【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係設置在汽車座艙側面供乘客進出及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用,使汽車外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種車門的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後門」之新式樣。本新式樣後門,外觀主要特徵包括一個上部具有梯形圓弧化之玻璃窗框架、下部為倒梯形狀之夾層複合結構的鈑件主體,展現在該鈑件外部上藉由洗鍊的輪廓造型、稜角稜線分明的脊線及流暢的凹、凸飾面等元素裝飾出一股動感的氣息。整體的輪廓曲線舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用後門」如附圖所示,在該主體上端約總高度2/5之上端部,包含一個略呈梯形圓弧化之鏤空的玻璃窗框架,下端約總高度3/5之下端部為一個略呈倒梯形狀之夾層複合結構的鈑件。該玻璃窗框架頂端之一側較高並以一曲率半徑向另一側方向彎曲傾斜,並形成一個尖突的上角隅;該鈑件上部較寬並自此上角隅以一曲率半徑彎曲傾斜而下,在底端形成一個狹窄的底部;及,側視時該鈑件表面實質上具有一彎曲律動的凹凸曲線。從立體圖及前視圖觀之,該鈑件表面上,在其上端約鈑件高度4/5之上端部修飾一道凸出橫越全寬度之水平方向的脊線,高於該脊線的部分成相對凹進,和低於該脊線的部分形成凹進、滑暢的圓凹面,且在該脊線上於接近上述傾斜端部的一側,形成一個凹進略呈“飛梭”狀的凹部,用以構成一個門把手的安裝部。又,該鈑件下端約小於鈑件高度1/10之下端部,修飾一道凸出、向內反摺的脊線。此外,再如後視圖所示,本體背面幾乎佈滿不規則形狀、不規則排列之凹凸肋部等。如上述之汽車用後門,整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車用後門」,其藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Purpose of the item] This new style item is installed on the side of the car cabin for passengers to enter and exit and is used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car, making the car's appearance more prominent and visual. The part higher than the ridgeline is relatively concave, and the part lower than the ridgeline forms a concave and smooth concave surface.
