DESIGN FOR A SPOON.
SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 23,651, dated September 25, 1894.
Application filed August 21, 1894- Berlal No. 520,933. Term of patent 3% years To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, WILLIAM N. CAPURRO, a citizen of the United States, residing at Hot Springs, in the county of Garland and State of Arkansas, have invented and produced a new and original Design for 2. Spoon; and I do hereby declare the following to be a full, clear, and exact description of the same, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof.
The invention relates to a new and original design for a spoon.
The drawing is a plan view of my design.
The object of my invention is to provide a souvenir spoon of new and pleasing design.
In the drawingA is the bowl, of heart shape, the interior walls of which around their edges are so ornamented as to leave an irregular heart shaped space a in the center suitable for an inscription or name.
B is the spirally twisted stem or shank surmounted by a circular band or shield 11 open on the top within which is supported a representation of arabbits footC which forms the outer and wide end of the handle.
The essential feature of my design is a spoon having a heart shaped bowl, an irregular heart shaped space within said 'bowl, the spirally twisted stem surmounted by a circular band or shield and a representation of a. rabbits foot supported within said band or shield and forming the outer and wide end of the handle.
What I claim is The design for a spoon substantially as herein shown and described.
