Abstract

Es wird ein elektrisches Sensorarray vorgeschlagen, das mehrere Sensorpositionen aufweist, die als jeweils ein Array (4) aus zumindest zwei Mikroelektroden bestehen. Mit diesem Array können molekulare Stoffe elektrochemisch detektiert werden, geladene Moleküle können transportiert oder gehandhabt werden. Ebenfalls möglich sind Messvorgänge, insbesondere zwischen zwei jeweiligen Adressiervorgängen, nachdem die Sensorpositionen individuell adressierbar sind und jederzeit elektrochemisch bzw. elektrisch kontrollierbar sind, zur Aufrechterhaltung einer Polarisationsspannung zwischen zwei Adressiervorgängen. Die Leitungsführung (14, 15; 16, 17) ist so ausgebildet, dass einzelne Arrays oder Gruppen von Arrays ansteuerbar sind. Für Biomolekulare Assays werden affinitätsbindende Moleküle an jeder Sensorposition oder zwischen den Mikroelektroden oder auf Hilfsflächen immobilisiert, was eine mögliche Verwendung des Arrays ist. Eine weitere liegt in der individuellen elektrischen Auslesung und der Möglichkeit, zwischen den Adressiervorgängen abgelaufene Ereignisse nachträglich zu messen, die vor der Messadressierung abgelaufen sind.
