DESIGN FOR AN EWER OR JUG.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 20,450, dated January 6, 1891.

Application filed November 28,1890. Serial Nu.3'72.980. Term of patent 3% years.

To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, DAVID F. HAYNES, a citizen of the United States, residing at Baltimore, Maryland, have invented and produced a new and original Design for an Ewer or Jug, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part hereof.

Referring to the said drawings, Figure 1 is body between the flutes is curved outward, and thereby gives to the top of the ewer a waved outline, as seen in Fig.2. The handle is decorated with a foliated design in relief and attached to the body at its upper end' between the flutes.

I claim as my invention.

The design for an ewer herein described and shown, the same comprising the body having the general form of a frustum' of a spheroid, with its upperend fluted and curved outward and decorated with a foliated design in relief, the base, and the handle, substantially as described.
