Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'une pâte alimentaire à base de caillé de lait végétal, enrichie en complément alimentaire, permettant une incorporation uniforme du complément alimentaire dans des proportions importantes pour que la pâte obtenue présente un goût prononcé, et possède les qualités nutritives caractéristiques des produits issus d'un lait animal.
