異なる特徴部分について言及するに留める。
　この実施形態では、図４にブランクで示すように、陳列状態で正面下方となる外フラップ６を、上記第１実施形態とは逆に、先折線９から根元側へ切り込むことにより、差込片１１が形成され、差込片１１の根元の内側縁は、上記第1実施形態のような段部がなく、先端側から根元まで滑らかな弧状とされている。
　また、差込穴８は、上記第1実施形態のような差込片１１の段部が噛み合うスリット状部分がなく、押込片８ａの輪郭となる切目線及び押込片８ａが揺動する際のヒンジとなる罫線のみを入れて形成されている。
　さらに、陳列状態で天面となる側壁２には、上方の外フラップ６まで切目線を入れて切取部１６が形成されると共に、その陳列状態での後方となる部分に切目線を入れて指入部１７が形成され、上記第１実施形態のロック１２は省略されている。
　このような第２実施形態のブランクを組み立てて商品を梱包する際には、図５に示すように、上記第１実施形態のものと同様、各一対の端壁１及び側壁２から角筒状の周壁を形成し、下方の内フラップ５及び外フラップ７を折り重ねて、テープ１５で底面を閉じた状態に固定し、天面の開口から商品を収納した後、上方の内フラップ４及び外フラップ６を折り重ねて、テープ１５で天面を閉じた状態に固定する。
　そして、商品を陳列する際には、天面を閉じるテープ１５を引き剥がして開封し、図６に示すように、梱包陳列兼用箱を９０°倒して、内フラップ４と外フラップ６の重合面を正面側へ向け、先折線９及び中折線１０を入れた外フラップ６が下方となるようにし、下方となった外フラップ６を先折線９及び中折線１０に沿って巻き込むように三角筒状に折り曲げ、外フラップ６の先折線９より先端側部分を内フラップ４の下部表面に沿わせ、先折線９での折り曲げに伴い突出した差込片１１を差込穴８に差し込む。
　また、天面となった側壁２を、指入部１７に入れて上方前方へ引っ張ることにより、切目線を破断させて切取部１６を切り取ると共に、切取部１６に繋がった正面上方の外フラップ６を除去する。
　このような陳列状態においては、下方の外フラップ６の中折線１０に沿った折り曲げの反発や差込片１１により箱内に押し込まれた押込片８ａの反発を受けて、差込片１１が差込穴８から離脱しにくくなるだけでなく、差込片１１が外フラップ６の先折線９より先端側部分から垂直上方へ突出して、内フラップ４の内面に重なるように沿うので、巻き込んだ外フラップ６が手前に引っ張られても、外フラップ６の巻込部分を上下方向に押し縮めない限り、差込片１１が差込穴８から抜けることがなく、下方の外フラップ６の巻込状態が確実に維持され、陳列状態の訴求性や美観が損なわれることがない。
　なお、上記各実施形態では、中折線１０が１本で外フラップ６が三角筒状に巻き込まれるものを例示したが、中折線１０を複数本入れて、外フラップ６が側面視台形をなす四角筒状等に巻き込まれるものとしても、上記効果を得ることができる。外フラップ６による補強が不要な場合には、差込片１１を差込穴８に差し込んだ状態で、外フラップ６が偏平になるようにしてもよい。
　また、中折線１０が弧状に湾曲したものを例示したが、中折線１０は、波線状に湾曲したものや、直線がＶ字状又は鋸刃状に屈曲した折線状のものとしても、外フラップ６の中折線１０に沿った折り曲げに伴う反発を強めることができる。さらに、中折線１０を外フラップ６と側壁２との境界に平行な直線としても、段ボール自体が反発の強いものであれば、上記効果を得ることができる。
　さらに、陳列状態で正面下方となる外フラップ６を先折線９及び中折線１０に沿って巻き込むように折り曲げるものを例示したが、これに加えて、又はこれに替えて陳列状態で正面上方となる外フラップ６に先折線９及び中折線１０を入れ、この外フラップ６を先折線９及び中折線１０に沿って巻き込むようにしてもよい。

Claims (3)

  1. 　周壁を形成する各一対の端壁(1)及び側壁(2)にそれぞれ連設した内フラップ(4)と外フラップ(6)とを重ね合わせて封緘することにより梱包状態とし、この状態から前記内フラップ(4)と外フラップ(6)の重合面を正面側へ向けて開くことにより陳列状態とする梱包陳列兼用箱において、
    　前記内フラップ(4)に差込穴(8)を設け、陳列時に正面となる外フラップ(6)には、幅方向に延びる先折線(9)及び中折線(10)を先端側と根元側とに順次配置し、先折線(9)からの切込により差込片(11)を設け、
    　陳列状態への変形に際し、外フラップ(6)を開いて、対向する内フラップ(4)の間に収納物が見える開口部を形成し、外フラップ(6)を内フラップ(4)の外側で先折線(9)及び中折線(10)に沿って巻き込むように折り曲げ、外フラップ(6)の先折線(9)より先端側の部分を内フラップ(4)の表面に沿わせると共に、先折線(9)から突出した差込片(11)を内フラップ(4)の差込穴(8)に差し込んで、外フラップ(6)の巻込状態を維持するようにしたことを特徴とする梱包陳列兼用箱。
  2. 　請求項１に記載の梱包陳列兼用箱において、前記外フラップ(6)の中折線(10)を１本とし、陳列状態への変形に際し、外フラップ(6)を巻き込むように折り曲げると、外フラップ(6)が三角筒状となるようにしたことを特徴とする梱包陳列兼用箱。
  3. 　請求項１又は２に記載の梱包陳列兼用箱において、前記中折線(10)を湾曲又は屈曲させたことを特徴とする梱包陳列兼用箱。
